The best restaurants serving Indian food in North West

To be fair it was awful weather that evening.

I called the restaurant and the guy that answered was being so rude after hanging up on me two time then asked me so rudely what do you want! I told him it’s rude to speak to customer like that and he said ok! I’ve been to this place more for the past few years with the family I’m a loyal customer but this is so disrespectful and disappointing.

Six adults and two children visited tonight to celebrate my daughters 40th Birthday, and, as always, the food was superb. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door. Fantastic service, fantastic food, all tastes catered for and all at a very reasonable price. I had the chicken and mushroom Shirazi, and it was really delicious. Thanks once again to the staff at Mala for a lovely evening.

Appearances can be deceiving... the outside looks a little run down. The inside is pleasing but generic. The food ... wow wow and OMG... amazing. Loved it ... the food was just simply lovely. I will be going back again for more. 🤩🤤

Love this place. Discovered walking past one night and have become a regular visitor. Really nice staff and have genuinely enjoyed everything I've tried.

We visited Sindhoor restaurant for dinner over the weekend with friends. The ambiance of Sindhoor Restaurant is cozy, with beautiful decor that transports you to India, offering a glimpse of its rich culture. The soft, traditional music playing in the background added to the overall charm of the place. The service was prompt and they ensured that every need was met, and the food arrived at our table promptly. We ordered Chicken Chettinad in non-vegetarians and Paneer Butter Masala in vegetarian. The paneer dish was delicious and I didn't feel the chicken dish was authentic. The Chicken Kottu Paratha was awesome 💯. Overall the dining experience at Sindhoor restaurant was good.

Quiet night at Purple Flame tonight but we had a lovely meal, king prawn vindaloo and a lamb begun gosht, very tasty food as always 👍

Went last night just before the takeaway closed, I asked for a tikka roll and the so called manager said they didn’t take card (however in the window they had “we take card, which I noticed when I turned round), clearly didn’t want to serve me cause they was close to closing yet the door was open for customers.. another member of staff said yes we do take card and said that’s the boss aswel.. shocking… my naan was cooked normal but the chicken was thrown into the microwave, I received my tikka roll, opened it and it was like someone had drowned it in water, was as if someone poured water all in it, won’t be going here again, shocking customer service, if you can’t be arsed to service your customers before closing time, shut your doors.

Excellent choice on the menu. Food is first class, service is second to none.

Emailed my complaint and was totally ignored. Disgusting food, the worst and were regular customers. I’ll go somewhere else and chargeback my card
