Delicious breakfast, best indian tea ive tried and staff are really friendly.

A small place where the staff were really polite and friendly. We had a fast service of food and the owner always politely checked up on us making sure we were okay. Even after we had finished our food, we stayed to socialise and they didn't mind us staying as long as we wanted (and we stayed for hours!) Lovely people lovely food :) An update to this review, I highly recommend. The food is made fresh and delicious. The kind lady also sent a fresh plate of hot parathas to our table on the house and then she made special nan khatai biscuits fresh for us to try for free very kind workers and an excellent place to eat.

Very clean place to eat I ordered Alu pratha(potato filled) which was so tasty Every bite was full of flavour Also ordered cheese and chicken panini absolutely loved it With cup of tea One of staff offered me fresh nankhathai so tasty Customer service was absolutely amazing Highly recommend this place to have Desi food with family and friends.. Excellent service and excellent food. Repeat customer always coming back. Definitely recommend desi breakfast. The chef also gave us some home made biscuits with our tea on the house.

The place fell short of expectations. The food quality was slightly below average, and the overall cleanliness was concerning. I was particularly surprised that the venue holds a 5-star hygiene rating, as the cutlery and salt and pepper containers were noticeably unclean. I would recommend considering alternative dining options.

Horrible place no clue how to run a food place .3 pounds for a coffee , no clue about customer service . I think the owner he was sitting just in-front of the counter looks disgusting 🤢 🤢

I came with my family for brunch, there were 8 of us and the gentleman was very helpful arranging the tables so we could all sit together. The food is made fresh and was delicious, the staff are friendly and accomodating. I was very pleased with my experience and will definitely come again.

Such a lovely little cafe with delicious home made food. Freshly cooked. We went for a nihari and by far one of the best nihari I’ve ever had. Uncle in the cafe explains his specials and advises what to order. Food is served fast and feels like I’m at my mums! Prices are reasonable and delicious food. I’ve previously had breakfast there and it was delicious, also had the best halwa puri and chana and daal chawal on a Friday too. DELICIOUS!!!!

Lovely little breakfast place in Bolton. They do some of the best puris you will ever have. The potato, halwa and chana are lovely with the puris too. We tried an alu paratha and this was beautiful also. Overall definitely recommend. The uncle behind the till is very helpful and friendly. There is the Asda right opposite, so can park there if needed.

The food is awesome. Loved the Halwa, Chole, Puri and Masala Tea. The Desi breakfast was also good and the chicken, cheese Panini was mouth watering.

So, needed grab a quick breakfast snack, search Google and found this place with mixed reviews. Opted for Alu Paratha and Latte - wasn't disappointed. Paratha was excellent, very tasty with right amount of filling and decent size. Latte was nice too from RIJO machine. Priced very very reasonable. Other diners were sat eating their desi breakfasts which tbh looked just as good. Would visit again should I be passing.

Nice Sunday surprise find.. went in with no expectations and the food was damn good! We ordered chole, puri, halwa, keema n paratha n aloo paratha. Will come back for the Nihari next time!

Recommended Home made desi food.

Decided to get shakahuka from this place showed £6 online when I came into the shop it was £8. When I received the order it was not even worth £8 they used frozen shaana parata and the shaksuka was a small portion. Wouldn't even go again.

Visiting Bolton for the first time I searched on Google maps for a place to have a desi breakfast. There were great reviews for this place but then some that were the complete opposite…intrigued, so we went ahead and tried it out. One of the best desi breakfasts I’ve had. Home cooked and a personal service to boot. Can’t recommend this place enough. Asked the owner to add a tip and he refused twice until I insisted. He just asked for a good review instead - which I would have done anyway.

Authentic Home food . I ordered Poori and chana Aloo paratha was so good ,fresh and hot.

The best breakfast I had in uk. Less oily, awsome channa, halwa and puri. Very simple and neat environment. I think it's a family run restaurant and the whole experience was great including service.

Ordered desi breakfasts and a aloo paratha. The Paratha was hard and had hardly any filling. The paratha that came with the breakfast was a soggy shanna frozen paratha the beans stunk and tasted old and the egg had zero flavour I won’t be ordering again the food was very disappointing such a waste of money!

Overpriced. Small portions. Paid £8.50 for an English breakfast which I chose over the desi for the mushrooms and tomatoes. What I got was probably less than a whole mushroom and two slices of tomato. One turkey rasher strip. Eggs were overcooked, I can make them better at home, 2 slices of "toast", not quite toasted, they were soft and stretchy, edges undone, and one side margarined only. (They clearly weren't toasted again after being margarined.) And one sausage. I guess the two hash browns were nicely done and crispy. Tea didn't taste like proper tea at all, watery, had to pour a lot of sugar in to get any taste and I don't normally take sugar with tea. Service was good only because I was the only one there. All in all disappointing experience. You get better value in Manchester city centre.

Small shop run by husband and a wife, friendly and welcoming. We ordered a breakfast barm and chana/halwa with puris. The halwa with puris was gorgeous, strongly recommend if you are looking for a sweet treat. The chana was a bit too salty for me, but overall the food was good. Prices have gone up though, please see prices for the current menu.

Pros: - None Cons: - Halwa, disgusting - Chai, not even looked like one - Beans, just warmed up Comments: The only thing they do is warm up cooked food and serve it to you, and charge you for this. Avoid completely. No taste at all.

Disgusting filthy place! Once went in and saw a lady drop some food on floor then just picked it up and put back on plate! They should be shut down after a food hygiene visit! Cheapest ingredients used and food was nasty! Avoid at all costs if you value your health.

Desi Breakfast is superb. Chana, chicken curry and fried alu are the best dishes.

I had the pleasure of trying the perfect Masala omelette and chapati recently, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The omelette was simply divine, perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice. The chapati was soft and fluffy, making it the perfect accompaniment to the omelette.

Avoid. Awful food. Huge disappointed.

I went there with kids for breakfast nice silent cozy place friendly person on counter. Ordered halwa puri, puris were fantastic and fresh however just to mention for public knowledge prathas are frozen ones so you don't go with hopes of getting fresh prathas :)

Family ran place. They were great hosts and the food on point. Recommend this for your Indian desi breakfast and paratha.

Overpriced. Don’t recommend it! Go somewhere else. Below average food. I came from Leeds and it was not as other reviews. Will not coming here again. Spend almost £20 for two breakfast items. £7 for two slice of bread, baked beans and two hash brown. £7 for 2 frozen parathas, half sausage, small portion of baked beans and two hash brown. Sugar less chai. No sugar given with the tea.

Ordered a big breakfast this morning, the lady on the phone was very polite and the gent that delivered the food was very patient and kind. Food was priced well and good generous portions. Will definitely come back!

What a lovely place and lovely customer service. The dead lady makes the food herself, especially the puri, divine 😍 They been around for a year, next week and we just got round to going to it now. Will make more regular visits. Want to try the puri with halwa. Not on menu, but she makes it due to popular demand.

Food was fab. Lady who served us was so nice. Puris that reminded me of my nans. Was very well worth it. Prices are reasonable and the masala tea is spot on.

Amazing brunch, all freshly made and home cooked. We had the chicken thali, desi breakfast, a few paninis and some cheese toasties. The chicken thali that I had came with a good portion of chicken curry (really recommended), 4 freshly made puris, fried potato curry, 2 chicken samosas. Really filling and delicious! I tried some of the pizza toastie and that was really tasty too. Overall, a really good place for brunch, really friendly staff and proper home cooked food. 5 stars all the way.

The staff in this shop are very friendly and their food is outstanding. No complaints amazing place would love to go again.
