After moving to the area we really couldn't find a good takeaway ( we tried alot). Then we saw this place with rave reviews on Facebook. The sunday family feast is a bargain. The food is fresh, the staff are so nice. The tastiest curries we've had. Highly recommend.

We have just moved into the area and we didn’t think we would find an Indian takeaway as good as our previous one but we definitely have. Food is delicious, fresh and always hot. Service is excellent and the reward card is a bonus

We saw a recommendation for Over Hulton Tandoori after somebody asked for recommendations for a gluten free take away in our area. After we went to speak to the amazing staff they explained everything I could eat and recommended an amazing curry. We have gone back everytime for curries and 7' boxes. Have recommended to friends and family and everybody enjoys their food. Thank you ⭐️ 🌙

The food here is honestly fantastic. It is fresh, excellent value for money, full of flavour and great portion size too. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I’ve been coming here for years and all my family and friends love it too we regularly choose here for family takeaways. We have been spoiled at this takeaway as we have been out for curry’s since and they are no where near as good as the Over Hulton Tandoori! 5* all round.

I’ve been going to Over Hulton Tandoori or (OHTD) as we all call it- since I was young and I am now 31. It’s by far the best curry takeaway around our area. Our friends have joined us for a curry at our house and now travel quite a way to go to Over Hulton Tandoori for their own curry now. The food is always spot on! I recently ordered for a large group of family and friends - we half expected something to be missed off as we hadn’t done an order that big before and everything came perfect! Even a freebie in there too. If you’re in the area or from the area and are craving a curry you won’t be disappointed!! Get it ordered!

Went to visit my mates and ordered from here. The food was fantastic and well portioned. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very patient and the food arrived earlier than expected. Will definitely order from here again!

We’ve been ordering from here for over a decade and wouldn’t choose anywhere else. The chicken tikka phal is just amazeballs. Food always arrives hot. The staff there is so friendly. Without a doubt best Indian locally imo.

First time here and definitely not the last. I don’t say this very often about Indian takeaways in the UK but the food is truly high quality and authentic. The lamb dishes especially are 10/10, and the staff are so lovely!

I have been going to the over Hulton tandoori all my life, as I grew up nearby. I just have to say that they are one of the BEST, Indian take aways, that their is! Food is always fresh and cooked to perfection! Better than most Indian restaurants I have been too. They have currently started doing mix kebab boxes that is filled with various meats and chips. I didn’t want chips and asked if they could change it for rice… to which they did without even questioning it and it was unbelievable! I’ll attach is following this review… 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ always!

The food is delicious from here and the staff are really nice :) Always have a nice chat when waiting for food & they’re so helpful if you need to add anything.

Surprised about the quality of the reviews having had a takeaway tonight. Ordered a Chicken Rogan Josh with pilau rice and a keema naan. The chicken was slightly tough and not tender, the Rogan Josh was tasteless like spices and freshness and was very oily and the pilau rice was more sticky rice than pilau. The keema naan was average at best, bread soft but again quite tasteless compared to the many Indian Takeaways I've been to.

Staff were super friendly from the minute I walked in. Gave great advice on the menu, as it was the first time I had been to this takeaway. I love chef specials, and the staff explained their best curry for my taste and added green chilli for me. The food is highly recommended and is a very competitive price. Great food at a great price. It's worth a visit if you fancy a good curry.

Just had the chicken jalfrezi with a garlic naan wow naan bread nice and fluffy and the curry was spot on i asked to have it spiced up a little bit and they done exactly that. Thank you guys. 👍

Lovely curry. Ordered a pathia and a korma and enjoyed them both. Ordered for collection and picked it up, I went at the advised time but still ended up sat waiting in there for 5-10 minutes. Would've been 5 stars other than that but definitely recommend.

I've recently moved into the area and this is, without doubt, a fantastic takeaway. We've tried to go for different dishes but we always come back to the same one. Tandoori Chicken Rangela. It's just superb. The guys are always friendly and the service is always top notch. My takeaway of choice.

Have been ordering from here for over 10 years and have always been great. Their naan breads are to die for, cooked on an original tandoor.

Oh guys dnt even no where to start. I was recommended to try there best seller so agreed to have the Lamb Rangeela wow it was amazing. Guys you defo need to try this place top top quality.

I can't believe I've only just found this place but so glad I have. The roshun is one of if not the best curry I've ever had. Been trying a few different dishes and all are good but the roshun is my favourite so far.

Tried their dish called the Rangeela and it was amazing! Great service and great time.

Just had a lovely curry from over Hulton Tandori it was excellent service and efficient, great mixed starter cooked to perfection and chicken tikka madras for main was spicy and full of flavours garlic naan was spot on aswell would deffinately recommend

I’ve been ordering from here for years and the food always hits the spot. The chicken biriyani with the mint sauce is my go to and comfort food. It always leaves me craving for more so I always get at least 2 containers 🫣 The chicken curries never fail to impress and the naans are always soft, warm and comforting. I’m not fond of paneer but this place deffos changed my thoughts of it. The flavours are just unreal. The customer service is 10/10. Hats off to the chef and the friendly staff working there.

Food is delicious here i order nearly every other week. They never fail to disappoint, customer service is on point. I always order opt for the chicken jalfrezi curry with cheesy nan which is a 10/10. Recently they have added donner to their menu you guys have to try that i will 100% recommend it Hats of to you guys! Keep up the good work😀

Ordered maim meals for 2 - Chicken madras, King Prawn Chilli Garlic, rice, garlic naan and plain naan. The King Prawn garlic chilli was terrible, not cooked out and too much tomato puree and tinned plum tomatoes! The garlic naan was undercooked and no garlic. Would not recommend or visit again.

Ordered takeaway had starters my partners starters wasn't to taste then before we opened the main it smelled burned my partner tasted it and could that it was burned,we tryed ring n sorting it out all they said was its not,we are really annoyed with there service and will not be returning

Really terrific curries. One of the few places local to us that does paneer as an option for most their curries which is a great vegetarian option. We particularly like the massala but we've tried a lot of different options and enjoyed every single one. Likewise the sides/ sundries. I especially like the parathas, my partner enjoys the bhajis and naans. Can't say enough good things about the food. No issues with delivery times/ customer service in our many orders either. My one request is they look at price paid on UberEats Vs their own site/ app if they want people to order direct (as they've asked me to do a couple of times). UE typically do at least 20% off through promos (it was actually 50% briefly earlier this year). I would prefer to buy direct but the 20%+ premium to do so is a lot.

We have been having a take away delivery for the past few months and the delivery and food is first class The portions are sufficient one meal between 2 Love the chicken pakoras and onion bajes for starters They deliver on time and the food is piping hot No criticism whatsoever FABULOUS

Usually order from here every Saturday last couple have been poor but given they not usually hit and miss but Sunday was beyond poor, Chicken was dry and overcooked as if it had been used from Saturday nightamd we where over charged sad too say but won't be ordering from here for a while.!!

These curries are now the best in the area. It was not always the case, but it is now. Superb. They’ve been closed for weeks, so glad they’ve now reopened.

Ordered for the first time today, the food was 'average' until we found two separate hairs in different curries. We were very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

When we first found this place earlier this year we were amazed at the taste and service, roughly 6 months on we’re now quite disappointed. Last few deliveries have got longer and longer from placement of order and tonight we ordered at 6:30pm and it took an hour and a half to get here, we’re 2 miles away. It was Luke warm and gradually the quality of the chicken tikka (opted for in the curries) has become poorer, tonight it was hard and dry, the flavours were not as good as usual. We were not contacted about the delivery delay and had to ring to ask where it was an hour and 20 mins in. Very disappointed considering the high quality taste and service at first. We won’t be ordering from here for the foreseeable future, such as shame.

Ordered for first time tonight. Very pleased with the family banquet but there was plenty for 2 people not really enough for 4. Still well worth the money. Will definitely br ordereing again.

Just ordered a take away. Came to £32.50 so rounded it up to £35. They didn't even throw in some free popadums or chutney, which is quite disappointing. We are regular customers too. (871 Manchester Road)

I order takeaway from here regularly, the South Indian garlic chilli Balti is excellent, delivery time is good the driver always has the right change too

I've had takeaway food from here on several occasions. The food is always good its a little bit more pricey than most Takaways are. They do have a loyalty card scheme here so you can get money off or a meal free. there is a step to get in so it is not wheelchair accessible. although the staff are quite helpful. i am gluten intolerant and i have never had any problems with the food here.
