2 months back from Sri Lanka and enjoyed revisit to this lovely cuisine Vibrant atmosphere and attentive staff. Only criticism I would have is very rushed starters out quickly and mains even quicker That was a shame. Otherwise a good experience

I was disappointed. I asked whether the samber was sweet or not, and explained that I don't like savoury meals that are sweet. The waiter went to ask. He came back and said it wasn't sweet it was savoury. So I ordered it. It was sweet. I couldn't eat it. I ordered a plain nan bread and that was sweet too. I was very hungrry and left still feeling hungry as I couldn't stand the sweet food. I can't understand why sugar is added to bread and savoury food. If I wanted something sweet, i'd have ordered a dessert. I don't expect to go into a restaurant and the savoury meals and bread to be sweet... unless it states on the menu that the dishes are sweet and contain sugar, but it doesn't state that and they said the samber wasn't sweet. There was a strange taste to the food. I noticed it when I had the fish starter and the main. It must be the oil they use. It tasted like burning parafin. We also waited quite a long time for the food, and there was no one else eating in until much later. The food wasn't worth the wait. One positive was the waiter was nice. That's it

Love this place, the slick host (Ash) and quick service from the waiting lads, some of the best service generally speaking to be honest. Highly recommend the tandoori sizzlers, always tasty……those garlic chilli lamb chops with samber sauce…… 10/10

As a regular to spice lounge can say it's as good as any around. Bright, good food, staff, comfortable booths. Party room upstairs if needed.

Used to be the best curry in Sale and well priced, too. Friends and I stopped going after years as the quality dropped off. Went back last year as curry improved. Went again a few weeks ago and unfortunately, standards dropped again.

Waited 35 mins to be seated and the lamb and chicken dishes were chewy bland and fatty, terrible service as well ! Would not recommend, decided to ask to take the garlic bread and rice home as they where the only edible things, and the waiter brought a carrier bag and brown paper bag and a used tin foil container to the table and grunted at me to fill them, I’ve never experienced this in a restaurant before, I complained about him when we paid but got no explanation or apology, would not recommend or ever revisit!

Very disappointed that a king prawn dish costing nearly £16 only had 4 prawns in it! £4 a prawn? Wouldn’t mind my money back actually.

We had an excellent meal here. The food was tasty and interesting, with good flavours, generous portions and very reasonably priced. Really convenient for a pre-theatre meal. Staff were lovely too. It’s BYOB if you want a drink. Would definitely go back.

Millon is the best takeaway in Haslingden by far staff very friendly best food cook to fresh right infront of you best prices and most of all best curry’s my favourite is king prawn curry very filling best portion sizes and by far best takeaway in Lancishire 💯
