I go here on my way home after a hard day's slog in work , one of the top two Indian takeaways I've tried and I've tried dozens , foods always mouthwatering and delicious and hot , ice only just noticed it's saying they now deliver , I'l be pigging out tonight this is fit sure , I honestly can't complain about any aspect of the food from here , well done 👍 orrell tandoori

Absolutely outstanding food I order from here all the time food is always hot, tried most of the menu and literally can’t fault it, staff are fantastic and this is by far the nicest Indian restaurant/takeaway on the Wirral, you can dine in or take away. Llamó aquí la pasada Nochevieja en una noche muy lluviosa en Liverpool. Estábamos empapados y preguntamos si tenían alguna toalla que pudiéramos usar solo para que nos entregaran un rollo de papel azul que estaba bien. Primero terminaré con la comida y luego con el servicio. Pedí el entrante mixto para dos y cuando llegó le pregunté al camarero si era eso? Parecía una pequeña porción, pero dijo que era cierto. Tomé el pollo biryani y pedí una salsa de tikka en lugar de la salsa de curry habitual y ambos estaban listos. ¡Ahora el servicio! El personal me pareció bajo en número para la víspera de Año Nuevo y el camarero que pregunté sobre el entrante cuando pedí nuevos cubiertos para nuestro principal literalmente solo les puse un juego en la mesa y mi juego en una servilleta sucia en nuestra mesa que nunca he experimentado en ningún otro lugar. ¿Vamos a volver? Definitivamente no por favor ver fotos.

We all had a great time here on 26th celebrating my husbands birthday. As soon as we walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent, everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. My son doesn't like coriander and they didnt hesitate cooking him his starter again without it. We will definitely be going back, would highly recommend.

Accommodated a table of 8 last minute. Decent service. Good curry, not the best I’ve had but no place will ever top my local curry place back home.

We have eaten in the Basmati a few times but it was cold and snowy and we didn't feel like venturing out so ordered a takeaway on line for delivery. Extremely easy to place the order and pay and you can set up an account, so will be even more straightforward next time. Website tells you approximately how long delivery will be but it arrived 15 mins early. Portions are good size and the quality of the food was excellent. Big chunks of chicken and meat in the dishes. Everything was really tasty. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

For the first time in years we went back to Rani and have to say this is the best in Atherton, food and staff were amazing can't thank them enough definitely going back well done guys
