The best restaurants serving Indian food in Cheshire West and Chester North West

This place is aimed at western people, if you’re Indian don’t bother going here. The food has been disgustingly made unindian. Chaat is a no go completely, tasteless bland food which is not authentic Indian chaat. The Vada Pau is a joke a true maharastrian would be ashamed. The menu is a complete mess, food is overpriced and tasteless. But one thing I will give them credit for is the Samosa that is really nice probably because they buy them in frozen and fry them taste like the Shana’s Punjabi Samosa which is available at Sainsbury’s. So don’t waste money at Chai Station

My husband and I visited on Valentine's Day and had a great experience. I'm vegan and was overwhelmed by the choice! We thoroughly stuffed ourselves with poppadoms, kebabs, bhuna, korma, rice, garlic naan and bombay potatoes. Everything we had was absolutely delicious and we can't wait to come back and try more. On top of the beautiful food, the staff were so, so friendly, kind and welcoming. Thank you all 😊

More of a takeaway than a restaurant. Still good food served at table. Take your own drink allowed.

By far the nicest curry I have had from anywhere would definitely recommend it staff are really friendly very passionate about cooking i definitely recommend the butter chicken and balti massala really was amazing 👏

Average food, especially biryani not good. Starter's are good overall a good place for family occasionally.

First time eating from here, average food at best. Whilst the flavour was decent, it had very little spice despite asking for it very hot. Biryani was very disappointing, rice had very little fragrance and flavour and the meat was a bit overcooked. Although, the raita that accompanied it was very nice. Naan was average, seemed like it had been sat there for a while but still tasted good

Booked table for 9 while eating our meal the staff were hoovering the floors told no drinks as they close at 10.30 atmosphere was like you where not wanted we were a table of 6 abs happy to spend money but you just wanted us out will never go back

I had a dish I'd never come across before and it was absolutely delicious. I've always used the Cheshire Tandoori on Castle but whilst they are good Relish is better. Not just because of food quality, but because of unusual (to the area) dishes.

I would go as far to say this is literally the most amazing Indian in the world! I am gluten intolerant and have tried numerous Indian restaurants. Nothing comes close or even compares. This restaurant offers gluten free naan bread which no other Indian restaurant offers and I’ve never had a reaction which is so amazing for me. This restaurant is special and in my opinion offers the best gluten free Indian choice (I live in Ellesmere Port) and I am so happy to travel all this way, if it meals getting an Indian from little India. Ir surpasses anything else in the area and gives us complete peace of mind that we are going to be safe and secure eating their food. I could not recommend this restaurant or their food enough! If you have never been please try it! And if you have, I know you will keep going! Thank you John and family for the most amazing food

Hands down the best Indian restaurant in Frodsham! Josh was so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The food was packed with flavour, and the service was top-notch. A real hidden gem—we’ll definitely be back.

We’ve visited this Mowgli on multiple occasions since it opened and always thought how great the food and service has been. Last night we had exceptional service from David. Food was prompt, tasty and nothing was too much trouble. David took the time to make conversation with us and genuinely made a fantastic waiter. Thanks again!

Order a takeaway for delivery. Perfect service, came piping hot and on time on a Friday evening! And the food was stunning.

Just love this place great food service perfect and all the staff helpful The Sunday lunch is totally the best.. My son just visited too with his friends as a birthday treat, they too loved the experience.
