For me everything here tastes too sweet. The tray of relishes with the poppadoms contained too much sugar - particularly the mint one. The rice and the naan were both too sweet. The curry was fine. The noise level makes it difficult to have a conversation - there is nothing to deaden the cacophony of sound and if you’re unfortunate enough to be seated next to a noisy table, it’s really not a pleasant experience.

Hi the Relish is in me mind is the best restaurant in Northwich. The staff are amazing and very friendly and the chef is fantastic so the food is better than anything served in other much more expensive restaurants in the town so visit this fabulous restaurant for the best food experience in Nothwich. Great meal and service. Took.our own wine, just one bottle, and got charged £6.00 corkage, £3 per person when over the phone my husband was told it is £3 per bottle. Won't be going back due to ridiculous corkage charge, good job there wasn't 4 of us!! Plus they had overwritten the original corkage So we didn't bother with the £5.00.tip we intended to leave.

Great food great service Options of bring your own bottle.was told its 3 quid corkage came to pay the bill it was altered to 3 quid each which peed me off. Was never told that and why would it be ? 1 bottle corkage 6 quid. Such a shame they did that. Yes it's only 3 quid extra but 4 sharing a bottle would be 12 corkage ? Really ?

SECOND REVIEW... Just had a takeaway which I collected. It was without doubt the best Indian takeaway I have eaten ever. Quality was outstanding as was the value for money. WONDERFUL!... FIRST VISIT REVIEW... My wife and I went for our Northwich Ukelele Club Christmas Meal on the Friday before Christmas... Their was over 30 of us, the food was superb, the staff were practically rushing around trying to serve us all at the same time. They were excellent as was the food and the atmosphere. At no point did we feel rushed or hurried, everybody had a great time. My wife who isn't normally over keen on Indian food thoroughly enjoyed hers so much so that she sent me down for a cheeky takeaway a couple of days into the new year.

Staff are always super friendly, food delicious as ever!! Great value for money

Simply the second worst curry I've ever had. The sauce was bland and smelled only what I can describe as off. It was also bright pink like someone had put food colouring in it... The chicken was dry, the chips were dry and had no salt on them, the rice was dry, and the garlic naan had no garlic on it and guess what it was dry. 2/10. Don't think I'll be going back. Bit dry for me. I like flavour and salt. Amen.

Best food around brilliant staff And a great atmosphere

Since we moved in to the area we have found this to be the best Indian takeaway and we use at least once a week. Sunday buffet is always good value and enjoyable

It has to be my favourite place to eat. Never had a bad meal and love the baby guiness to send you home happier.

Excellent restaurant, food and staff 10/10

The food is good but recently the portions seem to be a bit smaller. Probably due to the cost of living crisis as previously portions were generous. You can't fault the food, staff or the restaurant.

Great food, lots of choice, always try something different and they never disappoint. Lots of choice for curry around Northwich but I'd say for consistency and value for money Relish is the best. What makes this place is the staff, Abdul, Anwar, Feisal, Sammi and the rest of the team are great, so friendly and make you very welcome. We use this place as a family and are always looked after.

Came for a buffet lunch and were looked after by lovely chaps who were patient, considerate and very attentive. Thanks gents. It's very much appreciated. 👍🙏

I really like this place. Turned up on Sunday at 9.15 and they warmly welcomed me when many restaurants would be closing their kitchen and looking to go home. The guys were really friendly and the service was great, as was the food. Had an excellent prawn Puri to start and a lovely chicken balti for main - all really fresh, hot and flavoursome. My phone was low on battery and they helped me charge it up, and let me enjoy my meal unhurried beyond closing time. Thoroughly recommended. Thanks guys!

Even on a mid week evening, the restaurant was quite busy. We were seated quickly and drinks arrived soon after. We were given plenty of time to choose from an extensive menu whilst nibbling on the poppadoms. There is a meal deal available Sundays to Thursdays. The mains were all very tasty and varied in spiciness as preferred. With a complimentary digestif and a reasonable bill a very pleasant evening was experienced.

I fancied a Sat night Indian takeaway , thought I'd give Relish Tandori a try. I'm glad I did, what an amazing experience and fantastic tasty food. I rang up to place my order for collection and was told would be ready to collect in 10 minutes. I arrived and the guys that work there couldn't of been more helpful , they even held the door open for me as I was leaving. 2 poppadoms and dip, prawn puri to start, then a prawn curry and peshwari naan bread, all that for just £12:45! The food was hot and tasted beautiful. I will definitely be returning here. Keep doing what you do guys, you deserve every success. Not many places left these days that are 100% focused on the customer and delivering a faultless service, but you certainly are.

Went last night with seven freinds. The staff were so good and attentive with us. Food absolutely delicious snd so very reasonably priced. Had a lovely night and been smiling all day.

Delicious, it's nice to see you're using real chicken and not the rubbish other restaurants and takeaway's use, everything came still hot, not one thing I didn't enjoy, driver was nice and friendly, well done.

We are curry fans and use all of Northwich’s Indian Restaurants but this visit Relish was very disappointing. Our friends booked it so we didn’t say anything at the time but they need to improve! Chutneys were gloopy and tasteless then our main courses came very quickly, always a worry that food isn’t cooked fresh. I had chicken tikka biryani with masala sauce which was tepid in temperature and not v tasty. My husband had chicken mushroom jalfrezi which was all onion and very little meat. Staff were very friendly and the beer was good. Not a good meal.

Because this little restaurant is off the beaten track I think it gets missed a little and not talked about enough. Well I'm going to remedy that. If you want an great selection of food with full flavoured dishes at amazing prices look no further. We have been here before for reasons nothing to do with the restaurant our minds where elsewhere. But today I can not rave about the food and service enough. If you want value for money and great tasting food this is the place for you.

Best Indian restaurant in Northwich

Sunday evening, the restaurant was packed. Very nice atmosphere and friendly waiters. Good food and a variety of sauces. Sunday night there’s a buffet too. We’ll definitely be back.

Good food Place lacking in decor and waiters very indifferent Asked for jug of water that’s what we got no glasses !!! When asked was told to use the glass the ice had come in !!!

Food was tasteless, and the meat in most of our dishes was full of gristle

Fantastic Indian Restaurant, must be the best in Northwich. My husband had Kharai Chicken, and I had Lamb Balti, larger portions than normal, we couldn’t eat it all the Lamb was in really large juicy pieces. We have been to quite a few in Northwich, but not as Nice as this , this was a takeaway where you get 10% off is you pick up yourself. Lovely clean restaurant and pleasant staff. I’d like to go on Sunday where there are dishes you can choose yourself, open 1pm -9pm . Will definitely go to again our favourite now

Just tried this little gem after being recommended from a friend and have to say I wasn't disappointed, great food, fresh, good portion and very good value for money. Definitely going back again.

If we're not ordering takeaways then we're there for the great food, friendly staff and brilliant value for money. Plenty of choices and a good range of drinks. Easy to park opposite (free after 6pm). What's not to like???

Fantastic. I've eaten in Relish many times and they are consistently very good. I used to eat Indian food at Alsager and Nantwich which are well known for good Indian food. There are other Indian eateries in Northwich that are also very good but Relish creates fabulous food that is also the best value for money.

Had a lovely little buffet curry on Sunday, cheap and cheerful. It's small and cosy and the food is brought out fresh and kept nice and hot. We had a lovely time. The mango lassi was very good and lots of it without being watered down with tons of ice, it was also clearly freshly made as our server asked if it was sweet enough. Will be back again on sundays for more :) Thank you!

Good for indians but they have to improve

First time using this takeaway. Why the first time I don’t know. What a find. Food delivered early, hot and one of the tastiest Indian meals ive ever had. Full of flavours, good portions, really good price. If you are local, please do not hesitate in ordering from them. The food is spectacular.

Unassumung premises but welcomed in and from there on the service and taste of food were in competition to see which could score highest! Attentive and prompt with tasty food to match from an extensive menu. We weren't aware but it looked like you could bring your own alcohol too. Highly recommended.

The Relish always delivers an excellent standard of food, whether it is by takeaway or in the restaurant. The food is also very good value for money and the Relish staff are extremely pleasant.

Beautiful food. I ordered it online and asked for less oil, just in case. It was a very fiery and fruity vindaloo sauce, better than I've had in a very long time. The saag bhaji (spicy spinach side) was also not oily, and seemed to have been made with care and fresh ingredients. Food came on time. Relish, you've earned yourselves another customer. I was off work for a week and at a loose end on the Thursday night. I decided to wander into Northwich for a meal and a couple of pints. It seemed a curry was in order and at first I thought about the the...

We booked a last minute table and they were very accommodating. We had young children with us too and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Lovely buffet food and very fresh tasty naan.

The service was great. The front of house staff were attentive, friendly and helpful - recommended what to have to eat whilst checking what we liked. The little drink with the bill was a nice touch - the little things make a difference.

Lovely staff, nice atmosphere, my curry was awesome, lamb madras, but my wife korma looked nice, but had no flavour to be honest, don't like to complain but think they have to improve the taste of korma, as it is a popular curry, but will give them another chance to see if it improves or try butter chicken

Came here after being told by the other local Indian restaurant was full even though there's just 2 of us.(bombay quay) Anyway, what a find this place is, every single dish had its own lovely flavour and colours. staff pleasent, nice drinks and even cooked a dish to my individual liking (naga vindaloo). Pleasently surprised by my bill at the end as seemed very cheap for what we had but I'm not moaning. Left full and very pleased, if I visit northwich again we will definitely be going back. Top night, great hospitality and great food, what more can you ask for. Well worth going here
