Had our NYE meal at the Maharaja having not visited for some time. The restaurant is under new management now. The food was excellent and plentiful, whilst the service was great. A number of ‘on the house’ extras really made a difference and enhanced the experience for us. Would definitely recommend a visit to the Maharaja!!

2nd time my sister being home from France that we’ve come for dinner. Thank you again for making our evening so special and especially interacting with the boys about the football they were following. Those small touches make such a difference. The food is amazing as is the customer service is second to none. See you next time!

So when those 'curry in a jar' isn't happening for you and all you want is to sink your teeth into a lamb curry, butter chicken, soft naan and Anthony else you can get your hands on, I'd highly recommend Secrets of India. Me -being a an Indian myself (and an amazing cook) can say that this place will satisfy your taste buds with its large variety of GOOD Indian food and at very good portion sizes! Food is amazing -unsure about staff as I've only ordered takeout!

Been going to this restaurant for 12 years plus, looks like a different Chef now. I asked for the lamb Bunait off the bone as they always seem to serve it with three or four bones in. Payed top price for it and still came with a bone in. I’ve always had good food in this restaurant. And have a good relationship with the staff. The draft lager is a very good price. This is the first time I’ve seen this restaurant that empty it’s always been busy every time I’ve gone there. I will go back but maybe not as often as I used to.

We went to Dhamaka last night for dinner. It is lovely that there are so many gluten free options on the menu. Anything marked G on the menu contains gluten. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and I love the TV’s too,on the floor(you can walk on it) and in the main restaurant area. I loved the music too,the music gave it such a lovely atmosphere! The service was really friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly. All the food was delicious, the Onion Bhaji was delicious. The Dhamaka Tandoori Chicken was delicious too,I liked the Rice too! The Blue Virgin Mojito was flavourful and delicious. The Lemonade was nice as well. The toilet's and the restaurant were really clean. I would highly recommend Dhamaka! It’s so lovely to have somewhere in Ickenham that serves up GFO Indian Food. My first time here but not my last,it’s a great place to celebrate special occasions. Depending on what night it is parking in Ickenham high street may be hard but there is a huge Car Park at Ickenham Station. Ickenham station is served by the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines, but you have to pay for Parking at Ickenham station. It is also a nice place to go for a meal after a performance at the Compass. If you are going to the Compass theatre I would recommend you keep your Car Parked there as it isn’t a long walk, just go up Glebe Avenue untill the End of the road(the direction of the Station),where Ickenham High Street starts and then pass the Titch and once you arrive by Costa it’s right next door. At the minuite, there is some traffic in Ickenham sort of where the Library is so I would recommend you allow more contingency time in. 🤞it will be sorted out soon. This restaurant opens only in the Evening between Tuesday and Friday.
