Blue Saffron in Hillingdon

The tandoori roti was thick and chewy ane not even round! The paratha was also very thick and not like a traditional paratha. Very disappointing! Saag panir was creamy. There was hardly any saag. The only decent dish was Chicken tikka.

Delicious hot food arrived earlier than expected and lovely big portions.

Restaurant sent out a missing item and it was delivered immediately, brilliant service and fantastic food!

I have to say I'm very disappointed. The food wasn't very tasty., very little naga in at all. Chicken was rather dry. I asked for it extra hot (spicy) and it was rather predestination. I doubt I'd order from here again.

If I could leave a zero I would. Awful! Madras was not a madras. Sagg Paneer was just paneer with korma sauce. Very oily and greasy. Pilau rice was just boiled rice… worst curry I have ever had…

Delicious. Our food was piping hot (despite freezing weather) and delivered in time but mainly just so happy to finally have found a curry place that does completely mild food which kids can enjoy. Even the mildest curries everywhere else have a tiny bit of chilli but the peshwari chicken and palak paneer were perfect, very flavoursome but without chilli heat. There are spicier options on the menu though. Will be ordering again for sure!

My first time ordering Blue saffron, Ordered at 7pm but didn’t deliver until close to 9pm, however it was New Year’s Eve and I can understand but the food was superb and highly recommend

Unfortunately, I only get one star as for the second time in a row they have failed on a simple request for no tomato as the tomato will affect my wife due to her serious anaphylactic allergy. Once at a push you can forgive but the second time.!!!’ Don’t get me wrong the food is nice and good portion size but if they don’t take an issue seriously why bother. They should’ve said really sorry we can’t guarantee it will be tomato free.

You know there’s SO many options in this category, so I’m going to give you some advise to save you scrolling and scrolling like you do when your trying to choose a film on Netflix. The food from this place is not to be missed ! I’m a big foody and literally throw tantrums if I pay for mediocre food. Let’s face it, if we are going to spend what little we do have, it has to be worth it. Trust me, it’s on form EVERY time. Taste. Portions. Delivered hot. You can just tell they use fresh produce. TOP NOSH !!

Food is always great. Service is great and were very accommodating to the vegan in our family. Also good portions.

We always order from Blue Saffron and are never disappointed. All meals were great but one dish wasn’t what was ordered. The murgh makani tasted distinctly of coconut and more like korma. Interestingly, there was a lid underneath which had C K on it. Nevertheless, the food was great as always.

Another lovely meal all dishes as ordered, very ample portions and piping hot. Well done.

Ordered flood from here a few times o my as thiers not much choice around where we live, and each time we buy any curry it has the same base sauce and is full of sugar which over powers any other flavours!!! Can guarantee they wouldn’t serve anything on there menu to there own family members! So then why expect us to eat it! Would advice you all to stay clear from this place and maybe travel a little further out to Ruislip or even Hayes for better flavoured food! Sorry for the negative review but have tried your food a few times and each time am left disappointed!

Burnt naan, items missing, VERY oily!

Usually we have had no problem with the food here but last night was an exception. At 7pm last night we ordered food for just two of us, we were told it will be an hour. At 9pm our food arrived, 2 hours after we ordered it. Very Very disappointed.

I was recommended this establishment and I have been TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. First time of ordering to. I HAVE NOT ENJOYED MY MEAL. We ordered the meal at 1748hrs today 05th Nov 2021. Total price: £43,65 Had to call again at 1904/1905 and again at 1911hrs. I explained that the food was cold and that it was WELL OVER 1hr, and was told there is traffic. No APOLOGY for wait time; Nothing to entice me to come again!! WELL IT AINT HAPPENING!!!!!!! I did not enjoy the meal at all. Hubby did not get the rice meal he ordered. REALLY SAD and DISAPPOINTED!!!! Hubby is really down because my bday is this week and he was trying to impress.

Original delivery was ETA 18.50-19.10pm. I got a lateness notification so phoned the restaurant at 18.57pm for a new ETA. They told me that lateness was due to fuel-crisis traffic but they had not even sent it yet, saying it would be sent at 19.10pm. It arrived at 19.30pm with an item missing. I phoned the restaurant again. They told me the missing item was due to the fuel crisis. I told them that my missing Sag Paneer had nothing to do with fuel! The man on the phone was very rude and shouted at me! Worst customer service I have ever received!!! The food was very mediocre and certainly not worth the wait or the rudeness.

Always use Blue Saffron and never disappointed. Always hot and tasty, no messing around re delivery, prompt and courteous.

Amazing food and great portions. The food was ready for collection on time and it was made just as spicy as we had asked. We have just moved to the area and this will be our first choice for indian food going forwards!

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE !!! We ordered our dinner and was half way through when I found a FLY in my chicken curry, my partner rang the shop to complain and was told so rudely it could be a spice, when he told the guy he knew what a fly looks like because it had legs he started to get rude. He ordered a full refund on my meal and was told that nothing more could be done apart from a replacement curry. He continued to push and was abruptly told " I could do more but I'm not going to". It wasn't until my partner went to the shop did they give a partial refund ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!!! 😡🤢🤮

I just say the food tasted really nice. Everything had its unique flavour and very colourful. Portions where ok. Took 1 hour to arrive as was stated. Food was hot on arrival. The sheesh kebabs where marinated with red food colouring that was a nice change. All dishes had there own distinct flavour, unlike other restaurants that have the same base for everything. I hope they keep this up and I will order again now actually. Lol 😋

The food came early, was piping hot and as usual, the restaurant gives some extras - poppadam and rice, which is very nice. It is just biryani this time didn't feel fresh, as it would be heated up from yesterday (especially chicken), it wasn't spicy at all and most importantly didn't have much flavour, which is the first time from Blue Saffron. I hope the last time, as the food was always nice, fresh and full of flavour. Butter chicken was good and fresh, though missing some spices as well.
