Worst tikka masala i have ever had.

Cant really fault the food however was extremely disappointed when on their set Menu wouldn't change the Chicken dish for a similar one which was the same price if not cheaper. Such a shame to be so inflexible.

Great tasting food, great friendly service and timely delivery. Highly recommend the lamb bhuna and chicken dupiaza if you prefer the non creamy type of curries. Love the little details that made the delivered order extra special.

The food was nice and came in a good amount of time, they forgot to bring the drink with the food I didn’t bother calling or anything but they still brought it to me this is good service.

This is one of the best takeaway/ delivery curry restaurants I have ever used. The dishes I have are the chicken tikka and the lamb tikka starters which I have as the special with extra peppers. Absolutely superb, tender lamb and succulent chicken pieces which comes with proper mint sauce, not spicy and salad that is crisp and fresh. Highly recommended. Only thing I will say, I don't like Diet Coke, 7Up or Tango would be a better freebie for me with a large order, but that’s not a problem.

Arrived at 19.30 to collect my order as per the email instructions sent by the restaurant, then told it will be 'a couple of minutes' 35 minutes later my order was finally ready to collect! not only that but because they clearly rushed it the potatoes in the sag aloo were dry, paratha was undercooked and oily and the rice wasn't particularly hot, a shame as this place used to be great, a meek 'sorry' with no offer of even a free popadom or drink while I (and several others I might add) waited for our very delayed food, very poor service which means I probably won't go back

Best food for miles, the staff and chef take pride in their work, presentation is excellent, and very reasonable prices, thank you guys,.

I have had food from here 3 times now, I love the Sagg Paneer, the Peshwari Nann, but tonight I had a lamb balti and it was soooo good! The lamb was so tender and the sauce packed with chunky onions. Thoroughly enjoyed and can’t wait to try something new next time I order ❤️ I would have loved to add a photo, but it didn’t last long enough 🤣

Me and my husband thought we’d try out something new, especially since we’re fairly new to the area. We were not disappointed! The receptionist was lovely and quick to take our order and the food was wonderful; probably one of the best chicken korma I’ve had to date. We will definitely be ordering from here again!

The staff were friendly and happy to comply with a few allergy requirements I had, they were especially cautious and super understanding. The food was amazing and probably one of the best Indian takeaways I’ve had so far. Although, they were a bit busy, I received my delivery within about 30 minutes and was even given a complimentary drink and chocolate waffle. Definitely will be ordering from again!

Shocking service. It took 2 hours for our order to arrive. Such a shame, we’ve loved ordering in the past but when we called tonight to follow up on our order we didn’t even get an apology for the delay. Not acceptable.

Bloody marvellous. They accidentally made the wrong naan so they made the correct one and gave me both, they also gave me some poppadoms and a waffle for something sweet after. Amazing service and food!!!

Very disappointing, considering the other good reviews. This is the first Indian takeaway I've had that hasn't come with complimentary poppadoms. The peshwari naan was good, but the lamb biryani, lamb bhuna and sag aloo were all salty. The korma sauce was thin and milky. The delivery was good, arriving in 30 minutes on a Saturday evening.

Food was nice and tasty. Arrived hot and the garlic nan was nice and fluffy. Would order again.

Have ordered from here a few times so this review is overdue. Kashems has been great for us, food has always been good, never been cold and the portions are generous enough that I usually save half for lunch the next day! Nice friendly family place who go above and beyond every time, definitely recommend.

Awful .. I order my curry from here on a regular basis but after tonight will not be again. My order had parts missing and when I called they said they would send with the driver I am literally on the next road. 45 minutes later I called to find out where it was to be told oh it wasn’t on the receipt and they forgot to call me back to let me know. So whilst letting my curry get cold while I waited for the rest that didn’t even come as they forgot to ring me to tell me. My whole dinner ruined.

Coming from a family that on my Dad's side is Anglo-Indian, I naturally avoid most Indian takeouts because they compromise authenticity for a flavour that the locals will enjoy. This is another one. The first red flag should have been chips/cheesy chips on the menu; you're supposed to be running an Indian restaurant! Been eating Indian food since before I even had teeth (being spoonfed pepperwater and rice by my grandmother). For £35 I expected better. The Lamb Biryani just didn't taste like a biryani, multiple spices missing, no real flavour. No saffron, seemingly no green chillis, no cardamom and I'm questioning if it even had ghee in it. Lamb tasted boiled and then mixed in at the end. But I have saved some for my Dad to try tomorrow when he visits even though he'll go berserk when I tell him I paid money for it. The raita was just plain yoghurt (and it was the sweetened version too! Yuck!), no vegetables. Should be labelled as Dahi really, because that is not Raita and you should know it's not. The chicken madras, not spicy at all, you could have changed it to a butter sauce and it would have almost passed for korma because it was that uninteresting. Tandoori Chops - I don't know if you got the order wrong or what, but that was not tandoori. For starters they were grilled, not put in the oven, you could see the charcoal from the grill on the lamb. And the flavour was closer to tikka than it was tandoori. £6 for 2 naan and it's not even the big naan your competitors in the area would give. The complimentary poppadoms were appreciated and a nice touch, unfortunately, they were also the best thing you delivered. Excellent delivery time with food packed well, £11 for 5 chops is a reach, friendly and polite driver, but the drinks aren't kept in the fridge so the cola was delivered warm. Nowhere near worth the money paid but the Brits seem to like it, so I can only imagine you modified all your recipes because the locals are fans of it. Disappointed is an understatement here.

Omg wow! The food was amazing today. We ordered a starter; prawn puri was tantalising on the tongue. For main we had lamb balti - tasted luscious. The aloo peas - MAGNIFICENT. Every time we order from here, the food never disappoints. The only criticism I have is that the naan bread was abit doughy. Overall, it is value for money and still the best indian takeaway in Ruislip.

Delicious Masala, Dhal and Paneer. Reasonably priced as 10% off if you collect. Phone was non-stop when I was collecting, so they must be doing something right. Plus they were offering meals for the local hospital staff, lucky staff! 😉 What a lovely community gesture. Heartily recommend ✊

Got takeaway for the first time from Kashems. Food was good, not too spicy. Saag was not really saag, it was palak but was still lovely. Overall, this seemed to be the most professionally managed takeaway I have ordered from (I ordered directly, not from a delivery partner). The online menu is a modern day example of simplicity and clarity - brilliant. The full ordering and confirmation process, likewise - easy, brilliant. You get email confirmations each step of the way, including your full order details emailed to you. The packaging too - brilliant. Well done Kashems.....

First time ordering and was not disappointed, lamb curry was full of flavor and very tender, chicken tikka Marsala was amazing!!!! Garlic Naan bread was so soft and the popadoms were so light, think we have found our new go to Indian, they deserve more than 5 stars !!!!!!!!!!

Today I was sent a order by mistake to my house . I rang keshems kitchen to explain that I had not ordered anything and that it was delivered to me by mistake . The gentlemen apologised and said he will send the driver back to pick up the food . I then received a call minutes later by Kash and he was so kind and said that I could keep the order . I cheekily replied and said Thankyou amd that if I liked the food I most defiantly will be ordering from him again 😁😜 and I was very impressed with the flavours and standard of the food so I will be defiantly ordering from you very soon . Amazing food, courteous staff. Always helpful and accomodating. Fresh ingredients so very worth the wait. I've read some reviews saying the food is not authentic, of course they are curries catered for the western world, those that think that Tikka Masala and Korma is served as a standard in the Asian countries makes me laugh 😊 If you would like spice levels changed, speak to the staff as they are happy to help. Best curry in the Ruislip area, good portion sizes for the price 💫

Disgusting food had hair in it, 100% not authentic Indian food, if you wanna get food poisoning buy from here like I did. Biggest mistake of my life. Reported to food standards agency.

GREAT SCOTT this is a wonderful institution. Their meat is succulent, the portions are handsome, and the delicate blend of spices and happiness is a beautiful thing to behold in your face. Can't recommend this place enough. P.s. the bhajis are ok and the bread is a bit chewy, but this is a small price to pay for the quality of the curries.

I had been meaning to order from here for a while after seeing reviews on other online platforms and their food hygiene rating. Indian food is quite a treat in our home, so we order very occasionally and were very sad our usual place seemed to have slipped very dramatically in standard. I’m so glad to say that this is now 100% going to be our usual spot! Our family really enjoyed everything we’d ordered. The food was fresh, tasty and generously portioned. The staff. I think if you look at all the other reviews you’ll see the staff are well loved and rightly so! I have seen some other reviews suggest the food is perhaps not authentic enough, biased toward a western palate. I am totally guilty of having ordered some very... westernised dishes, but that is what I wanted to be frank and they were very tasty. I did order some chilli paneer and thoroughly enjoyed that also! My suggestion for those looking for more authentic dishes would be to call the knowledgeable staff and ask for recommendations. I certainly will in the near future!

Their curry tasted like it had tomato ketchup in it. The colour and the taste left a lot to be desired. Seems to be catered more towards the western palate, so don’t think I’ll be going again.

Our lockdown saviour. We have been ordering every week from Kashems since they opened up for takeaway during the lockdown. Fantastic menu and food. Always fresh and delivered hot, never had any cause to complain. Lovely friendly staff too. They are definitely my first choice for Indian takeaway💕

Great food, great service. The curries are full of flavour and they have the lightest papadums. There was more chicken than I could eat in my Chicken Chom Chom, but maybe that's because I couldn't stop eating the pashwari naan. All delivered hot to your door. These guys have got it all figured out and are doing an excellent job.

Ordered chicken korma's sauce was runny and very sweet and tasteless. The chicken was dry and the pilau rice was extremely average. Would not recommend this place at all!

Ordered lamb vindaloo, madras and keema rice from this restaurant. Very speedy delivery it arrived 15 mins early and the food is delicious! Will definitely order from this place again!

Ordered last night for the first time. Delivery was fast, food was INCREDIBLE ( i ordered a simple Korma and Masala but i did this because I'm familiar with both dishes and know what i like ) The sauce was out of this world!! Creamy with 0 grease. I will definitely order again.

Tried Kashems Kitchen after so many people had good things to say but it disappointed. They got the order wrong and gave lamb tikka rather than chicken and it was tough and very over cooked. Chilli paneer was ok. Naan and paratha were ok. Lamb rogan josh adequate. Butter chicken was too creamy and sweet. Overall a terrible representation of Indian food! Will not be ordering here again!

Overall good is the best way to describe my experience. Nicely presented and not too oily, a little side salad with starters would be nice but I can't complain because it was tasty. Jalfrezi was spicy which I liked just not particularly rich in colour or flavour which would be the 5th star. I'll likely go back

Regularly get a tikka masala and a chicken chom chom from this place. Absolutely delicious food and very friendly staff. Food tastes a lot fresher than other takeaways in the area. Even gave us a little christmas treat with our takeaway. Clearly shows that they value their customers and treat them with respect. Naan breads are awesome too :D

Never again - Won't last! Awful food. naan was sweet when asked for plain. Mixed grill was bland..over cooked food. Asked for Raita given yoghurt whole tub of it. Should clearly specify plain yoghurt given. food quality clearly not good. Not a good sign foe new place. Phoned to complain about raita..i mean yoghurt..told me thats what they think raita is. Spent £40..wasted down the drain. Wont be going again. Will not last. Lounge 101 on high street better.
