I want to express my gratitude to Mr Rolli and his exceptional team during my husband’s recent 60th birthday celebration. Special compliments to the head chef and the kitchen team for preparing such delicious food, served to 100 people at our home. This made the day even more special! Our heartfelt Thanks to you all, again! The Smedley Family

Went on a recommendation and was disappointed, food tasteless like a casserole heavily based on tomato sauce , very little flavour, young lady took order quickly and was very polite , service finished there to be honest , finished meal and wasn’t asked if wanted another drink or dessert so went to ice cream shop in Ruislip , asked for bill which never came so had to go to bar to pay , wouldn’t need to go back just was looking for a decent local curry house after chutneys in Uxbridge closed

We were recommended this restaurant. Just stopped off for a takeaway. It was beautifully cooked but a tad too hot for us. Next time we go there for a sit-in meal we will have a bit milder. It was beautifully cooked. The staff so very friendly and brought our order out to the car. Lovely furnished clean restaurant. Will definitely be back.

Nine of us arrived for dinner. The manager showed us to our seats and soon the waiter brought us carafes of water and took orders for drinks, recommending to some unsure of their choice. Another waiter brought us hot & crisp poppadoms with three in house prepared chutneys & salad. As the evening progressed our selection of the starters arrived. The meats & fish were of top quality and bursting with flavours, sufficiently spiced yet retaining the flavours & textures of the top quality ingredients. We really tucked in to them. The difference at the end of this course was our appetites & moods were by now curious to sample the mains. Slow cooked lamb curry and two chicken varieties with tarka daal and baingan alloo and various rotis and naans were served freshly cooked. These too were really well seasoned and slowly cooked to a succulent tenderness. It was a brilliant experience and it should be no surprise that Michelin stars will be duly conferred upon this excellent restaurant. One of our group booked a table for six for next week before we bid farewell. Great service and greater food and a gentle modern ambience.

Nice decor, food nice enough, service was very inattentive and erratic. There seemed to be a lack of awareness of what needed to be done.

Beautiful interior absolutely stunning. The food was fresh and delicious. The naan was the best I have ever had. Everything was really lovely.

This Indian restaurant is quite new and therefore the decor and furnishings are fresh and have a contemporary feel. The food, however, was another matter. The menu is extensive but when our party of six was served their meals, every dish looked the same and in fact tasted the same. I have never before been served with a Bombay Aloo and an Aloo Gobhi floating in a curry sauce - all the dishes we had ordered looked the same shade of brown...

The restaurant looks beautiful, but sadly the service was quite cool - the waiters did not seem very friendly or attentive. The food was reasonable: The fish curry reasonably authentic - with a good balance of south indian spices. The butter was less enticing - it didn't have the rich glossy buttery finish that you should expect, and what was worse the main flavour profile was of Heinz Tomato Soup - yes, the sauce it really did taste just like tinned tomato soup !!! The waiters were not very interested when I rejected draught beer that was definitely below par - they weren't interested in knowing what was wrong, or replacing it free of charge, even though it was definitely off. Also, the prices are pretty steep for what you get - this place isn't cheap, especially after you factor in the service charge that is automatically added on to the bill. A meal for two (main courses only + rice/bread + beer) cost in excess of £60, so I won't go again

Had a fab night with friends. Food portions were large so we all ended up taking leftovers Jalfrezi was not spicy at all which was a bit of a let down but we simply asked for some chopped chillies and the rest of the food was really nice. Cocktails were great (friends loved them), although no mocktail options so I had to choose an 0% beer. I would have preferred there to be more non-alcoholic choices (I can't drink alcohol but I enjoy mocktails so I feel included XD) The décor and the ambience were great. The place looks awesome and modern and the music was great. Really good vibe. We would definitely go again as we had an awesome night with great food. Just missing mocktails and a spicy Jalfrezi!

Beverages are very expensive. Food is reasonable priced. Tried the butter chicken and tandoori roti and it was amazing on that particular day.

Had our NYE meal at the Maharaja having not visited for some time. The restaurant is under new management now. The food was excellent and plentiful, whilst the service was great. A number of ‘on the house’ extras really made a difference and enhanced the experience for us. Would definitely recommend a visit to the Maharaja!!
