Excellent restaurant, went on a Monday night and food and service was top notch. Even tho they were busy they still went the extra mile. Special shout out to Sudeep, he's a credit to the service team here. Highly recommended.

Our only problem was that it was so noisy, normal conversation was almost impossible. This was probably due to the background music and the lack of sound insulation, there being no carpet or curtains etc. Otherwise we could not fault it.

They was 16 of us to celebrate my daughter’s 18 birthday and everything was perfect.

Came here for friends birthday, food was 10/10, service was slow, and one staff had no much customer service when asked questions.. overall it is better to come after 6pm.. the atmosphere is better and good selection of food. They have parking, just before you reach namaste lounge for 3 hours..

Alex was amazing he provided the best service to a large group. He is an asset to the restaurant.

Namaste Lounge were brilliant today. They went out of their way to make a dish that wasn’t on their menu just for our daughter. Their service was really good! They also gave us a birthday dessert treat which was lovely. Thank You!!!

We ordered a take away via uber eats and the quality of the food was awful. I contacted them straight away and was told the manager would get in touch. That was over a month ago and have yet to receive a reply! Very poor and disappointing!

Really enjoyed our afternoon tea here. Food was great, very spacious, clean and decor up to date. We were given the corner table which was fantastic but lack of waiter seeing to our table was a little annoying and had to keep calling them hence the less star.

The starters are enjoyable, but many of the sauces for the main dishes are exactly the same, regardless of what the descriptions suggest. Namaste feels like it’s trying to be multiple things at once - a restaurant, a bar, and a club, while I can see the appeal for some, it works because it's a lively and local spot. The decor is nice, but it gives off a bit of a pretentious vibe, which is further emphasised by the staff's similarly distant attitude. When it comes to food, there are far better Indian restaurants nearby, that are also better value. On a positive note, the shisha lounge stands out with friendlier staff and a much more relaxed atmosphere.

We thoroughly enjoyed the High Chai Tea experience. The food was amazing and the sparkler was a lovely added touch to the birthday celebrations.

My partner Robert and I had our engagement party at Namaste Lounge on 25th January and boy oh boy what a night it was! A huge, huge, huge shout out to Pranav, Kirsty, Sebi, Remi and Carina. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a more amazing night, everything fell into place, not by chance, but because the Namaste Lounge team made it happen. From the food, the decor, the atmosphere, chefs kiss. All feedback we’ve had from the night is that nobody has seen anything like it before, for an engagement party. Thank you to Pranav who handled all 100 of my queries and specifics and was extremely helpful within the process. The whole team put us at ease and delivered everything as promised.. and MORE (now when does that actually happen?) The night was so memorable and was everything we could have ever asked for. We rented the marquee for cocktail hour and food and then we moved into the club which was sensational. We had a light show, dancers, Okta on the violin - it was literally like a West End club.. in Northwood. We had DJ Taj on the decks who did a phenomenal job. He delivered all as requested and more. If you’re thinking about booking Namaste Lounge, don’t think, just do. I promise you won’t regret it. For party planning they know how to get the job done, with everything planned to the T - especially with Kirsty handling it. Thanks again Namaste lounge, I could cry with how amazing the night was ❤️.

Not satisfied with the menu Need to be upgrade

Firstly, they posted us in a rubbish table. Requested a different table. Overall, the food was very good. Especially the Lamb. Fish was a miss though. Unfortunately, when ordering a 2nd bottle of wine. They did not have the same wine we ordered first. Then ordered another bottle of a different not available. So had to have another wine. Service was slow. It's was very hard to get anyone attention. I know it was valentines, but surely you would increase your staff. For stock of wines, surely you have lots in stock, not just 1 bottle of wine of one brand, then none of another.

Hired the outside marquee for a 30th birthday party, and everything was perfect! The team was very professional on the night and understood exactly what we wanted. Absolutely delightful afternoon spent at this lovely restaurant with dearly loved elderly relatives from abroad and home. Amazing selection of scrumptious Starters got us all going as we caught up with each other’s news. We followed the starters feast with a varied selection of main courses that not only looked beautifully presented, but carried on filling the taste buds with exquisite flavours. We were truly well looked after our lovely smiling hostess! Thank You. The owner and the chefs deserve huge credit in creating the varied flavours of traditional Indian cuisine together with the presentation of each item - a true visual yet tasty feast!

Food was delicious especially the Punjabi lamb curry. Atmosphere was great with a modern/sophisticated vibe. Will definitely go back.

This place has seriously gone down hill both in terms of food and service. It has got to that point where it churns out average food with sauces that are all the same but just thrown into every dish and they are cutting massive corners with there food. We came on a Tuesday afternoon at around 3pm and were the only ones in the whole restaurant. (See picture attached for proof) We were sat the back and had a table of 8 people for a birthday lunch. We ordered around 6-7 starters and 5 mains with garlic naan. The starters were average at best, the same sauce thrown in to the chilli chicken, chilli mushroom and chilli paneer. The chicken lollipop's are a miss as there is barely any meat on them, it is just drenched in sauce and batter. Sheikh kebabs came looking anemic and lacked any colour or flavour. The mains again were bang average with the lamb korma and chicken korma average, with that sugary taste like a typical highstreet curry takeway. The veg manchurian was also average with the standard sauce from all the other starter dishes, just with a little more gravy. The only highlight was the sri lankan lamb curry and the garlic naan, which was spot on. Authentic flavours and the naan was pretty much perfect. The service was shocking as we had to get up 2-3 times and go all the way to the front of the bar and get the waiters attention and there were 3 waiters + the owner sitting in a booth with his laptop out just daydreaming. I even had to get up and pay the bill at the front of the restaurant. The bill came to £260 and to be honest, it's hard to see any of us returning again, especially not for the food.

The atmosphere is very good for family, friends and couple. The staff are too kind and they mind every minute need for the customer. We went there for a birthday celebration and they even offered a brownie cake at the end for the birthday girl. Words are too less to describe the taste of food and drinks they provide. It’s just yummy. If you are looking for a party atmosphere, you won’t regret going here .

I had my sister’s 16th birthday celebration here, the service was amazing and my main concern was that she really enjoys the food and the atmosphere. As she is very young, the music was upbeat and ‘with the time!’ Scarlet and a gentleman were lovely and definitely made sure that my sister’s birthday was well spent, even how they brought the cake out! We really enjoyed our time! Definitely recommend!

What a rubbish experience, went there to watch football match.. staff are not looking for customers, no sound in tv…!! The staff are not listening , hope they know what is hospitality.. have a high expectation to this restaurant but truthfully it’s falling down.. hope the owner look it for what customers are valuable for them

Will not be coming back…was much better before I don’t know what happened Food was 4/5..Pretty good.. Service was awful..We had to wait 30 mins for drink to arrive to our table! And the same was after..for everything..VERY SLOW! Tables packed close to each other..someone bumping my back every 2 mins trying to fit between 2 tables..Rubbish music playing and very dimly lit place!

The food is 5 stars. But the service in the shisha part can be inattentive when it’s busy so you have to physically flag someone down, and this isn’t a smooth process either so you generally have to stop your whole conversation for ages, and ask them to change coals etc etc. you can say yep but it’s busy so…give them a break, yes but there are plenty of people working so I’m not sure why tables are just left for ages without coals being checked or just someone nearby to order food or even get the bill. The flavour is also not made 100% and sometimes you need to ask for it to be adjusted because you either can’t taste anything or one flavour is completely overpowering. Why isn’t this right the first time shisha isn’t the side hustle here it’s a shisha bar. I had been served a drink in a completely dirty glass. After our meal a server wiped down our table with a dry tissue whilst we waited for shish 🙃. We could have done that ourselves we asked for it to be cleaned and we assumed it would be sprayed down because there was some oil on the table but we just let it be. The decor and set up is great. Service is mediocre. Food is excellent. Cleanliness is not great for what you’d expect given the great decor and size.
