Karahi Express in Hillingdon

Hi came here yesterday it wasn’t that busy for 6.15pm. We got a table . We ordered a mixed grill £22 ish. A daal makhni , Butter chicken , salad and two tandoori buttered naan and plain yogurt. A coke and water which comes as a big bottle . Total £52 ish. Which was ok . The Karahi meats were nice except the kebabs they were so red colour which was of putting . And they were spicy . So they got left . The dhal makhani was Nice . Overall, the food was nice enough and the service was decent . (Trip advisor should have a Good option . Aswell as average or very good )

This was my second visit and once again the the chicken wasn’t cooked properly. This time we ordered lollipop chicken and it was raw you could clearly see the pink chicken so the chef said sorry the chef new I said this second time it’s happened. I also saw the lady bring a Frozen bag from the back and the chef put the wings in microwave to defrost. I said I don’t Want eat in here and I left. The food ain’t fresh they obviously freezing it all then defrosting once order come in. So I advise don’t go there if you do then double check your food it’s cooked

We were visiting the area for the weekend & googled Indian restaurants. This came up. A mini bus of us went. Although we had a 10min wait, it was well worth it. The food was absolutely brilliant & the service was quick & easy. Sunny who served us was full of fun. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely loved the food. Fresh and bursting full of flavour. Nothing fancy here in the decor or setting, but that's not a problem. We wanted an authentic restaurant and we got it.

Having enjoyed many meals at this restaurant before covid! Visited today after 3 year to find that the owner has changed and is rude and obnoxious. The food standards have really gone down and are just interested in making money. Very very disappointing and would not go there again. Avoid if you can as there are several other better restaurants near by…

Went for a family meal…. Service was so slow and I understand it was busy but if you know it’s going to be busy every Saturday night maybe get more staff? We asked three times for salad with the meal, and on the 4th time the manager accused of being rude. Clearly got offensive as all we said was cancel the salad as we have almost finished our meal! The manager or whoever he was, was rude, moody and they certainly do not value the customer. We will not be going there every again.

A few weeks ago we went in as a family Of 4. Came home and checked bill and they’d charged us for a bottle of water that THEY had put on our table and we’d never opened and a mojito we never ordered!! We called them up to explain. Mr Singh was adamant that we had ordered the mojito and argued, we then remembered they had CCTV and asked him to check and very suddenly, he remembered it was the table next to us! He apologised and my husband went the next day to get our refund. Following on, we thought we’d give it another go as he had rectified his mistake and we ordered take away. I went In to collect it and the restaurant was jam packed! So much for rule of 6, there was up to 10 people at the back tables. We brought food home and it was not nice at all! The Karahi chicken was sweet, the daal makhni was bland and the naans stodgy. We gave it a good go and tried to support the local place but won’t be going back

Restaurant was Overcrowded; some groups of drunk men were shouting, didn’t look at others, so we couldn’t talk at all; restaurant staff should told them to calm down because they weren’t only one in there.. waiter brought a bottle of water but we didn’t order it so we didn’t open it but they charged us for it about £3.. that’s not normal!! For all people who read this - CHECK YOUR BILL before you pay!! The food would be very good in the restaurant but there is too much oil in it... I don’t recommend this restaurant for people who want to go on a date or with friends where you can meet up and talk because you won’t be able to talk, you will have to shout to hear each other...

Paid £10.25 for butter chicken only to get 4 small pieces of chopped chicken and rest just sauce!!! Appalling! Flavours were nothing special and definitely not worth your money. Please do not waste it at this place. Just feeling relieved that we did not go ahead and order more! Should have taken a picture! This was a deliveroo order.

The food was bland, the spice was way too much, naan was dry and the worst of all the staff are all rude. Particularly the owner who treated his customers with such disdain. Daylight robbery. Would never come here again and advise others to stay away too.

Booked for 18 people to go there for my son’s birthday, service was faultless, food was excellent, I'm not a lover of overly spiced food, so the gentleman made me mine separately, which I fault was brilliant. Would recommend, they are very eager to please, even the prices we found reasonable, as everything was perfect.

Always enjoyed karahi. Been coming here for the past 8 years with my wife and kids, food has improved massively since the recent upgrade. Proper selection of indian food and massive choice of spirits and beer in the bar.

Back again for Christmas this year following our visit last group xmas dinner in 2018. Restaurant was lively and busy with lots of families enjoying the festive decor - glad to see everyone in the spirit. Service was good considering they were so busy. Food was delicious, especially the karahi chicken. Live kitchen is great too, get to see the chefs cook the food too.

We had visited this restaurant before and we decided to enjoy our Christmas dinner here but sadly to say the chicken in the dish was fresh but the dishes were tasteless and blend as if the onion and tomato sauce was mixed with chicken pieces and warmed in microwave with no flavour it was disappointing.

Found this wonderful restaurant by chance after a visit to the nearby Beck Theatre and loved it so much we came back the following week. The staff are great - the manager was very welcoming and helpful in suggesting some dishes he thought we might like. All the food was fresh, authentic and tasted superb. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. This place is obviously very popular & was packed out - but they have plenty of waiting staff so the service was good. Will definitely return.

I have eaten here once a year over several years when I visit the nearby Beck Theatre. I have never ever had a bad meal. Yesterday was no exception. Five of us ate there with dishes ranging from fried spicy cheese starters to fish curry to buttered chicken - all absolutely delicious. The owner even remembered us eating there, and that on a once per year basis! The price was modest. This is anything but a flashy restaurant, but a very good one indeed. If you are in the area thiis is a must try. You will not regret it if you like indian food.

First time I had chilli garlic Naan and loved it. The taste of green chillies with mutton curry was very unique. Tandoori platter was rich and nice. Finished off with a jug of mango lassi.

A lovely place for good quality traditional Tandoori food that you would normally find in a typical street back in Indian ! Highly recommend the ‘Butter Chicken’

We were told about this place a while ago. Having remembered and without children this evening, my wife and I headed to find it.It was simply excellent. The staff were attentive but occasionally we had to catch their eye. The food was really tasty and I believe you can take your own drinks.The trip was well worth the 20 mile round trip. We shall definitely go there again.

I have been using this restaurant for years. The chefs are excellent, there are always good portions and the food is always fresh, you can see them cooking behind the glass, the atmosphere is always friendly with mixed types of diners, children are always welcomed too.The new decor is very tasteful, Great for an evening out or lunch. I have always left this restaurant fully satisfied. Highly recommend this to any other Asian restaurant in this area.

From the moment you set foot in the restaurant , the smells hypnotise you and the soft traditional Indian music helps to immediately warm you inside. The interior design adds to the soft, appealing atmosphere, conducive for enjoying a meal with family, friends etc. The waiters were soon running about helping and suggesting what to choose from an array of delicious starters, main courses. The whole experience was truly wonderful. As for the food- sumptuously divine, traditional Indian food; finally!

Very much enjoyed an evening here with friends. Intended to have a quick snack but instead went through two courses at a slower pace. Enjoyed a variety of starters and mains courses - predominantly a variety of meat and naan breads. Washed down with plenty of draught beer from the bar. Will certainly dine here again, inevitably will BYOB for an extended visit with a larger group. Highly recommended

Despite the restaurant being almost empty at 8.45pm, we were asked to sit at a table next to two noisy youngsters which we declined so not the best start. Anyhow, we sat at a table for eight which could easily be split into two tables of four. The waiter was polite and brought us a couple of spicy popadums and a jug of water which everyone gets. My husband ordered a starter which came with our main courses but we didn't say anything. The rice didn't materialise until we gave up waiting for it so had to ask. I was disappointed with my Saag Paneer as the cheese had been overcooked so had become rubbery and the spinach was tinned/frozen. My husbands Keema Peas was passable although he asked for it to be cooked with green chilli but as they forgot, he got a little pot of raw chilli instead. We thought the food was fairly average, nothing special. However, the restaurant became very busy and the noise so loud due to the tiled floor and bare walls so nothing to absorb the sound. We won't be returning.

When we visit the resteraunt it's good. But I decided to order big mistake !! Food arrived stale and cold. The paneer was cold and overflowing with oil just tasted horrible and @ubereats doesn't seem to be solving my problem at present as I received a reply of no action needed. It's basic consumer rights for repeat performance of a service if it's bad or recieve a full refund according to UK consumer law never ever ordering again!!! I would give zero stars but there's no options for that

We came here as a family on Mother’s Day and as expected was busy. The staff were attentive and quick to make arrangements to find us a table albeit there were a number of reserved tables.

I've been to Karahi before but this time I decided to bring my in-laws along for a family meal. I must say the experience, atmosphere and food was exceptional. The staff welcomed us with friendly smiles.

What a joy! We were lucky enough to hear about Karahi Junction from friends and so happy we visited.

Nice dinner at this recently renovated resturant. Every time you come you are greeted by s friendly person and we have always got a seat table quickly. Nice sizzles

I came here before the renovation and it was great. Im here after the renovation and its better but still has some major flaws which shouldnt be there. The place looks extremely modern and is better than before. It is more inviting there is now a mini bar serving alcohol. They also changed their name to "karahi junction". The food is really good but the portions are really small. The atmosphere is comfortable and good as the place is very busy and is not isolated. Now onto the negatives, which there arent many of. Firstly, the restaurant use multipack drinks and sell them individually full price, which is illegal in the uk. The restaurant also have bad hygiene as a karahi holder was full of lamb and chicken pieces and masala from previous uses and was filthy, this shocked me as the chairs, tables and pretty much all of the restaurant is immaculate and clean. But the owner and staff apologised but there is no excuse for this. The manager is probably the nicest person ive ever met though and offered to get us another one.

Attentive staff, great prices and minimal waiting time! Food is amazingg! Every time we go its always great and music is nice too!

Nice place to enjoy Friday night with your friends. The food is yummy, but becareful it will be spicy. If you want quite and relax atmosphere then avoid this place especially on Friday and Saturday. You can take your own alcoholic drinks and in the weekend you will see majority of males drinking, shouting and bad mouthing. The place gets very loud so avoid if you planning to go with your family over the weekend. Overall yummy food but can be very busy over weekend.

We booked a table Friday night for 10 of us, food was excellent, it gets really busy so I would advise to ring and book, the food portion is good and the cost is very reasonable, would recommend

Have eaten here about 4-5 times and every time this place gets better & better. Such great value for money doesn’t have a Alcohol license so bro g your own which makes it a even cheaper meal. Staff excellent and you can see your food being clocked. Mixed grill amazing

The last time i'd visited was a while back and we'd all forgotten how good the food was here. The mixed grill starter, omg, delicious!! The place does tend to get busy later on, we arrived for 7pm, it wasn't too bad but then became much busier. Be patient for main meals, as they have lots of takeaway/phone orders. Brilliant for authentic Indian food...will be back shortly!

Came across this gem of a place. Mates and I ordered mixed grills, Garlic Chilli Prawns and Fish Tikka. Loved it! Some of the best food around and totally reasonable in price. Mixed Grill and Lamb chops with Sheek Kebabs are highly recommended!!

They made lovely tandoori potato and plain paratha's . Ordered by phone and lovely and warm on collection.

Busy restaurant and rightly so with excellent, authentic Punjabi food and great value. My friends took me to their favourite restaurant and dish after dish was excellent. Hard to find a better Indian restaurant.

La semana pasada (17 de julio) asistí a un amigo pre-boda. Llegamos unos días antes del evento y nos alojamos en el hotel cercano a la mayoría de nuestra visita a Londres. Durante la noche realmente me apetecía algo de comida tradicional, con un aperitivo después de desi 'basura' durante el día!

La comida es excelente. Aparcamiento gratuito después de las 6:30 pm. Pero están tan ocupados que nos llevó una hora para la comida para llegar. Aún así, vale la pena la espera ya que es tan alta calidad auténtica comida india. No es un restaurante de lujo. Pero vas por la comida.

Me llevaron aquí en el Día de la madre por los niños. . . Normalmente ir a Thames en Brentford o Jimmy especias. . . Los diferentes alimentos de diferentes países. Nos sentaron inmediatamente. El restaurante no estaba lleno para la noche del día de la madre. . 20 minutos de estar sentados pedimos algunos popadoms y bebidas. Veinte minutos más tarde, un camarero nos preguntó si habíamos puesto nuestros pedidos entrantes. . . . No sin ver un menú que dice. Las entradas llegaron en dribs y dabs. Mi vegetariano vino primero y luego la parrillada mixta 15 minutos después de que todo el mundo tiempo ayudó a sí mismos a la mayoría de mis entradas. . . Estar hambriento. El plato principal llegó 55 minutos más tarde. . . Una mesa a la izquierda después de esperar más de una hora para que la orden principal. . . . Tener hijos que tenía que ir a la escuela al día siguiente. . . . . Pero el humor en el restaurante era genial una broma a todo el mundo con cada uno de los demás como de lo malo que era. . . . . Un lugar para estar bien lejos de. . . . .

I was enjoy coming here to have a fab indian meal. Great Food and Drink, and a very friendly atmosphere The kitchen is open and at the front, so you can see what's cooking, beofre you even sit down!

Tasty, flavoursome and spicy Indian food! A real treat for the taste buds... but don't go for the ambience as it's bright and loud and a bit of a street food vibe. Reasonably priced and busy which in my opinion is a good sign for a restaurant! Enjoy

Been here a few times now and love it. Take in you own booze (you must buy you soft drinks from them) and sit a the table where you get incredible food delivered. The mixed Grill is out of this world. It does get busy so you may need to wait to be seated but they also do take-aways which are just as good.

Great food. Traditional Indian. I think you can tell a good Indian restraunt by how busy it is. This place is busy every night. You can watch the food being cooked. Try the mixed grill (3 people sharing).

I visited karahi express last year and the food is good, tasty and the restaurant has a canteen feeling which is very casual. You can also take your own alcohol in for the table

Went there for an evening meal after late work on a Tuesday evening. The place wasn't very full and was seated quite quickly. The staff was quite welcoming, menu and both poppadoms and dipping sauces came quickly too. We ordered a vegetable curry, king pawn curry and chicken wings as well as rice and a Roti (bread). It took over 20 minutes for the food to come and not at the same time with the rice being the last item to arrived. However, the food is fulsome and tasty without being too spicy or too hot. Tape water came in a metal container and came free of charge. The toilet was somewhat of a let down:-1) the narrow corridor to the toilet and fire exit was blocked/obstructed by extra chairs and baby chairs, which may be breaching fire safety regulations.2) The Disable toilet is also obstructed/blocked by extra chairs too.3) The toilets had a broken/detached toilet roll cover place above the toilet cistern unit.4) The toilet bin for some reason had the bin also sitting on top of the toilet cistern unit.5) The toilet floor did not seen to be clean very well or recently.6) The toilet sink had dirty grouting on it.The wall in the restaurant had scratches, dents and marks, which spoil the nice led/neon lights fittings and hence the overall decoration is a bit of a let down and tired. Which may a clean up and maintaining.Overall the food and staff are good to very good, but let down by dirty toilet and tired decorations. It is reasonable too, as the bill to around 35 pounds (sterling) without tip.

I used to say how do they get so much flavour into their curries, but the last two times I have been there the curries are nothing like they were before. No flavour, huge lumps of tough meat that looke like beef to me even though I ordered lamb, and really rather tasteless (lamb karahi) The chicken bhuna was absolutely nothing like the one I ordered before, also tasteless. Also ordered lamb bhuna, definitely lamb as very boney, but also very disapppointing. Not cheap either so wont be going to this one again.

These guys could have been much faster was working way to slow!! And paid more attention to other tables rather then us which was a pretty annoying experience for us

Don't really go out for Indian food as I have the best made at home, but when I do this is my choice. Really good food. My favourites are the mixed grill and the butter chicken. This restaurant is buzzing! Really great atmosphere. You can also bring your own booze! It gets noisy, so be prepared!

For what it is and the location it was not bad. Was with my wife the food came reasonably quick. My issues were that the food could have been a lot more warmer and also the tandoori naans were very hard and crispy. Chicken karahi was nice but for them 2 issues i will not be visiting again. Also they seemed in a rush to get rid of us once we finished eating. Not the best service

This is a modern and lively restaurant serving classic curries and punjabi cuisine. I can recommend the mixed grill, lamb and okra - delicious! An enjoyable and affordable night out for a group of 7 people. It's concept is simple none of the frills; you can bring your own drinks ie soft drinks, wine or any spirit. Do book a table as it gets very busy especially on a Friday/Saturday night. Enjoy!

There were 9 of us that went to the restaurant. Problem here is that you can bring in your own alcohol which then leads to guys swearing, shouting and just misbehaving. It wouldn't be bad if it were a pub or something but it's a family restaurant and to be very frank doesn't look so good in front of women. However after saying the above the food was good and the service was decent, in fact better than some of the other reviews. I am a traveller and have been to many restaurants around the world and this is an average restaurant with average food and average service. Overall I do recommend this but try avoiding the Friday or Saturday night rush which is usually after 1900. Other than that it's pretty good and worth visiting.

Visited on a Friday in October. The place was really busy because of its popularity. The mixed grill starter was out of this world. The food here is excellent. You are allowed to bring your own drinks.This place is worth it and very good value for money.

Karahi express actually serves really nice indian food. The food is really fragrant and the portions are generous. My favourite is their chicken tikka masala.

Some of the food wasn't bad at all and tasted quite nice, and sure, it's not terribly priced, however, some of the food came cold, the presentation wasn't anything to shout about - and what's worse is the stomach ache that came after.. This is the second time I've eaten at Karahi Express and thought I'd give it another try. Something isn't right about having to call in to work the following day to say you won't be making an appearance, along with two other of your colleagues..Won't be coming back here again. Sorry!

This place has gone down hill. Badly spiced and marinaded meats. Terrible quality of food. Especially the lamb chops. I had a bad stomach after eating there and will not be returning. This place used to be decent but now it is definitely a bad spot. Yuk!

Me and my family went too the restaurant we were seated very quickly , staff members took our orders politely and with a smile. Our food was served quickly too and you don't get that in a lot of restaurants. The food was amazing not too spicy just as we asked so they do listen to orders properly. We had no complaints to make the prices are very reasonable for the good food. And the manager was very friendly and funny and made jokes which is very nice . I would definitely come here again and I advise you to go too .

Had a great meal last night at this fantastic restaurant. Place was buzzing with atmosphere. A little noisy but nothing a few soft furnishings wouldn't help. Alas let's talk about the food. Very fresh and tasty. Not over spicy and sizzling as it's served. Special praise is to the amritsari fish. Pictures will show how beautifully cooked it was and this fish just flaked. Chicken tandoori was excellent also . Fantastic that you can take your own beer and wine in saving so much in retrospect of the bill. 5 stars from me and nicky (the wife)

This was a very busy place on a Friday Night, you can take your own alcohol in. The starters are much better than the main dishes. We stuck to a variety of starters and in all a good night. The bathrooms could do with a clean up. Food is moderately priced. Parking a car can be difficult in the immediate area.

The food here is always good, fresh tasty punjabi dishes. Service is good taking into consideration how busy it gets. It's not a posh wine & dine type restaurant more of a fun & loud environment.

Thank god @ least some people invest into updating the premises. Driving past during the week on uxbridge road hayes. Shocking to see Karahi express standing out. Pulled up and what a change the owners have down. I have been a loyal customer to this branch for many years but got bored of the same canteen enviroment. New shopfront, striking paint and the 40ft mirrors have been taken out. The boss is giving it a big shake up.Was well happy. Food is banging.

This is our regular eatery. Food is good, although but spicy for me even when I ask for mild! Service is hit and miss but generally good.Naan and keema is my favourite with yogurt, always consistent flavour. No alcohol licence but you can bring your own with no corkage charge. Soft drinks are not allowed from outside though. Toilets aren't the cleanest, but still ok. Parking outside is metered or free after 6/7pm

Had a takeaway from here only to discover wrong food was given !! Rubbish service can any desi really get confused between saag and veg kofta! Second time this has happened won't bother again

Thanks to the karahi team for a wonderfull dinner. Brillant customer service and flavour gasping food. We had our xmas party on xmas eve. Thanks to Tony the owner who made our night a blast. We were told to leave it to him and trust me all 15 of us were wowed by his choice of selection. Must try Special lamb tikka.josh prawns.josh chicken. Many thanks from Hillingdon council

I went here for a meal last night and usually find the curry bursting with flavour however was extremely disappointed last night. It's not cheap either nearly paying £7 for a lamb dish. With so many Indian restaurants in the area they need to ensure food is fresh. Must say it tasted as if it was pre made and just heated up. This reflected In the service time as anyone who knows Indian food knows that a good curry needs atleast 10-15mins to cook but we recieved it within 5mins of placing the order. won't be going here again.

This restaurant is great for Indian food however the service is non existent! Keep getting told to wait 10mins. Eventually ended up leaving due to no table.

Couple of weeks ago we had to get a takeaway from this restaurant as a second choice as our first choice of restaurant was full to the rafters and waiting for a takeaway there would have taken hours. We placed our order the guy behind the counter said it will be ready in half an hour so I went back about forty mins later. I ordered the food twenty to seven and went to pick it up about quarter past seven, by then I noticed that the restaurant was full with people queuing by the front door to get in. I pushed to the front of huge line and the guy saw me and passed me my order, got home ate the food and noticed that each curry tasted the same, there was no real flavour in the food and my stomach had started to ache and feel bloated couldn't finish all the food even my kids felt full and bloated not really impressed as it cost about thirty pounds. Now that I have eaten food from this place I won't be going there again in a hurry for my curry!

Went with a group of friends on a Saturday night. The place was busy. We ordered a mix grill (£15.50) various meats, nan, rice. The food was great. I ordered a Masala prawn. It was mild. Although it was it busy, we didn't have to wait too long for the food. I would defiantly come back again

When we first got there we were seated near the door and it was freezing. The tables are all cramped so you cannot move without bumping into someone... Even the waiters have to squeeze through to serve. They forgot to make our mains and after a 45 minute wait we had no apology; we where just asked to wait two minutes. They rushed the food and so everything was undercooked. I would not eat here again, it is too noisy and the staff are very rude.

Been here a few times, and think it is a very good alternative to the 'Karahi' type places in nearby Hounslow or Southall... Probably because you have a better chance of parking here !The place is not really a posh, clean restaurant.. but more of a informal cafe/diner type establishment.Food is very good Punjabi fare, and at an acceptable price. You can also take along your own alcoholic drinks, i.e. a BYO place. However, I do deliberately avoid this place at busy times. It can get a bit rowdy, and the standard of service leaves alot to be desired at these peak times - so does the level of general cleanliness.My only other bugbear is that even at 'quieter' times, it still seems to take to long to have your food served ?Go here for the food, with no great expectations on cleanliness, service or atmosphere !

I was taken here on a work night out and it is the best Indian meal I've ever had. Everything from the starter to the desert was delicious. I would love to go back.

No doubt I will go there again and again. There's nothing more reassuring than seeing the dishes being prepared live in front of you, in a buzzing atmosphere. Went with family on a saturday night for dinner, and came out completely satisfied. The starters were served hot and sizzling, the lamb sheekh kebabs were particularly good. The hospitality was 10/10 ..We were greeted and were attended promptly, even in the busy of a typical saturday evening. All dishes were delicious, no complaints at all. Totally recommend this place for a curry feast.

As with many restaurants in the area, the interior is basic but you can see the kitchen.The food is of a very high standard. They have one of the best lamb chops I know of and the curries and breads are very good too!Service is also very good.The staff have been there a long time so know what they are doing and they are never far away.

Eight of us went to the Karahi express for my birthday ,A table was reserved for us ,once seated we were given poppadoms and a selection on chuckneys , ordering was easy and they ask how spicy you like your food.the butter chicken is to die for!!! All the starters and main courses are excellent ,anything left you can take home aswell ! A great place for a birthday bash as you can take your own drink!!!awsome.

We went to the restaurant for dinner on a Friday evening. As a person with a strong culinary background I can say this for sure “please avoid this restaurant at any cost”. Firstly, the service we received was appalling; the staff was unpleasant and extremely inattentive. Secondly, in my opinion this was one of the worst meals I have ever had to taste and sadly had to pay for. The meat from the grill was burnt, pre cooked and hence lacked flavor. Lastly I truly understood the meaning of what “to be packed like sardines” meant, yes the ambience was not too great either. So if I were you reading this I would steer clear of this restaurant.

If you are at or around Heathrow, take Piccadilly tube to Hounslow West which is 15 mins ride from Heathrow and in the market bang opposite to the station you will find this very indian fare which is like a dhabha. Good people and quick service

We have been to this restaurant several times and the food is always good. if you want to take in alcohol there is a Tesco store a few doors along the road. Service is fine and everyone is friendly. It can get very busy - which has to be a good sign!

Having been to the majority of the good indian restaurants in London, I really have to admit that I always come away feeling that this is the best. Excellent food, great value for money and the service is as good as it gets. Can get busy on weekends and I recommend that you over order so that you can take the rest away and enjoy it all again the next day.

If you are a real curry lover then you must try this place. The food is really great, staff brilliant and atmosphere electric! We are regulars and have been for many years. Highly recommend you book beforehand as always choca and you dont want to miss out.Busy restaurant so not a place to go if you want to sit in silence!!

Went here for a cousins birthday on a Saturday night around 7pm. Ordered the mixed grill as a starter which was amazing!! Great selection of chicken & lamb. The atmosphere is very loud and brash; if your after a quiet meal with some ambiance this isnt the place for you. If however you are after great punjabi cooking then visit here!!

Decent food. Agree it is a bit loud, but I guess it's that type of restaurant. Can BYO which is handy, and generally the food arrives quickly and is fairly consistently good. Starters are always better than the main course so do fill up on these as they are soooo good!Take away is not cheap, and not as nice as eating in- so don't bother.

Popped into this place for a bite to eat with some friends on Diwali eve so the place was very busy and very noisy! The food was excellent though and was cooked fresh, it took a while to get the food but it was busy so can't complain, but to be honest it was worth the wait! Portions were good sized and the food was very flavoursome. What we didn't finish they packed away for us to take home with us! I had the chicken biryani which was very nice, a little dry as was not served with a veg curry but tasty nonetheless. They have a very limited supply of alcoholic beverages, but I saw later on that some people had bought their own drinks into the restaurant! Note to self for future reference! All in all a nice meal and reasonably priced, however was difficult to try and hold a conversation and it was really loud, I don't know if it's like that normally or it may have been because of the Diwali festivities. Would definitely give it another go though on another occasion to give it the benefit of the doubt! Will update the next time I visit re the noise levels!

nice size portions. Pani puri is ok, the water isnt the best, so stick to Ritas on broadway for those! Butter chicken and the keema is lovely. Naan are nice size but slightly too thin for my liking. Milkshakes are nice but too small. Overall, service is decent, food is nice and it is local to us so we go quite regularly

We can here with our company work mates 7 of us. Please note you have to make a booking only on fri/sat/sundays. Like we did, it can get very busy. Also you can bring in your own beer only. Go to the off licence next door cost you around 1.50 a can. On there menu is 3.50. We only just sat down not even 5 mins the man came asking for our orders we told him give us some time. He then can said I recommend this (dont be fool by this he will pick the expensive things on the menu few times he did this to us.) We told this is what we want. The food is good nice we had seekh kabab's for starters it was very nice came with cooked onions. I had lamb biriyani. To end we had coffee and gulab jamun hot and stweet. I wish the staff could simile a bit and look happy. We give tip the man could have said thank you he diidnt.

Having visited this particular branch many times now it has been a family favourite.The food variety is very good but quality has lowered in standards in the past few years.A lot of the food tastes and looks the same (not to forget the oil floating in the dishes).Basic things such as dishes and cutlery could be cleaner and better presented to customers.The waiters working there could also be more attentive and smile to customers! General environment of the restaurant is very buzzing and loud great for a big party!

The food here is pretty good and reasonably priced also. The staff could possibly be a bit friendlier but apart from that a great place to eat

If your looking for good quality traditional style indian food then this is the place to dine. Prices are average and although they dont have the old style velvet chairs normally associated with indian restaurants the modern look to the place serves the purpose well.

Proper authentic Indian / punjabi food just the way we like it. This is one of our fav places for an impromptu eat out. All dishes are awesome. Do try the chicken tikka biryani - it was suggested to me by a friend and we loved it. Prices are reasonable. They have another branch in Hounslow - same menu and prices. We have been to both.
