To slow. Don't care about locals. Just about money. Abused stuff. by the ovner. It's 2025. Someone should check this place. Dogs on the table

I pay £9.49 for sharing nachos and give something very bad . I can identify what’s coming on that plate. Taste so bad. Very disappointed

Food was great and the staff were friendly, Good value for money too. Will definitely visit again. Looking forward to our next trip

I have been to this restaurant few times, and to be honest have only eaten in there once and the service is so poor. Even if they are not busy they take ages to serve you and we were once nearly late getting to the theatre. It has been taken over by new management, but the service is shocking as ever. I ordered a takeaway of 2 dishes yesterday and was told 30mins on the phone. I got there and they were still cooking. 20mins later and still nothing, so I decided to get a refund and just leave the food. I must admit the 2/3 dishes I normally get are really good but I wont be going back as this poor service has happened way to many times... AVOID!!!!

Awful take away the food was so greasey it was meant to be Chicken Tikka Masala and tasted nothing like it. On complaining the manager was so rude told me I didn't know what it was. He told me to take it back and when u did all staff appeared from out the back and front of house. The manager said the don't use oil, yet the two meals were swimming in it and it tasted like Coconut and Tomatoe. Worse curry that I have ever had ant the rudest man ever, he didn't care that he was being g rude infront of clients that were dinning.

The meal was ordered then after a 60 minute wait was told that there was bad traffic (5 miles?) 30 minutes later still bad traffic 30 minutes later was told he's almost there but is lost (sat nav not working?) rang for the 4th time to be told he's almost there? I asked for the meal to be cancelled and that a refund be processed, I was met with totally belligerent attitude. A really bad experience still waiting for confirmation that the order has been cancelled Overall a really bad experience with yet again the customer coming of worst

Food was nice but expensive The guy landlord was EXTREMELY rude to my friends wife after we held a function and she paid a few hundred pounds on the food and drinks. He has a bigggg attitude problem. Won’t be returning lots of other nice pubs around where they respect their customers

I visited this branch of Sarasas for the first time last year with friends for a mid-week supper. I am familiar with the Hayes branch which I have been going to for years. The restaurant was quiet and we received attentive efficient service. All three of us ordered dosas. They were cooked to perfection with the food being comparable to that of the long established and very busy Hayes branch. I am surprised to read the negative reviews but I only visited once when it was not busy. Those who have complained about the spiciness of the food are recommended to not eat at South Indian restaurants. It is known that our cuisine is spicy. Anyone wanting butter chicken and korma should go to a standard North Indian restaurant of which there are hundreds. It's great to have a South Indian restaurant in close proximity to my home.
