We had such a good time here, the food and service was amazing and the live music was 10/10. Defiantly would come again!

Very authentic Indian vegetarian food. The ambience is not fancy and there is no table service. The menu option is essentially mix and match from a fixed set of dishes which are served off the counter. The taste is excellent. The place does get pretty crowded and be prepared to share a table with a stranger.

We went for our anniversary meal today. From the moment we arrived till we left, the service was exceptional. The staff were so receptive and attentive. The food was exquisite, particularly the chicken momo starter, perfect for the autumnal days. Desserts were presented beautifully. The decor, ambience and vibe of the restaurant was classy. Would definitely love to go again.

The food, atmosphere, and everyone that works there stood out as the best during our 1st visit to London from NY!! There is something special about this place. Their signature dishes were a party of flavors in my mouth!! This has been our best dining experience in London!

We opted for the six course tasting menu as we had a voucher from buy a gift. A wonderful dining experience. The food was incredible and the service attentive also. I couldn’t move by the end of it, we were so full! We had a few restaurants to pick from with our birthday voucher and I’m so pleased we chose this one!

This place is run by crooks. Don’t give them your credit card information because they will charge you even if you don’t eat there. I made a reservation and the night before my time slot I got a flight cancellation and I wasn’t able to get to London on time for the booking. So following the instructions on their confirmation email, I wasn’t supposed to call but to an email. I explained the situation on the email, didn’t get a response and they charged me 70 pounds (US$100) on the credit card they requested for the reservation. This is abusive and criminal. These people are crooks!

I really like this Indian restaurant in the heart of Mayfair. We tried two special Thalis: Seafood Thali and Non-Vegetarian Thali. The Seafood Thali was amazing. The Fish Recheado, grilled sea bass with Goan spices, was flavorful and juicy, absorbing the rich spices during grilling. The Fish Curry was delicious and paired well with Saag Paneer, Dal Tadka, steamed rice, Raita, and Paratha. Each bite was a burst of flavors. For dessert, we had Anjeer Kheer, a sweet and smooth fig rice pudding. The Non-Vegetarian Thali was also delightful. It came with chicken served with fresh Kachumber salad and mint chutney, adding a refreshing taste. The Chicken Tikka Masala had tender chicken chunks in a spicy tomato sauce, pairing nicely with Saag Paneer, spiced lentils, steamed rice, Raita, and Paratha. Dessert was again Anjeer Kheer. The drinks were excellent too. I recommend the Mango and Date Lassi, a sweet treat that was especially enjoyable after my recent trip to Egypt, where these fruits are common. Each lunch Thali costs just over £20, which is quite reasonable for Mayfair. I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to experience tasty Indian cuisine.

Found this place when wandering along Shaftesbury Avenue the food and staff were outstanding I thoroughly recommend the crispy spinach dish it was to die for such flavours.

Leaving the restaurant with mixed feelings. Top quality food, punctual and attentive service, but the ratio quality/price results very much imbalanced. Wine list satisfactory but largely overpriced, that’s London/Brexit for you… and the imposed service charge of 15% feels like being ripped off, I want to decide if and how much to tip.

First class food, service and ambience. one minor criticism is that, despite spending a considerable amount of money, we were asked for our table back for a second siting which was a shame as we spent a lot more on drinks in another venue when these guys could've had our spend. That said, please do not let this detract from experiencing Veeraswamy as it truly is exceptional.

I honestly have no clue why this place has any Michelin stars, let alone two. The food is just run-of-the-mill, overpriced, Indian cuisine which you can find all over London. There is no originality or creativity in the dishes whatsoever and the place is so loud you can't even hear the waiters' explanations. When we visited, the drunken cheering & shouting of the private party behind the curtain in the next room downstairs ruined the ambience even further. In the JKS group, Trishna is head-and-shoulders above Gymkhana as a Michelin-starred restaurant. Even Brigadiers food quality is as good, if not better, for less money. Elsewhere, there are plenty of better options in London such as Jamavar, Pravaas, Manthan, Yaatra, Flora Indica and Cinnamon Kitchen to name a few.
