We enjoyed a small tasting menu for lunch. The flavors burst! The colors of the sauces rivaled paintings. Sitting at the bar and watching the chefs was fun.

Have been about 4 times now and do really like this place BUT last time made the mistake of taking an earlier booking time (6pm on a Saturday) and, as many of the other low score reviews say, we felt so rushed! They were bringing the next course when we'd barely started the last one and then before we knew it (and before we'd asked to pay) were standing at our table with a credit card machine. REALLY POOR SERVICE for such an expensive place. I suspect it's because they have so little space but they need to learn that putting profit above experience will quickly come back to bite them as I certainly wouldn't as quick to recommend or go back as I used to be after this terrible experience last time!

The food was excellent !!! The restaurant is beautiful and the service was absolutely amazing! Nabil has so much knowledge about the menu and the sustainability program of the restaurant. He was so professional and really is a great value to the restaurant. The other members of staff were great as well. I have nothing negative to mention. It was perfect from the beginning to the end! Thank you Chef and Nabil for this gorgeous experience.

Amazing lunch today. Back for the second time. How has this place not got a Michelin star yet?!? I am certainly echoing the general consensus of the room when I say this. The food was absolutely exquisite. The lamb barra kebab was the best I’ve ever had. However, once again the standout dish was Sharmaji’s Lahore chicken. I could eat this by the bucket and though we didn’t get to meet Chef Sharma this time, I have agreed with the chefs present that they will consider serving this by the bucket in order for me to return on a weekly basis! The Monsoon martini was sensational as was the BiBi version of an espresso martini. Wine pairings very well thought out. Overall, a special experience. The general manager was wonderful to interact with and an asset to the restaurant. We will be back soon.

I visited BiBi with my boyfriend for lunch, and really enjoyed the whole dining experience. We sat at the counter where we could see the chefs cooking, and each of them were very friendly to us and informative about the food. We tried a variety of dishes and loved each one, the stand outs were the Lahori chicken aswell as the Lamb barra kebab. The papad nibble to start was also yummy, it came with an amazing dip. Overall the food was like nothing I’ve ever had before, definitely a stand out lunch. Please open one in Manchester!

We opted for the £125 chef selection menu, and unfortunately, it didn't live up to its price. While the snacks were enjoyable, the overall experience declined from there. The lamb, originally requested as pink arrived cooked medium and chewy. Despite requesting a replacement, it wasn't an option, leading us to choose the paneer dish instead. The mains, on the other hand, arrived lukewarm, and our complaint resulted in reheated food served back without changing our plates—quite surprising for a menu at this price point. The host's demeanor was disappointing, but our waiter, Benji, provided exceptional service. Reviews mentioning lingering hunger resonated with us, hinting at a possible issue with portion sizes or menu choices. This, coupled with what felt like a lack of value for money, led us to reconsider recommending Bibi. Even the chef's presence in the open kitchen didn't contribute positively, as their demeanor seemed less than pleasant. Notably, the restaurant wasn't even half full, adding to our overall sense of disappointment. Save yourself the time and expense; Bibi may not be worth the visit.

Once again a superb experience at this restaurant. Sat at the counter. Service was excellent. Had the chefs tasting menu. Most dishes British produce with subtle Indian spicing. Perfect portion size. Really modern clever cooking.

Simply superb exotic Indian cuisine curated by a Michelin Star worthy Chef Chet Sharma. The whole tasting experience was amazing with divine flavours worthy of tingling your tastebuds. A great location steeped in history and pomp. You really have to try this place for a twist on Indian contemporary classics with a modern twist. All dietary requirements are catered with a huge selection for Vegans. A booking is essential as the place attracts both regulars and tourists. You won’t be disappointed

What a fabulous experience. The food and service are all 5/5. We sat at the counter and watched the chefs create stunning dishes of food. All taste explosions. Bibi serves small sharing plates. The set menu is a reasonable £45 each but my wife and I managed to spend £300 without much effort including pairing wines and a couple of extra dishes. Not a cheap pastime. We would definitely return but watch what we ordered. Our money is on these guys being awarded a Michelin star soon.

I had heard so much about Bini, we had to book a long way in advance. First the positives: the staff are superb, service is wonderdul. There are three lunch menus: Chef’s choice Set menu at £45 A la carte We opted for the set menu but were recommended to make additions from the a la carte. WHY? A set menu should be sustaining enough. We chose the paneer with truffle and one other dish from the a la carte. The waitress told us the paneer is the best in London. It may well be but there was so little of it (two mouthfuls each) that it was impossible to tell - at £25! The food is imaginative but there is so little of it in the set menu (+ a la carte additions) that we left still feeling hungry. At £75 each (we only drank water) we agreed that even Mayfair has many better and cheaper Indian restaurants.

Dining at Bibi Restaurant was an exquisite experience. The captivating decor set the stage for a memorable evening, complemented by the attentive and knowledgeable staff. The food at Bibi was inventive, a departure from traditional Indian cuisine—perfect for those seeking a culinary adventure. However, the wine list had limitations with only bottle purchases available and a restricted selection of glasses for each wine. The absence of wine pairings offered diners freedom, but the overall atmosphere was delightful, creating a perfect backdrop for the evening. In contrast to Michelin experiences, the tasting menu at Bibi felt hurried, concluding in just 2 hours and 15 minutes. Towards the end, after enjoying dessert and the final bottle of wine, we opted for a double shot of whiskey. Unfortunately, the simultaneous arrival of the bill felt rushed, detracting from the otherwise enjoyable conclusion to our meal. The timing of settling the bill overshadowed what could have been a more leisurely and satisfying end to the dining experience.

Do not waste your money at this place the staff and food are awful. - the tasting menu cost a fortune and had not a single original dish on it and the waiter refused to even give us a spare chair so we were squashed around a table all night - there are far far better authentic Indian restaraunts in the area - the sooner this appalling excuse for a restaraunt closes the better
