Delicious food, quick service, and kind staff. Our waiter, Nayem, was very attentive and helpful! Would recommend to a friend!

We came here because of the good reviews, but the quality was very average: chicken was too dry, not much taste when you're used to India/Pakistan food. Price: very expensive.

Amazing Indian cuisine in a nice shopping district. Try the Vegetarian or non-veg Thali, great way to enjoy a variety! Waiter Nayem took great care of us. NOTE: if you’re from The US, be aware that the spice level in British Indian food is significantly hotter!!

I visited the restaurent today with my family, reserved a table and still waited for 45 minutes and after that experienced such a bad service from the staff. There was one old waiter with very rude behavior and was completely mannerless with customers. I will not recommend it at all.

Greeted in by by a guy who was smoking by the door who I guess was the manager = instant put off, the guy who was serving us looked like Gandalf from Lord of the rings, who was pretty bloody rude, no manners dumped the plates on the table treated us like some animals from the London Zoo, the food wasn’t great to be totally honest, my advice to the owners, sack Gandalf, bring in new staff who know how to speak to people, sack the chef and bring a new guy who can cook Indian food.

This restaurant is located on a really nice street with lots of other restaurants, nice for a walk. A nice atmosphere in a small restaurant with friendly service, Nayeem served us. The food is well seasoned and has a good spiciness if desired. My favorite was the naan bread 😍! Best regards

One of the best Indian restaurants I’ve eaten in my life with a great service, delicious plate as butter chicken, chicken rubby and tikka masala. The naans are perfect especially the garlic one, I advise every Indian food lover to come test the Maharaja.

Been in London for a week. I live in an area that doesn't have curries, so when I'm over I always try to get one. Despite many attempts at doing a curry with friends, they all fell through. So I decided to go for one by myself. The one that stood out was Maharaja of India. I was welcomed in by such a friendly staff and served by the lovely Nayem. The food was perfect. It hit just the spot. Wonderful all around! I'll be back when I am in town.

Had an amazing dinner at Maharaja of India The chicken tikka and lamb Bryani were packed with flavor, the garlic & cheese naan was fresh and fluffy, and the samosas were perfectly crispy. Our waiter, Nayem, was super friendly and gave great recommendations that made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the best Indian meals I’ve had—can’t wait to go back!

Me and my wife stopped here for lunch on our first lunch stop in London. We got the Chicken 65 starter, then the Butter chicken & Ruby chicken. It was phenomenal. Also, our server was Nayem, who was super nice. He gave us complimentary mango Lassi 👌. 5/5 for us

We ordered gobi manchurian - the gobi was so raw that it smelled pathetic. Chilli paneer and dal makhni - not sure what recipe is followed..it didn't taste the way it had to taste. Veg biryani was like veg pulao. On top of it the service tax was 12 pounds. I rate it 0..even the chocolate they provide in the end smelled like wet tissue.

Manner less staff. Very uncomfortable food. Tea horribly bad. Yeak. Uncomfortable environment.

Beware of entering in this restaurant. Service is awful and the food is lacking any taste. Worst Indian food ever tasted in London. Save yourself and try another place. I would have given negative or 0 star if there was a choice.
