Brilliant Indian meal! I recently visited Maharaja and had a wonderful dining experience. I ordered the Classic Masala, a strong dish that hit the spot. It was simply lovely, with a perfect balance between spice and flavour. My friends were also delighted with their Tikka Masala. We shared the Garlic Naan and the Butter Naan, both of which were crispy and had a lovely flavour. Perfect accompaniments to the rich and tasty main courses. The waiter, Nayem, was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxing and inviting. Indian music was played in the restaurant. All in all a brilliant experience and I would love to come back next time we are in London!

Been here multiple times, and had different experience in food quality. I visited last year in December, order paneer chilly masala, chicken curry , naan and few other stuff. Curry was tasty, bit thick and all other ingredients like capsicum were very well cut in sizes and limited. I visited today order the same menu, paneer chilly and garlic naan bcz i like it the most last time. But food quality literally changed. Curry was thin , onions and capsicum were like too big and not well cooked (fries) and does not taste as good as i expected last time. Literally taste got changed. In terms of services, i am expecting bit peaceful environment but restaurant was super busy and management stand outside, try to get more people in which makes more crowdy inside. I order coke without ice and i got with ice, waiter just run put the glass of coke and run away like some mistake. and i need to ask lot of things to them. Overall didnt had the same experience as before.

I was quite hesitant whether to go or not, but in the end I got carried away by the London vibes and decided to try this Indian restaurant. Bad idea. We ordered four small plates: they all had a flavor that was vaguely reminiscent of toothpaste, bordering on vomiting. As if that wasn't enough, I also tried the butter chicken: practically more sauce than chicken, tasteless and watered down. The only decent thing was the naan, but it's certainly not enough to justify such a meal. The evening ended with a nice indigestion and a night to forget. Disappointing experience from every point of view. I definitely won't go back and I certainly don't recommend it.

Whenever I get to London I try to eat here. Not even once did I get disappointed. Food is excellent, fairly authentic but of course slightly tailored to match the Western European taste, i.e. spicy, but not ridiculously hot. The extremely friendly staff offer good advice to those who might not be fully familiar with the variety of dishes on offer and take really good care of customers. I got served by a particularly caring individual going by the name of Yahem. I can truly recommend this place and suggest to book a table in advance.

First visit here. And we’ll hopefully be back again. Food was absolutely delicious! And service from Nayem was excellent.

Delicious food and friendly staff! Had a reservation but ended up in the area earlier than what we thought. We stopped in to see if we could be accommodated early and the staff was so nice and gracious to accept us early! Nayem was great with assisting us and our little one with selections and we were very happy with everything! Wonderful experience and would highly recommend!

About the service, I found Halim and Nayem really helpful and kind. The service was great. Staff was cooperative and kind. However, I wouldn’t speak same about the food. As an Indian, the food was not that satisfactory. I loved indian beer.
