Everything we ate was delicious and flavourful! My mum and I shared the asparagus tempura and murgh tikka bar bites at the bar before being seated. For dinner we had the lamb biryani and chicken banjara, as well as the indian desserts sampler to finish. Our server Ali was attentive, friendly, gave good recommendations on what to order.

The dining experience at this restaurant was exceptional! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Dal Makhni, which was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The appetizers and dessert were equally fantastic, setting the perfect tone for the meal. The service was impeccable—Jack and Sumit went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The warm, inviting ambience added to the experience, making it a perfect place for a great meal. Highly recommended!

Great place in the heart of London for Indian food.

The food (especially Paneer Tikka and Paneer Butter Masala) was absolutely delicious—each dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Ron and Ali went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations and making us feel truly valued as guests. Their friendly demeanor and attention to detail made our meal even more enjoyable.

Amazing food all round that came out in a timely manner. We thoroughly enjoyed the Buttermilk masala and when I dropped a naan bread I was given a new plate by Ronny. He even charged my phone when it was low battery for my long journey home. Will be back!

The spicy factor was unavailable and the flavours were uninspiring with chewy nan and roti and overcooked calamari and prawns. The service was not exactly what you would expect from a fancy joint. Wouldn't bring curry aficionados here.

We had a reservation for 7:15, and on arrival told we had a 10 minute wait, however it took an hour before we were taken to our table

Also a light flickering above our table was maddening, and the waiter acknowledged it had been like that for ages, saying we just had to live with it. Not the place to go for an efficient business lunch in the holiday season!

He estado en el Mint Leaf Lounge varias veces y he tenido un tiempo encantador, normalmente tanto la comida como el ambiente han sido geniales. Anoche una fiesta de 8 compañeros fue allí para nuestra fiesta de Navidad del equipo. Nuestra mesa estaba bajo 2 unidades de aire acondicionado y estaba CONGELANDO. Después de mencionar varias veces lo fríos que éramos todos, nos dijeron que el aire acondicionado no podía ser alterado. Aparte de estar helada fría, la comida se sirvió tibia en el mejor de los casos, el pollo en la mantequilla de mis colegas pollo estaba seco e insípido y otros platos carecían de condimento. Nos hubiéramos quedado de postre y más bebidas, pero teníamos tanto frío que nos mudamos a otro lugar donde tenían calefacción. Fue una noche muy cara para lo que teníamos - más de £ 100 por cabeza debido a la temperatura que nos apresuramos a través de lo que debería haber sido una noche encantadora ponerse al día y disfrutar de buena comida y alrededores.

Le expliqué cuando llegamos que me habían operado la rodilla y les pregunté si tenían un baño accesible. ¡Sí, pero pídele a alguien que te lo abra! Pregunté por qué estaba cerrada en primer lugar. Como adulto, no espero preguntar si necesito el baño. Dijeron que lo desbloquearemos. No lo hicieron. Entonces lo encontré cerrado y tuve que preguntarle a alguien. No soy discapacitado. Me han operado y me recuperaré, pero ¿qué pasa con miles de otros que necesitan acceso, permanentemente? Pobre. The food was good but the service was the worst we have experienced in a number of years anywhere. Appreciate it’s December and so lunch is a busy time, but we were asked to pre order our food choices the prior day for a table of 7. As such 1 hour for starters to arrive and 2 hours for mains is just not acceptable. This was when tables around us who arrived later were being served before us. Add to that outrageously slow drinks service spoilt what should have been a celebratory lunch. Unfortunately it means we won’t return.

Last Thursday, I attended a work Christmas party at this restaurant where we were seated in a small section upstairs. The young bartenders were exceptionally accommodating, displaying politeness and friendliness throughout the evening. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, despite the challenge of having to travel back and forth to the downstairs bar for cocktails. Their willingness to assist without hesitation contributed significantly to a positive experience, and I was very pleased with the overall service provided. Only issue was the area was extremely hot and the AC was apparently working, but no fault of the bartenders of course.

Llegué a tiempo para que me pidieran que tomara asiento en la sala de estar mientras se preparaba la mesa, Extraño ya que había un montón de mesas listas y nadie en ellas. El lugar está frío, así que trae un jersey. Pedimos nuestra comida. Esperé 45 minutos antes de preguntar dónde estaba la comida, la mesa detrás de nosotros ordenó después de nosotros, pero se sirvió antes. Sucedió que eran el gerente y sus amigos que cenaban allí los que eran claramente más importantes que todos los demás huéspedes, El personal estaba atontado y no entendía ni pedía que cada plato se llevara a la mesa tal y como estaba listo por lo que no se sentó en el pase secándose, esto no sucedió y la comida se unió toda y era más que comestible. Hablamos con el gerente que sí quería tratar de rectificar los problemas reemplazando toda la comida, pero en este punto era demasiado tarde, el personal tenía que estar más en la pelota, había otro personal allí que se escondían en la esquina detrás de la barra y simplemente asomaron la cabeza para ver lo que estábamos discutiendo con el gerente, supongo que estaban preocupados de que puede haber sido por ellos, ya que no habíamos visto a ninguno de ellos hacer ningún trabajo desde que llegamos. Terminamos pagando por nuestras bebidas y nos fuimos a comer a otro lugar donde tuvimos una gran comida india. Al gerente le gustaría que volviéramos, pero tenemos estándares cuando se trata de comida y servicio y este lugar simplemente no se acerca, así que no gracias no volveremos y supongo que por los pocos clientes que estaban allí este lugar necesita todas las coberturas que pueda conseguir.

Arrived on time to be asked to have seat in the lounge area whilst the table was prepared, Odd as there were plenty of tables ready and no one at them. The venue is cold so bring a jumper. We ordered our food. Waited for 45 mins before asking where the food was, table behind us ordered after us but got served before. It transpired that it was the manager and his friends having dinner there who were clearly more important than all the other guests, The staff were flustered and did not understand or request of having each dish brought to the table as it was ready so it did not sit on the pass drying out, this did not happen and the food all came together and was beyond edible. We spoke to the manager who did want to try and rectify the problems by replacing all the food but by this point it was just too late, the staff needed to be more on the ball, there were other staff there that were hiding in the corner behind the bar and just popped their heads out to see what we were discussing with the manager, I'm guessing they were worried it may have been about them as we had not seen either of them do any work since we arrived. We ended up paying for our drinks and left to go and eat elsewhere where we had great Indian meal. The manager would like us to go back but we have standards when it comes to food and service and this place just does not come close, so no thank you we will not return and I'm guessing by the very few customers that were there this place needs every cover it can get.

Visited for my team dinner. Nice upmarket ambience, and good concierge service. Main course was good, however appetisers could be better. Ordered achari chicken tikka to begin with, and it was too bland and dry.

A lovely time was had, food and cocktails were delicious albeit 4 hours was spent in the restaurant 😋

We visited and did a family sharing menu, which was filled with a variety of dishes, all we really enjoyed. I especially enjoyed that you could get a refill of any dish on request, which meant everyone enjoyed without issue. Highly recommend

From the start when we walked in the restaurant we were not greeted well at all with no smile and the restaurant was so quiet it felt like the silence you see when your at a cemetry. Once we sat down one of the waiters came over to ask us for the order not even giving us time to decide what we would like. When we decided to order, one of the waiters said to us i am assuming your not drinking simply because of my appearance which is disgusting, humiliating and we felt so degraded. Even then for the sake of my wife we ordered the vegetarian platter and one of the chaats with 2 drinks. The food was so bad with no flavour and the mocktail drinks had so much ice all that could be tasted was water. Even when the food arrived they moved all of our cutlery which was not great so had to wait 5 minutes until he realised. They even demanded we pay service charge which we declined as we were very upset. To my surprise there was a gentlemen behind us who ordered kebabs and a curry with naan. We overheard the customer complaining the food doesnt taste great and the waiter said its cooked from frozen or preheated which is terrible. I strongly urge anyone who decides on going to this restaurant to think twice as you certainly do not want your evening ruined.

Experiencia media. Caro para lo que obtienes. El lugar se siente cansado y un poco sucio. Sillas sucias, almorzamos temprano y los baños claramente no se habían limpiado con papel higiénico esparcido por ahí. Limpiador allí y a punto de comenzar, pero realmente debe hacerse mucho antes de que lleguen los clientes. Incluso los menús estaban cansados. Bueno estaba bien, pero olvidable. Estaba oscuro y las ventanas sucias no ayudaban. Esperamos un rato a que llegara nuestra fiesta sin oferta de mordiscos/pequeños entrantes. No hay información clara de alergias. Parece estar sentado en sus laureles con muchas mejores ofertas indias alrededor. Realmente no te molestes.

We have ordered achari chicken, fish fry and kadai chicken with garlic naan. The achari chicken was rubbery, smelling bad and tasted awful. While the fish fry was okay, it tasted more like fish pakoda. The kadai chicken was straight evil with chicken smelling rotten and they couldn't even make a proper garlic naan(it was burnt completely on one side and the garlic wasn't cooked on the other side). Ordered dal makhani at the end and guess what is even more awful. The glass of Shiraz wine was bitter and I couldn't finish it in 1 hour. Overall a disgusting food experience for the price of £100 and the atmosphere along with the staff were alright. I'll give it a 0.1/10 and no where near to Modern Indian dining.

One of the best Indian cuisine I have had in central London. Just within 2-3 minutes walks from Bank station exit 3, its at a very convenient location. A great ambience and very helpful staff make it a an enjoyable fine dining experience.

The food was so delicious we tried their 3 course meal menu. Highly recommend the service is top notch. Mr. Vikas greet us very well.

Mint Leaf is an uber-chic spot for authentic Indian cuisine. We visited for a team outing, and the food truly rivals what you'd find in India. As a vegetarian, I tried the dahi papdi chaat, followed by Indian bread with a jackfruit and spinach curry—both were exceptional! The flavors were rich and unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a genuine taste of India in a stylish setting.

Had the lamp chop starters, which were really good. Also ordered the seekh kebab as a starter and it did not taste fresh so was a disappointment. For mains we ordered butter chicken and chicken korma, both good dishes but butter chicken was the better of the two. Also ordered garlic naan which came out a bit too hard, would have preferred it to be slightly softer. Overall not bad, just a shame about the seekh kebab.

4th time dining here on this occasion staff dropped wine over one of the guests and was aggressive towards a guest when asked if popadoms would be complimentary as a joke. These items affected the experience but the food was still good

Food at Mint Leaf was excellent. We had a bunch of starters including prawns, salmon tikka, crab and squid. All good but squid was my fav. Service was disappointing given the prices and what the restaurant is going for. We asked the waiter if there was a limit on the table and he asked us to ask the front desk. Not what I expected. Expensive but food quality really good.

Visited on a slow evening. Pleasant wait staff, unique and tasty cocktails, King Fisher on tap (!). It is a solid 4+. The rating here is spot on. Lastly, the food is very good, served hot to the table. It is a bit expensive but it’s London. Recommend.

The restaurant is very tastefully decorated with a very cool vibe and ambience. All dishes are nicely presented and tasty. We didn't manage to try any deserts as the kitchen had closed and gone home. Overall, great service drinks and food.

We recently celebrated my wife's 40th birthday at Mint Leaf. The whole evening from start to finish was incredible. The starters, the mains and the mocktails were absolutely delicious. However the thing that made the whole evening was the service. Nothing was too much for the staff. My wife and all our family and friends have not stopped talking about it. We cannot wait to celebrate here again in the near future.

We ordered a couple of dishes to share between 2 of us, they were all very tasty and nicely presented, decor and atmosphere was great, seating was comfortable given we spent over 2 hours, waiter were too busy and we had to wave for attention. We ordered an onion salad not knowing it would only be onions. I would expect the waiter to be more engaging and check with customer regarding their order. In summary i would recommend this restaurant and would visit again

Good food and service. We went as part of a group, and the food was tasty and yummy. Be it the starters- Grilled Prawns, Kashmiri Chicken Tikka, Aloo Tikki, Tandoori Malai Broccoli or the Mains- Dal Makhni, Paneer Tikka Masala, Lamb, Chicken and top it off the Gulabjamun and Icecream for dessert. Highly recommend. Nicely located in walking distance to Bank and Moorgate stations.

Terrible service . Waited 45 mins before being offered a drink . Food was nothing special, small portions , very overpriced and more like they’d come out of a tin . Staff were wiping bits of food and clearing table whilst we were still trying to eat and even flicking food over us and not apologising ! Yet if you wanted a drink no one was around . The choice of food was limited and the cheesecake for desert had no taste at all and was rubbery . My nephew had booked it for my birthday and advised them on the booking form and asked they do something special like a balloon or a candle in my dessert and they did nothing - never acknowledged it yet encourage you on their website to celebrate with them !

I had privately hired the whole venue for my 40th birthday and i can not speak highly enough of the service, the staff, the establishment and the food. Really quite average. There are so many great Indian restaurants in London - and this just isn’t one of them. I think they benefit from the location near Bank - where the city crowd don’t have many Indian restaurants to from.

Ottimo cibo indiano, curry ricco e cremoso ma non solo, il naan era buonissimo. Bel locale moderno, con ottimo bar che fa anche ottimi cocktail. Servizio ok.

I was here recently on my company party, food and drinks were good 4/5, but service was terrible. I had to wait drink 30-45min, and chase a waiter to actually get one.

We had to ask for the 3-course menu as listed on the website which they obviously tried to hide from us at first. Once ordered, they were very unfriendly. Food was mediocre at best. Desert came frozen (not on purpose) so they took it back but did not provide substitute. Super bad. Sorry, but no sorry.
