Amazing cocktail selection, a bit pricy for what it is and the food was mediocre but the ambiance was great

Second time here both times work board meetings ,food is always on point if not a little expensive the only thing that let's it down are the poppadoms and bread ,poppadoms are out of a packet like crisps and they do roti . I grew up in Bradford so when you have a curry it's chapati all the way .

Attended for my brothers birthday and I can truly say it was a wonderful dining experience. The food was beautiful and the portions were perfect. The atmosphere was also very nice and the restaurant was absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend! Thank you for having us! We will definitely be back.

Awesome place. We dined there several years ago and during this visit we made sure we go there again. Crafty cocktails. Innovative food. Brilliant ambience. For us the best part was a live saxophonist who played the jazz we love. This was cherry on the top. The friendly staff walked us to the Uber pickup point without asking. Will go there every time we are in London. This is an integral part of out London experience. Cheers

Perfect indian fine dining restaurant in the heart of London

Amazing restaurant with fantastic cocktails and food! We visited Mint Leaf for a dinner at a Saturday night. Upon our arrival we were absolutely amazed by the interior of the restaurant. The grand columns, the bronze statues, the exquisite dim-lit restaurant and the illuminated bar provided a mysterious, out-of-this-world feeling. We ordered two of their signature cocktails and learnt that each cocktail on the menu tells a tale from Indian history! We ordered the ‘Sunderban’ and ‘The Lost Treasure Cocktails’. The first was served in the cutest mushroom-shaped glass I have ever seen 🍄, while the latter was served in a treasure box. Our waiter patiently waited for us to get ready with our camera to film as he opens the box. 🙏🏻 I had a friendly chat with the bartender, and he informed me that all types of Gin they had, had been infused inhouse. How cool is that! The food was very high quality and full of flavour. We ordered the Lamb Kebab and the Jackfruit Kofta. Normally I am not a fan of lamb, but this one tasted like heaven! As for the dessert, we ordered the Mango Mousse Cake and the Chocolate Cake. Both were amazingly smooth and delicious, not too sweet and not heavy. If you are looking for the perfect place to celebrate Mother’s Day or spend a romantic date night with your significant other, Mint Leaf Lounge is definitely a great choice!

I visited Mint Lounge with my partner for dinner. The interior was absolutely stunning, and the food and drink were first class. The venue has a stylish restaurant area with wooden space dividers for more intimate dining experience, a lovely cocktail bar area and a champagne mezzanine bar that gives a stunning view to the ground-floor restaurant and the bar. The staff were very knowledgeable about the dishes and the cocktails. I went for the ‘Lamb Seekh Kebab’ as an appetiser which was lamb mince served on a skewer along with some salad. It was perfectly seasoned, moderately spicy and full of flavour. I tried the ‘Bhuna Khargosh’ which was slow-cooked rabbit with spicy Indian gravy. Normally I don’t eat rabbit but wanted to try something different that night and what a great choice it was! The spicy sauce went perfectly well with the rabbit and the meat was so crumbly it melted in my mouth. The Mango Mousse Cake was a perfect choice to finish the night. It tasted just as good as it looked.

Had a great experience at Mint Leaf last night. We had booked the private room on the mezzanine floor for my friend's hen do and Vikas went out of his way to arrange this for us - I can't thank him enough. The restaurant is beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere. Food and service was great too. Will definitely be back!

Magnificent decor - the service is very very good. A chic and elegant restaurant with very refined cuisine. 3 of us went with colleagues. I can't tell you what I ate, I wasn't the one who ordered but the naan was amazing.

I had a mixed experience at Mint Leaf. The starters were below average, with one arriving burnt. The mains were okay, but the naan bread was initially served cold; after complaining, they brought a hot second serving. The overall quality of the mains was average. The ambiance was chilly, requiring jackets, and the delay in the card machine frustrated me, leading to a decision not to pay the service charge.

Food is excellent, staff are friendly. Everything is over priced and on top of that they charge service charge when I collected food from them for lunch . Again, at a group gathering, we split the costs between us, But they thought they will slyly charge each person a service charge even though they served us as a whole and added it in the main bill anyway. Ladies toilets were dreadful, all toilets were blocked and no alternative was provided. Lovely decor and food, but i dont think I'll be going there again!

Beautiful Indian restaurant with delicious and authentic food. A bit pricey, but definitely worth the money. Not very busy, unfortunately, despite the great food. We had the Lamb Curry and Lam Biryani. Both super delicious. Definitely a great recommendation for people avoiding the tourist spots!

Pathetic service and not at all value for money

Celebrated Christmas party here with canopy service, food was ok , canopy service was pathetic, left lot people hungry, service was infrequent and only concentrated in a specific area. But good music.

It was a busy Thursday lunch time but we waited for over an hour for just a main course. Our order was wrong, the food was average and expensive, and I’ll let you decide if this £6 “onion salad” was good value…

I wasn't sure what to expect as Indian cuisine is so widely available but Mint leaf really delivered in quality of food, flavour and service. I ordered the chicken to start and the lamb curry for mains with naan. Absolutely delicious! The presentation of the food was very well done. Fresh and flavoursome Indian food at its finest. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will certainly be visiting again!

Really poor service. Table booked for large party. 14 of us attended and was seated at a table fit for 12. Colleague tried to sit at end of the table and was told to squeeze back on the side where we are literally shoulder to shoulder ! Plates were stone cold and food was alright but nothing special. Could have got better at my local cheap curry house. Won’t be revisiting.

Went for a birthday and service was awful - we paid a 3 figure deposit for the table and waiter did not subtract this from the final bill. When we asked for plates for the birthday cake, a waiter came over and whispered to me that it would be an extra £50 to provide plates. We left with a bad taste in our mouths as the service was so bad and focused on getting us in and out and charging us as much as possible. Would not recommend.

If you are looking for a place to enjoy some delicious Indian cuisine with a modern twist, look no further than Mint Leaf in London. This restaurant offers a variety of dishes that are sure to please your taste buds and satisfy your cravings. I visited Mint Leaf with my wife last week and we had a wonderful experience. Here are some of the highlights of our meal: We started with some refreshing mocktails: Peach Passion and Illusion. The Peach Passion was a fruity blend of peach and passion fruit puree, fresh lemon juice, apple juice and pineapple juice. It was sweet, tangy and refreshing. The Illusion was a light and fizzy drink made with lychee puree, fresh lemon juice and soda water. It was a perfect palate cleanser. The drinks were served in some funky glasses. For starters, we ordered Bhel Puri Chat, Lamb Seekh Kebab, Charcoal Lamb Chops and Crispy Kekada. The Bhel Puri Chat was a crunchy and tangy snack made with puffed rice, wheat crisp and spiced chickpea tossed with onion and tamarind. It was a bit too dry for our liking and could have used more tamarind and yoghurt. The Lamb Seekh Kebab was a succulent and spicy dish made with lamb leg spiced with ginger, chilli and mint sauce. It was tender, juicy and flavourful. The Charcoal Lamb Chops were simply divine. They were cooked to perfection on a charcoal grill and packed with flavour. They were smoky, spicy and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The Crispy Kekada was a crispy soft-shell crab dish that my wife loved. It was crunchy, juicy and seasoned well. For mains, we had Lamb Rogan Josh, Malabar Prawn, Lamb Biryani, Dal Tarka and Naan. The Lamb Rogan Josh was a rich and hearty dish made with braised leg of lamb with brown onion, tomato and Kashmiri chilli. It had a deep red colour and a complex flavour. It was spicy, savoury and satisfying. The Malabar Prawn was a terrific dish made with tiger prawns cooked in curry leaf, ginger, mustard and coconut sauce. It had a creamy texture and a fragrant aroma. It was sweet, sour and spicy. The Lamb Biryani was a blend of aromatic basmati rice, kewara water, saffron and mint. It was fluffy, fragrant and filling. The Dal Tarka was a simple but tasty dish made with cumin garlic tempered mix yellow lentils. It was smooth, buttery and comforting. The Naan breads were fresh and tasty. We had butter naan and garlic naan that went well with the curries. For desserts, we had Mango Mousse and Basundi. The Mango Mousse was a sweet, creamy and tangy dessert that captured the essence of mango in every spoonful. It was light, airy and refreshing. The Basundi was a rich, creamy Indian sweet or dessert that’s made with whole milk and flavoured with fragrant spices such as cardamom, saffron and pistachio. It was thick, smooth and indulgent. The food at Mint Leaf is Halal so you can enjoy it without any worries. The service was excellent especially Julius who explained each dish and shared his recommendations. He was friendly, attentive and professional. The venue is vibrant and elegant just like its food. It has a stylish decor with dark wood furniture, dim lighting and colourful accents. It also has a bar area where you can enjoy some cocktails or mocktails. Parking: For parking in the evening, Julius recommended parking on Coleman Street or Gresham Street which are both a 5-minute walk from the restaurant. Mint Leaf is a great place to enjoy some authentic Indian cuisine with a contemporary twist. It offers a variety of dishes that cater to different preferences and palates. It is also suitable for different occasions such as romantic dates, family dinners or business meetings. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Indian food or wants to try something new.

Food was nice and flavourful, however, we didn’t find the service to be anything extraordinary or “high-end” as mentioned on google. It was quite ordinary except for the head-server who made an effort. When making the booking, I made a note that the event was for a special occasion - my sister-in law’s graduation dinner party. Upon arrival we once again reminded the staff about the special occasion, however nothing extra was done by the staff, not even an acknowledgement. One of the naan batches were burnt, which we informed the waiters, no effort was made to compensate for them. in fact when the hotel manager was made aware, he arrogantly approached our table and told us we would be charged for them. To that we said thanks, no problem. I don’t think we will be coming back or recommending the restaurant to anyone. Even though the food was decent, it is not the place if you have a special occasion.

A fantastic restaurant, with great service and lovely food. Further, the cocktails on offer are sublime, impressive from both a taste and visual standpoint. The price point and portions are also very fair and I would certainly recommend a visit.

I went to this place yesterday with a bunch of my Indian friends and we all enjoyed a lot. The food, the services and the ambience were amazing. Also, the hospitality of the staff members was also impressive. Will definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking to eat good Indian food in London.

The ambience here is amazing, so is the service and decor- exquisite. We got the peach passion mocktail which was lovely- not sour and not too sweet. For starters we got the chilli calamari, lamb seekh kebab and paneer. The paneer and chilli calamari were amazing but the lamb seekh kebab was quite dry. For mains we got the lamb and the prawns. Both mains were nice but I just hoped for a little kick, a little more spice to it. We got the kukumber salad which was okay. Pulao rice was fine. We got an assortment of bread (roti, paratha and garlic naan). The flavours were great but I didn’t like that they weren’t soft and fluffy and not in a basket. Our meal totalled about £80 with a 50% discount which was worth it.

Food didn't really do anything for me. The environment, location and service are excellent.

Service is very slow on the bar, it was almost empty but i got tired waiting for the bartender on two separate occasions to take my orders. The environment is lovely, very expensive and nice decorations , i have not tried any kind.of food

We went for a private meeting event at the Mint leaf today and liked the decor. However, the food was average and there was no smile in the service. We understand that the space was a bit tight and it was a bit chaotic, but when one of us went to inform the staff that the entire corner where we were sitting hasn't received any vegetarian starters, one of the staff members was rude.

The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was prompt and attentive. Jack, our server, was very generous and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Best Indian restaurant in India. I especially love the chicken biryani with extra chilli. We were served by Krishna and he was a wonderful guy and made the experience fantastic.

Everything was superb. Vikas the manger, our special bartender taaz and also our waiter jack or I’m not sure about his name. They all treated us perfectly. Food amd cocktails were up to top. Specially the bhangarh cocktail. But anyways thank you so much mint leaf for your hospitality. We’ll come back soon with more our friends.

It’s an amazing place to have lunch or dinner. Having been regular to the place, we have enjoyed our lunches and dinners here.. They have ala crate as well as sharing menus. You many vegetarian options available here. The thing I liked the most is the service of staff, they are ready to mould as per your demand if possible. Especially JULIUS has been very supportive all this time we have spent here. Being a pure vegetarian I would recommend this place as my first go to place to satisfy my starving.
