Great place, closes a bit early from my last experience

I booked one of there areas at Zenna Bar for Friday 26th January for my birthday. I get a phone call today (Wednesday 24th January) saying that my birthday is now cancelled as the bar will be 'closed' for maintenance purposes. That was the explanation i got. No sorry, nothing. Not only did they ruin my birthday only two days before - but they ruined everyone else's plans as well! So so unprofessional. Wont be visiting or making a booking here again.

Chavy, loud and not really a cocktail bar. Avoid unless you're looking for that kind of thing

Absolutely Fantastic night. The cocktails were amazing, very creative. The team were all wonderful very friendly and welcoming and the Manager Aki went out of his way to accommodate us in every way. Definitely recommend this lovely place. You must try a Peter Pan!!.

I called today to book this bar for 10 people tonight and when we got there, we were told the bar was closed and we were moved to an adjoining restaurant with a different name. We were not informed when we called zenna bar that they were closed. We had to leave and find another bar nearby ! Not impressed

A great place recommended by one of our group. We were well looked after, the drinks were reasonably priced and were all very nice.

Pretty bad cocktails. Old fashioned = whisky with too much ice.

Estaba buscando reservar este bar para mi cumpleaños. Lo elegí en función de la excelente ubicación y las buenas críticas en general. Teniendo en cuenta que estaba buscando reservar un área para 20 individuos impares, uno pensaría que responderían bastante bien una vez que complete el formulario de reserva en línea. . . pero no. Desafortunadamente, nadie me respondió en 4 días, por lo que decidí llamarme y en términos muy claros le dije que volviera a llamar mañana. Le pedí a alguien que realmente me llamara y lamentablemente no lo hicieron. This is a nice large underground bar in Soho and I would recommend it for groups and for couples/dates alike. Drinks are great (and priced at central London prices). The atmosphere is lovely and staff are friendly and attentive.

Este es un restaurante escondido dentro de abajo y te aviso cuando apenas pasando por. De ahí las dos veces que he estado, ha sido muy tranquila. Los cócteles son excelentes y bastante razonable para el centro de Londres, dan encantador poppadom aperitivos del bar y el personal es amable (y atractivo). Es una pena que no hay un poco más de animación al ambiente pero bueno saber que se puede conseguir un asiento!

I've been to many cocktails bars in London, but this unsuspecting bar serves some of the best. Hired out for my birthday a few years back and had a great time. Staff very accommodating, the DJ was awesome and canopies (if you want them) were great

Un tiempo increíble! ! ! Teníamos nuestra propia alcoba. El personal era absolutamente increíble, incluso el portero. La música era una muy buena variedad. Estoy tan regresando. Incluso los otros amantes de la fiesta eran una maravilla. El único inconveniente fue la cantidad de la porción en el pedido bandejas, no vale la pena el precio.

Met up with some friends that I hadn't seen in a while. There was a lounge area where we could relax and talk and have a drink. Perfect place to just hang out and catch up.

Working in Soho and you skip this place, not a good idea at all.Offer of 2 cocktails for £12 is too difficult to resist. Nice relaxing atmosphere to tuck in one of the underground vaults and enjoying drinks with friends or colleague is truly awesome.

Great cocktails. My personal favourite is the Kawiwi. Yum.

We had some cocktails here before and after our dinner in their restaurant The Red Fort above. These guys are doing something really amazing and the crowd is great dancing on some of the best DJ playing on the night. Great quality cocktails are perfectly priced for central London.

Googled a good cocktail bar in Soho last minute. It didn't disappoint. Very attentive and helpful staff, lovely atmosphere and great cocktails. Finished our day in London perfectly thank you.

Chose Zenna to be the venue for my husband's 40th birthday drinks, and I couldn't have made a better choice! Everything from start to finish was impeccable - Drinks, Food, Service , Music was all top class! Thank you Team Zenna for your fabulous work!

We visited Zenna bar for my friends birthday on a Friday night. We arrived about 7 and luckily it was still quiet so we got a lovely booth area with plenty of space. The service was very good and friendly and the cocktails were divine! I had a forest nymph which was delicious and the pornstar martinis were top notch! Would definitely return!

Enjoyed some absolutely delicious pre bday drinks at Zenna Bar and would highly recommend the place. The staff were really nice too, we might have caught them at a quieter time but the service was really quick which was great. We didn't try the food but if it is as good as the cocktails then you can go with your eyes closed!

Before having dinner upstairs at The Red Fort, we had a drink downstairs at Zenna Bar. I was surprised to see we were able to get a table - it being Friday evening. Our server was very polite and attentive ; the variety of wines and cocktails was wide and we thoroughly enjoyed both the drinks and the ambience.

Nice upmarket cocktail bar. Bit unusual that it is underneath an Indian restaurant, but it works well and some interesting cocktails. Definitely worth a visit for one or two drinks.

Zenna is a delight. The staff are friendly, the cocktails are to die for and the little booths are super ambient. What makes it even better is that the bar snacks come from the great Indian restaurant upstairs and are absolutely delicious. Love this place.

This is the third event I organised at zenna and i recommend it for anyone who wants a drama free, incredibly fun, reasonable night in soho. That particular combo can be tricky but zenna has friendly bouncers (rare in itself in soho), incredible staff who do everything to accommodate your requests, great bartenders who will join you for a dance and make incredible cocktails and brilliant management who respond promptly to any e mails and queries. cannot praise it enough. never failed us yet :)x

I went there for an evening of fun, after a long day of meetings. The crowd are 25 and above, which was a great convenience, the atmosphere was entertaining but not too loud and the drinks were of very good quality. I would certainly visit again.

Popped in without a reservation on a Friday and they were really accommodating and friendly, let us sit in a reserved area until the party arrived. Cocktails were lovely and it had a great atmosphere. Small and cosy, feels like a bit of a hidden gem!

Favourite cocktail venue in London, bar none

To judge from the lack of crowds on a Friday night this is an undiscovered gem. A basement bar below an Indian restaurant in Soho might not be the most obvious choice for cocktails, but this deserves to be more widely known! Service was a cut above expectations, and the cocktail menu, whilst not cutting edge, was delicious, well presented and had one or two crackers. Bar snacks, which came from the restaurant above, were very tasty. Lots of nooks and crannies in a funky but not OTT space with plenty of sitting room.

I came too Zenna bar two weeks ago 21st feb for a suprise birthday party for my boyfriend ended up having the best night ever !! The staff were so helpfull Kristina and Dan helped me bring out his birthday cake with discretion and were so organised !! The cocktail menu was fantastic and very reasonably priced. We orderd the Zenna Platters originally i had thought that they were a little expensive, however when they came they were huge and so delicious we ended up ordering a few more. Big thank you to William the Bar manger for ensuring all of our guests were welcomed and taken to the right area we could see he was busy but he made sure we had extra attention. The Dj rishane sorry if ive misspelt his name but ive never met a dj who really cared about what we wanted to hear, usually dj's ignore my request but he came and introduced himself to me as soon as we arrived and promised to play a birthday song when we brought out the cake (which he did in perfect timing).Will defo be back Zenna thank you again !!

Zenna bar used to be very good but not any more! We booked an area for a Bday party. When we went there on Friday evening, we realised that there is no DJ even though the website it says there is a DJ on both Friday and Saturday nights...Instead the bartender was playing music from his Iphone. It was the worst experience ever!

We booked a group dinner at Red Fort restaurant and they recommend us to have cocktails at their bar called Zenna. What a hidden gem it is! We all enjoyed a sumptuous selection of drinks served by some great mixologists behind the bar. It's a great place to book for a group coming straight after work. Thanks you for a great time.

We found Zenna Bar by walking around the streets of London. This place is absolutely a hidden gem. The music is amazing, the cocktails are sublime and the member of the staff in there are lovely. Zenna Bar is under The Red Fort restaurant.

Walk past the Red Fort restaurant and you've missed it; but stop to blink and you might just have stumbled upon one of the city's best cocktail bars. An intimate venue with ample space for a dance floor, anyone sampling their Mojitos or Whisky Sours (or any other drink for that matter) will not be left disappointed. The real difference is the outstanding service provided by the bar staff, headed by Billy - the head barman: their knowledge on mixology is impressive and their attentive nature will leave you with a very positive impression, and memories of a fun evening...!

We called into this little bar just on opening time and got a seat as we were the first people in. It was still fairly well lit so didnt quite have the atmosphere others reported. We had a marguerita and although nice certainly wasnt a patch on the ones in our local cocktail bar in Darlington. All in all it was nice enough though and the bar menu looked good though we just had a drink.

This bar featured on our foodie and cocktail guided walk. If tour guide hadn't pointed it out we would have walked straight past it. Unusual choice of what I thought expensive cocktails but then again I'm a country girl and these are London prices. Friendly helpful staff, good atmosphere

The bar area downstairs is well set up. Their drinks are tasty, with the happy hour they are worth the money. We went there early evening on a Tuesday and it was empty, which was a big downfall. There needs to be more to encourage people before 5:30pm and not just relying on people finishing work. Would be interested in going back one evening but when the weather isn't nice outside, as the bar is quite dark and dingy (good atmosphere if bad weather though - not great if sunny outside!)

Was introduced to this stunning bar by friends and will be returning again for the atmosphere, music, stunning decor but most importantly the amazing bespoke cocktails produced by the most energetic, friendly and professional staff! My boyfriend and I visited Zenna early Tuesday evening for drinks. It definitely feels like a cocktail lounge and would be a great place to book a party or celebrate with a larger group. The atmosphere is beautiful, having low-lit and modern/Indian inspired decor. The highlight of our visit was the generosity and enthusiasm of the three mixologists working at the time. We had wonderful conversation and they even treated us to a round of flaming shots! All drinks were simply delicious. I highly recommend this spot for any group of friends who enjoy interactive staff, comfortable ambiance, and tasty cocktails.

Cocktails with unusual ingredients

Had a few mid week drinks in here and the bar is nice. Centrally located for soho, it's a good venue.The decor is nice and very chilled and relaxed. It felt fairly empty when I was there, but still had a nice atmosphere.The guy behind the bar was pleasant enough and served us quickly, and seemed nice. Maybe the lady should take a few hints from him.I think we'd come again for sure.

Entrati a Zenna (al piano inferiore di una struttura che ospita al primo piano un ristorante), ci siamo immersi subito in un'atmosfera orientaleggiante dal sapore indiano. All'ingresso una bellissima fontana riempita di petali di rosa. La carta delle bevande è completissima e ricca di vari drink (anche a basi di Lassi, la tipica bevanda indiana, ovviamente). Ambiente con luci soffuse, sedute a divano molto comode e soffittature basse (per rendere il tutto ancora più intimo). Personale un pò scortese!

I held my 30th Birthday party here last Saturday and it was fantastic evening. I have been inundated with messages since from friends complementing the night.- Staff helping organise the booking contributed great ideas on how to make the evening successful.- Bar Staff were attentive and mixed delicious drinks all evening - My sister for one was delighted on being taught how to make a cocktail.- The food was amazing - I wish i had made more time to eat more on the night.- The music was great (including requests) and not so loud that guests could still enjoy conversation, particularly when many had travelled considerable distance for the evening.- The seating area we were provided was ideal and perfectly sized for the group.Thank you once again, I will certainly be back and so too will many of my friends!

We booked new years eve party for 25 +. From the start the security were obviously very inexperienced due to the way the were talking to people and acting. About 12.30 the security started coming onto the dance floor warning people to stop having fun basically. We were being very well behaved but you could see they just wanted to keep themselves busy in front of thier boss. Totland disgrace and completely unprofessional.You have to be very careful with the bar staff. You ask for a single and they put a double in and charge you the full price. This happened twice with me last night. Again completely unprofessional. There are much better places to go to spend you're hard earned money.

We didn't eat in the restaurant but attended a friends birthday downstairs in the bar/club area - it was such a great night. The music, drinks, service were great. There were canapes included at the party and these were yummy and substantial enough to be filling. Very tasty. A great night all round for 50 guests.

I went to Zenna to celebrate my 25th birthday and I am so pleased with the venue. It's small but it's has reserved areas for people which are huge. Cocktails were amazing of course...if you like spicy food I recommend the Spiced Pear cocktail! We also ordered a couple of canape's which were amazing. I am so impressed with the service and venue, they really helped make my night special! Thank you Ilona for helping me organise my night! She is fantastic!

I called this place to enquire about making a reservation for around 30-40 guests and asked for the manager as previous reviews have said the manager offered a good drinks package, I spoke to a woman called Anna, who first asked what do I want with the manager, secondly said I couldn't speak to him, then she called me rude and finally put the phone down!!When I called back to ask for the manager by his name, as stated on their website, she stated she was the manager....I don't know who runs this establishment and who is the manager but they need to be taught simple customer service skills!!

I made a group booking for my wife's 30th birthday and Zenna did not let me down. I got a really good package put together for drinks such that it lasted the whole night. This included canapes which were excellent. The manager Agnieszka was a pleasure to deal with as she always got back to me on any query so everything was organised and set up properly.The booth we got was big enough so you can stand and you're not tightly packed in. There is room to manoeuvre.Fantastic cocktails, Zenna has a really good reputation for it's cocktails! I stayed on Mojito for a lot of the night and they certainly know how to make a good Mojito. The mixologists are brilliant here.The staff were superb on the night especially the bar manager Billy who made sure we had a quality night. Certainly one of the best bar managers I have ever come across. They took care of all our requirements and my wife had a smashing 30th birthday party.Zenna is a small venue with two main arched booths, a small bar and two small seating areas. The capacity is 120 (from their website) and I would definitely agree with this. It's ideal for a small party. We had a group of 30 and there was another party there so the place seemed quite full but not rammed. Certainly didn't have to wait long at the bar for a drink.It's an ideal place to do a birthday or celebration drinks.Thank you Zenna and thank you Billy, looking forward to coming back.

We popped in Zenna having waited for ages to be served in the bar of a nearby swanky hotel - luckily I remembered that Zenna was there from a previous stroll down Dean Street. Although the bar was very quiet as it was a midweek summer evening, it was airconditioned, atmospheric and welcoming. The barman was friendly and made the best mojitos we've had in London (we live here) - and the best bit was we could choose the fruit he used! the drinks were reasonably priced, and extremely tasty. We will definitely return, perhaps even tonight!

Stumbled upon this place by accident. Tucked away in Dean Street, down a small flight of stairs. Lovely atmosphere, very dark and moddy lighting. The alcove is the place to be especially with all the candles.We were served by the owner who was very friendly and chatty. The cocktails here really are some of the best in London and I say that without hesitation. I can't remember the name but the spicy cocktail with a 'fire extinguisher' gin was a brilliant idea and fun to enjoy.Nice date venue, good for any occasion. Busy on Friday nights.

We visited the cocktail bar for some pre-dinner drinks before going to the Red Fort restaurant next door. On entering and going down the stairs you are greeted with bowls of petals and floating candles - very atmospheric. The bar itself is decorated with sumptuous velvet seating. The bar is VERY dark with VERY subdued lighting.The list of cocktails is very impressive - we were definitely spoilt for choice, with non alcholic cocktails also available. The website gives the impression that all the cocktails are Indian inspired, but actually there are many more cocktails than this.We visited at 6.00pm on a Thursday evening and the bar was practically empty at the time but on leaving the restaurant later at around 9.30pm we peeped in and the place was heaving. This wouldn't have been my cup of tea for an evening venue, especially as some of the reviewers were saying it gets very loud and rowdy but as a early pre-dinner experience it was perfect.

I have joined my best friend bday party last weekend. We have never heard about Zenna Bar before, however it was one of the best places we have ever visited. Music is commercial but not exaggerated, DJ even accepts your requests. Food and drinks (specially cocktails) are mind blowing. In terms of the staff, they are polite, very helpful and innovative. The area which we had wasn't big enough to allocate everyone, however people come to the bar for the sake of party not to sit through the whole night ! This bar is perfect if you do not like commercial places with thousands people around. Overall, definitely we will visit again !

The peppered cucumber cocktail here is amazing... it looks murky and a little odd but is a taste sensation. Music-wise, the night we came it was a random mix of Beyonce, Michael Jackson and Bollywood... which some of our group thought was strange but I rather enjoyed, for novelty value at least!

Lovely bar for cocktails and a dance with friends

Popped in here for about an hour on Saturday night and had a right old laugh. It's a small place but had enough room to find a spot on the dancefloor. The tunes are cheesy ranging from disco classics to Beyonce...and some more Beyonce...and then some more Beyonce. Okay, so whilst not being a varied set at least the dj knew what would get people dancing. At one point to tunes changed to Indian foot-stompers and that was great fun too. I drank a Cucumber & Black Pepper Gin Martini - it looked like a glass of swamp water but was refreshing, tasty and ended in a wonderful fiery kick - don't be tempted to eat the cucumber at the end though, it's far too peppery!

Great food, a stylish and fresh approach to Indian dishes

The actual place was really cool and I was impressed upon arriving. Unfortunately everything then went downhill as I was told my reservation was provisional and they had given the tables away. Once I explained I had a confirmation email the guy went to speak to their receptionist who was apparently new and had made a mistake and we were then seated. We were also given two free drinks as a means of apology (the guy had been quite forceful before I had explained about the email in detail and was probably a bit embarrassed when he realised exactly what I'd received). We had a lovely round of drinks when the rest of our party arrived, despite the 12.5% service charge. Perhaps I am naive but I think a service charge in a small bar is RIDICULOUS. Unfortunately a huge number of people suddenly piled in, the music went way up and we could no longer hear each other so we moved to another place as we were after somewhere we could have a chat!

I have celebrated my birthday with my friends in Zenna ....wow amazing place it's really worth visiting there sply.. Cocktails were dying for the Pornstar Martini and Blue berry old fashioned were hit the bar staff were all smiling great and so accommodating...truly such a wonderful experience of my life...well done all staff @ Zenna keep rocking....

I called previously to book a table for myself and a friend. I was asked what time i would be arriving as it usually gets busy in the evenings. I stated 7pm and was told a table would be reserved under my name for two hrs. When we arrived waitress was going through the procedures of group bookings for 5 mins only to find she got me confused with someone else and my own booking did not exist! To make matters worse, we would be kicked off the seating area in 30 mins!!! It was THEIR fault they messed up so surely they could had found us another space as way of an apology. Luckily it did not spoil the rest of our night personally but i will NOT be recommending this place and was left very disappointed. Mistakes happen, thats fair enough but to chuck us out after 30 mins with no way of making it up left a nasty taste overall.

This was an excellent restaurant and the food was amazing - very typical indian..and spicy too.As a vegetarian the dishes were up to my taste. I strongly recommend this place.

We visited 'Zenna' with friends. It was simply amazing. Helpful, friendly staff and good music. And the atmosphere is so pleasant. Simply faultless. Really enjoyed the drinks, their cocktails are very delicious. So alltogether we had an amazing night, looking forward to come back soon.

If my forefathers had a favourite bar, this would have been it. No, it's not old fashioned (actually just the opposite!) but it has two things that would have my ancestors doing the happy dance: 1) some truly excellent cocktails, and 2) a touch of mother India. Located underneath the Red Fort (an upscale Indian restaurant), Zenna immediately made me feel like I was home. We rushed to the bar to place our orders and a very pretty blonde mixed up a trio of House Nectar (no ingredients listed but it's a light fruity drink made from citrus and mango in my opinion). It was a nice easy way to start but there was no way it was going to last. To deal with our sheer numbers, the manager, Dan, was called and in no time he rolled up his sleeves and started mixing up cocktails. I can't help but be impressed when the manager is ready to dive into helping work the bar when needed so this was starting off very well indeed. As we quizzed Dan about the menu, he revealed that he had created all but two of the drinks. Upon further questioning and compliments about the shot, he pointed out the Illiana (or Golden Dragon) which lays claim to the spiciest drink in the world. Being naturally competitive, I had to give it a go. Dan explained the ingredients as he carefully mixed the drink. For the longest time, it didn't look that daunting as it's a beautiful looking beverage with just a few chillies in the mix. The danger comes in the last ingredient which is a concentrated extract from Habanero chillies. One drop of this extract (400,000 Scoville units) has more fire than 50 jalapenos. Yeah, I was starting to sweat... The Illiana comes with two things: i) a fire extinguisher of Gin Fizz (a cooling drink but it does nothing for the fire), and ii) the requirement to sign a waiver of liability. The first few sips were easy and I was down a third of the drink before the burn started to hit. The danger of these chillies is not the initial spicy taste, but the fact that each incremental drop adds more and more pain until your mouth, throat, and stomach are on fire. With the dual motivation of wanting to finish and Anna mocking me, I managed to get the drink down in about 15 minutes (along with the entire Gin Fizz) and after a further 20 minutes of agony was finally ready to drink again. And we did. Dan kept talking about the bar (which he owns too by the way) and like love-struck schoolgirls we hung on to his every word. When my friend Mark mentioned he wanted to try a whiskey drink, Dan took us through a tasting of three whiskies and made a drink with each one. The night wasn't done (although my memory was starting to be) and we continued sampling different spirits before finally bidding Dan farewell and dragging our inebriated selves out. All in all, Zenna has become my favourite place for a quality drink and I'll undoubtedly be back to taken the Illiana challenge (I'm a sucker like that). Although I hear it's packed on Friday/Saturday so perhaps a more chill mid-week to enjoy the cocktails. They have a luxury selection with average prices of £18-25/cocktail which is just drool-worthy.

Had one of my friends birthday there on a Friday. The staff is very friendly and funny, the waitress looked after us all night, special thanks to her for helping with the cake. The Dj was amazing, he kept us dancing till the end of the night. The drinks are very good ( pornstar martini and the pepper cucumber martini is a must have, the blueberry old fashioned is very good as well). So alltogether we had an amazing night, looking forward to come back.

Wow! What can I say! An All Round Great Experience in Zenna Bar Soho! Lovely Helpful Friendly Bar Staff! Very Pleasant Atmosphere! Incredible Music! Amazin' DJ's! This Bar Turley is a Hidden Jem! Situated downstairs of the Red Fort Indian Restaurant. Waitress and Waiters Serving up Delicious Cocktails! This is the perfect Afterwork Place to be, I was very impressed with the Alcoves and relaxed Seating Arrangements. All in all a 10/10 Experience for me and my Group of Friends who Celebrated my Birthday with me! Zenna Bar Soho you have done us Proud! Thank You!

I went to Zenna bar yesterday and i was very impressed with how things worked out. I found the bar team very friendly and supportive; the cocktails were very delicious and there was perfect tunes playing which was keeping everyone entertained. I had a great time and it looked like everyone was having a good time too.I had a great evening with everyone and everything and I’m sure this bar is the most exhilarating bar I’ve ever been to. I will definitely visit Zenna again and in fact we are planning to book my friend’s birthday....

I went to this bar for my friends birthday and I saw the reviews on here. I have to admit I was sceptical about going but when I went there it was a whole different story. I was expecting the worst now i realise that a lot of reviews on here is quite far from the truth.Zenna bar is a warm and friendly bar the music was on point and its one of the only few bars where the whole bar staff gets down and parties with the rest of the customers. We all enjoyed ourselves. I was continously at the bar as their cocktails were delicious and at one point whilst the bar man was pouring the drink I jokingly gestured the hand motion to pour more and he gave more! Now alot of bars Ive been to the bar staff are stuck up and tight with their portions as they're most likely told to sell less for more. You do not get that here. Friendly, party attitude staff, great music and a good vibe. I dont usually write reviews but I had to for this place as everyone from the dj to the manager is just so nice and responsive. I'm sure that I will book my next birthday party here.

I just went to Zenna recently. I was really lucky cause I got possibility to try some new cocktails from the new menu. The drinks are incredibly good, platters tasty and atmosphere really relaxing. Service was amazing, Considering the prices, it's probably the best value what you can get. Amazing cocktails with double shot of alcohol just for 8 pounds, What ? Suggest everyone to go there !!

Zenna by far surpassed the expectations of a bar/club environment. We hired a table for a colleagues leaving do from work, and the moment you walk in; the decor and friendly staff takes you by surprise. We were shown to the table and asked that we could order and that the drinks will be brought to us, therefore no need to stand up everything done from the comfort of our chairs. As the night progressed the quality of service was still kept at high standards even though it was getting busy. The staff were amazing making sure we were ok and they alternated between them if one of them was busy, so there was no lack of service. The positive atmosphere given from the staff at the bar and the manager kept everyone with the same spirit, and of course the music was just brilliant, the Dj played everything and keeping everyone entertained with his variety of music, one moment everyone is doing the moonwalk, then the begees dance, then RnB + hiphop. The prices are great for the service and quality of drinks you are served, my favorite was the Absinthe sezaracs and the staff added a bit of their own creation which you dont see anywhere else, usually in other bars you have to pay more for even a drop of a mixer here they create to your liking. Manager came round asking if all is well, and even the Dj asked if there were any requests. The night in conclusion was amazing, since I have visited Zenna once and even as an individual I am treated just the same as if I was in a group, therefore I know where to book my next birthday package. Keep up the good work.

I had an amazing time at Zenna, great atmosphere, excellent service and food!I went to many bars in Soho, but Zenna has something what other places don't have. You gotta check it out 10/10. My girlfriend was delighted with the cocktails and I had a great cocktail blueberry old fashioned.

Thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Zenna. Service was excellent. Staff were polite and efficient. We"ll definitely wil dine again at Zenna.

I had heard about Zeena from some friends of mine and so decided to see what it was like. Myself and a few friends went down on Saturday night and it really lived up to what I had heard! The staff were all extremely friendly and bubbly and this did not stop as the night went on. The drinks were fabulous, amongst others, I had a Three berry daiquiri which was absolutely gorgeous! Considering how busy it got as the night went on I was surprised to see that the cocktails did not fall in quality! The music throughout the night was great, the DJ really tailored it to what the crowd seemed to like which kept everyone dancing and having a good time. Overall, it was a great night, great atmosphere and lovely staff will definitely be going back to Zeena in the very near future!

Good music. Unfortunately, this is where the good points end.The service is appauling. A few of the staff we encountered were rude and arrogant. The waitress was not happy we hadn't paid her a discretionary service charge, and returned to the table and forced us to pay it. Her english was terrible, to point where she couldn't understand us. If you are going to work in a bar in London, I think it's crucial you can speak English. My friend ordered a cocktail with a specific request which was not met, and she couldn't understand, so we had to ask one of the barmen. This was the only pleasant member of staff we encountered all night. The bar manager (white shirt) was rude to another of my friends when she was ordering drinks, as he misheard her, then blamed her. Where is the customer service skills in this place?!Some other guests were then seated at our table which we had reserved. There were 2 extra seats, so the waitress asked if we'd mind her seating 2 people there. The 2 people turned into 9 who were getting very drunk. One accidentally smashed her glass onto the table, which in turn smashed my friend's drink glass and sent glass flying towards her. She was extremely lucky to escape being cut, though she did have a few marks on her legs. The staff took ages to come and collect the dangerously sharp broken glass. The waitress cleared away one of our drinks that wasn't finished, and when we complained, she told US off for where we had placed it on the table. I'm sorry, but you don't blame the customer. The food was ok, but nothing special, and over priced for what you get. To top off the terrible behaviour of staff, the manager in the white shirt was grinding and groping on the dance floor with other guests, and one of his own staff!! He was also wearing a wedding ring. Disgusting behaviour. He was such a creep staring at all the females. If it wasn't for the good music and fellow company of my friends, we would have the most awful night out ever. Luckily we made the night for ourselves. Will never visit this place again.TIP: Order from the bar and not the waitress, as you get charged a whopping 12.5% service charge, just for her to carry your drinks to the table!!

It was the first time that I had been to Zenna Bar but not the last! I must have walked past it several times before I found it; a true secret gem. It was a Saturday night and the place was packed out. Still, the quality of cocktails were amazing and the staff made me feel like I was the only person in there; very accommodating and I had the cocktail made specifically for me.There are only 6 staff members that work there (3 boys and 3 girls) and they are obviously friends outside of work too as they were all making jokes, laughing and involving the customers as well. This makes a wonderful change to some places I have been and the staff clearly dislike each other. The dj was called Shom and he had everyone dancing from about 8pm. The manager, Ibo, was brilliant and we spoke frequently through out the night. Thank you to all the Zenna crew for a wonderful night.

Wow! It doesn't look like much from the outside but making my downstairs to Zenna I was impressed. The decor really stood out to a gem of a hideaway. I've always been a cocktail fan, specifically mojitos, and can appreciate the choices on the menu. I have to say my fiance's elderflower cocktail tasted really nice and even the bartender was willing to concoct me his own inventions. I have terrible memory but I've no doubt when I go back there again he should remember :) as he did when I came back the next week. The staff were a delight and I had fun making jokes and conversation. The bar manager and his staff seem to have a great working relationship as when I was there they were even exchanging gifts from someone's most recent holiday! I didn't think I can find a stylish bar with reasonably priced and delicious cocktails that has a local vibe where the staff will remember you. Think I'll have to host a joint stag/hen do here as the setting is great and my guests would certainly enjoy it!

I recently visited this bar for my friends engagement drinks. When you arrive you walk down these narrow steps and come to the basement bar, its nciely decorated, very dark downstairs but this sets the mood.Unfortunately the bar is at the basement of an indian restaurant, so for some reason on this occasion we had cooking fumes coming down and making us all cough, maybe this was a one off.The space is good, cocktail menu is vast, but ques at bar were very long, music was awesome, would definitely go back for an adhoc drink.

Visited Zenna bar on a few occasions, for a friends birthday and with my girlfriend a few times and we all loved the cocktails which the bartenders made for us on their recommendation. The venue is small but has a fantastic atmosphere and the DJ was always playing what the crowd requested. I would most definitely recommend this place for cocktails and for the fun atmosphere that this typical soho bar. Planning to visit the Restaurant soo as well
