GREAT FOOD! First time trying Chaat Street, and was not disappointed! The Samoza chat, literally filled my taste buds, that’s how good it was! The Pani puri and Haleem delicious, and lets not forget the Masala tea, was just perfect, especially being out in the cold. Not only was the food great but the service was excellent too! When I wasn’t too sure what I wanted, they made it so easy explaining what it was and if I had any allergy. So polite and very professional! This place will definitely be my first spot to go eat every time I’m shopping at Gallions Reach! And most definitely will recommend!

Visited here for a curry one weekday evening after a recommendation and managed to get a walk in. The restaurant was decorated very nice inside and the staff were attentive. The service was really good and our food was delicious. We had a lovely meal and although it was pricey it was certainly worth it.

A must-visit Indian Restaurant if you’re in the City of London! Had an amazing dinner at Anokha – everything was full of flavour and beautifully presented. We started with papadoms and drinks – Cobra beer for one of us and a 10/10 piña colada mocktail for me (honestly, one of the best mocktails I’ve had). The mix platter and onion bhaji (another 10/10) were the perfect start. For mains, we went for the monkfish rogan and slow-cooked lamb – both rich, tender and absolutely delicious. The sides of mushroom rice and coconut naan bread were spot on. Service was friendly, the atmosphere was lovely, and it felt like a little gem tucked away in the City. Highly recommend!

The food was very, very good and authentic. But unfortunately it was a category too expensive for what was offered. Furthermore, we unfortunately had the misfortune of having very loud guests present on site (it seemed to be a company party). The service was also excellent and very attentive.

Food was okay. But the atmosphere with the DJ and staff was really good.

The food was very unhygenic that we realised and suffered 45 mins after eating with bad stomach and diarrhea and cramps. All of us from old age to 2 year old child who ate their food got ill. We ordered veg and non veg thali, wrap and chicken biryani, the food tasted okay but was terrible or dirty which we did not know. After we left the place we faced the consequences especially when we have to travel so far in london. We saw it had good rating so we chose this as we were nearby tower of london and now I will never recommend this place to anyone ever. Worst dirty food.
