We came at lunch on a Saturday. Amazing and tasty food. Service was pretty quick. Perhaps time of day, but the place lacked a bit of buzz.

We went for second time. We had buyagift vauchers…. Food was absolutely amazing and the service great.

Everything about Cinnamon Kitchen was perfect, the vegetarian options are delicious and the venue is so cozy and beautiful, will definitely be back!

Exquisite Indian cuisine with a fine dining twist. Ash provided a passionate explanation of the spices behind each dish, adding depth to the experience. Chef Tina from the pastry section described the dessert—crafted solely from natural ingredients without preservatives or artificial colourings. A truly dedicated team, showcasing the best of natural Indian cuisine.

Not a particularly good meal out or experience from this restaurant. I thought I would treat my wife to a birthday meal and noted this on the booking but the staff didn’t do anything special so disappointed in this…I also didn’t really get a good overall customer experience, we were served by one waiter at the start who took drinks/meal orders and then the starter arrived reasonably quickly. However we had to wait a good 25 to 30 mins before the starter plates were removed and then the mains started. I think I prompted the another waiter otherwise I suspect we would still be waiting..The food wasn’t that exciting and considering you are spending circa £100 for three people I expect more. Overall a really low experience of something I thought would be good..

This is a late post that I should’ve posted earlier, but we were traveling. We dined here on April 28 after the London Marathon. I walked in with my WMM six star metal and I was greeted by a wonderful table of people, a few of which also ran London Marathon. I later learned that one of them was the chef. Upon the end of our fantastic dinner and great service by Petr, I was surprised with this lovely dessert. We loved the Spring menu. Thank you so much for the great food, service, and wonderful experience that we will treasure.

We came here for a friend’s birthday and everything was great! Kiran was our host and made sure we had a good time. He even went out of his way to get us a complimentary egg-free dessert to celebrate our friend’s bday!

Cinnamon Kitchen is hands down the best Indian restaurant we've ever experienced in London. Tucked inside the iconic Battersea Power Station, the setting is absolutely posh and elegant—perfect for a special evening or a classy family outing. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and stylish interior. The menu offers a modern twist on Indian cuisine without losing its authentic soul. Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavour—beautifully spiced, perfectly balanced, and presented like artwork. It’s not just food—it’s an experience. What really stood out is how much everyone loved it, including the kids! The staff were kind and attentive, and the dishes appealed to all ages. It’s rare to find a restaurant that pleases both refined palates and little ones, but Cinnamon Kitchen nailed it. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-quality Indian food in a stunning London location. We’ll definitely be returning!

The food was delicious and the staff ate all so nice. We ordered 2 starters and 1 main to share between 2 and it was the perfect amount. Highly recommend the samosa smash! We went for a birthday and they brought out a dessert too. Their chicken and lamb is halal.

Had a great experience at Cinnamon Kitchen! I ordered the Madras Fish Fry and Lucknow Chicken Biryani—both were packed with flavor and really well cooked. The outdoor seating in the veranda was lovely and made the meal even more enjoyable. The staff were super friendly, and the chef subir did an excellent job. They even offered me kulfi at the end, which was a nice surprise. I’d definitely come back—highly recommended!

My third visit here. Love the ambiance and the food

We were a party of 12 so Shatarupa was busy with dish suggestions and generally getting us seated and organised. She did this very efficiently without ever imposing. Perfect! The food was ok though less special than we were hoping for. A number of our group were very knowledgeable on Indian cuisine and were a little underwhelmed - which was a shame for a restaurant of this standing. The space was great for a large party and we never felt confined.

We have had a 7 course testing menu and it was worth a try! Easy to swap if you want vegetarian or fish options instead of meat,just ask.Brilliant service, great setting, easy to get there ..just cross the road from Liverpool tube station.Defenetly back again

I did a Master Class Cookery course at the Cinnamon Kitchen making dishes from the train journey through the different regions in India. Tuition by the 3 chefs was excellent and the food me made was gorgeous. My second experience, we worth it, and I would recommend it to all who love curry. What a day, thank guys.

He offered me some coconut milk as I found the paneer too spicy, which was hugely appreciated. The only reason for the 4 star on the atmosphere is that it was slightly noisy, but being in central London on a work day, I guess it's unescapable.

My two daughters and I wanted to try out an Indian afternoon tea and we settled for this Michelin rated place. We started off with samosa chaat (to die for), pani puri, and pineapple chaat. After that the masala tea was served in a colorful teapot. It was lovely but we would have preferred a tad more milk/cream in ours. I selected the non-veg option but my girls had the veggie option and we loved the sandwiches and rolls (chicken and paneer rolls, fish and mixed veggie sammies) followed by delicious sweets; macarons and two different puddings. I must add that everyone was so pleasant and helpful: the service was outstanding! A must visit place if you like Indian food and afternoon tea! ❤️‼️

The place looks very pretty on the outside but we and all other guests were seated outside on the terrace despite it being 5c. We sat as a table of 10 and only 2 of us were warm as we were by the heaters. The food was just bad and overpriced. Everything was cold though looked pretty. The starter platter had chicken on it that was pink and when questioned we were told it was expected for organic chicken to be pink. This was certainly a first for me. When I complained I could not eat “pink” uncooked chicken due to salmonella risk I was told I had to speak to the chef. He went to explain how only breast chicken could be cooked to a level where there was no pinkness. I’m just in shock. I would never go there again. I did not pick this place. The ladies toilets had 6-8 cubicles. One was out of service and 4 were just dirty with toilet paper everywhere. Disappointed all in all.

Delicious food and quite different from your typical South Asian menu. Unusual dishes and interesting presentation and decent quantities. You won’t leave hungry.

Visited recently for the BBQ Brunch. Lots of tasty food, great flavouring and totally enjoyable. Excellent service and Raj in particular made every effort to look after us and created a great impression-thank you.

I recently dined at Cinnamon, and while the food was okay, I have to say that the overall experience was disappointing. The standout issue was the spiciness of the dishes - they were extremely hot, to the point where it was difficult to enjoy the flavors. I don't actually mind heat, but this was way too over the top. To make matters worse, when my dining companion and I asked the staff to turn down the music volume, they seemed to find our request amusing and were quite disrespectful in their response. It made for an uncomfortable atmosphere and left a bad taste in our mouths. A mysterious service charge was added to our receipt and this was not mentioned to us, when requesting to remove it we were asked if the service we received warranted removing it… how is that something your staff can even question? On the positive side, the dessert we ordered was nice. It was a sweet note to end the meal on and provided some much-needed relief from the spice. However, given the overall experience, I'm not sure I would recommend Cinnamon to others. Edit: So the restaurant decided to reply to me 2 years later to talk about why I made the edit and not the service I received on the day. Another prime example to show you why they don’t really care about the service provided and just the image of the restaurant.

Such a lovely experience to mark a special birthday and anniversary. The food was delicious- really recommend the 3 course voucher offer. The lamb cutlets and ox tail were a highlight with the meat full of flavour and beautifully cooked. Ash was lovely and provided great service which added to the experience!! A definite recommend!

There isn’t anything special about this Resturant. We were 7-8 friends who ordered different food and I tried quite a few dishes. But something as common as ‘Biryani’ was very ordinary. I have had much better Biryani and food in some other Indian restaurants who are not this expensive.

MASSIVE THANK YOU TO ASH FOR MAKING MY DAY!! 💗 I was looking for somewhere to have a big tasty lunch but chilled enough where I could do some work and this is the perfect place! She recommended the most amazing mains and dessert and the chef cooked the lamb to perfection. I found sitting outside was a perfect casual dining space! Incredibly food, incredible service, I will certainly coming back!! I had the Lamb main, corn salad, kulfi dessert, beetroot juice and masala chai! 😍 Once again thank you to Ash for making my time here amazing! Wonderful service is hard to come by but every person I’ve spoken to here has been absolutely lovely and welcoming! ⭐️🌟

Enjoyed a seven-course taster menu with my partner, all the food was excellent, amongst the best Indian food we have experienced - head and shoulders above the usual Indian restaurant offerings in the UK. Staff were very attentive and friendly had a relaxing un-rushed afternoon (albeit the restaurant was quite being a Monday). There is a good wine list and drinks menu, though didn’t have the chance to sample too many! Can’t wait to come back, would like to sit outside on a summers day.

We have been to this restaurant before and will continue to go back. The staff are very friendly and attentive, the restaurant has great decor, there is seating outside, We had a three course meal here this time, we have had the tasting menu here as well. The food is so good, so tasty, so hot and fresh, I can’t fault any of the food and enjoyed every course. The staff are so helpful, we will definitely be going back.

The food, service and atmosphere everything was great. There was a holi celebration going on it was a really nice. We enjoyed the dessert Rasmalai cake which was an amazing dessert. Next time you need an Indian cuisine right in the city. This is the place to be.

Treated to a voucher to have as a celebration this 7 taster menu course with bubbles. We booked the City branch in Devonshire Square which is right opposite Liverpool street station. Arrived to a buzz of city workers dining absolutely full and the restaurant was full with diners chatting and laughing. Nicer to experience than a quiet table of 2. There were plates of every kind of dish coming from the kitchen. We were seated and introduced to our waiter for the evening. ‘Peter’ he immediately delivered our bubbles and explained the dishes would come out for each course and what they comprised of meat or vegetarian and asked if we had any allergies or food preferences. We are not fussy although powerful heat spice is not something we can tolerate. The dishes were small yet pleasant of all kinds of tastes and textures from a vegetarian samosa to a prawn dish. Then to a lamb and pork to a venison and a inbetween palate cleanser. Lastly the dessert of a small sponge dished with an infusion of 5 different milks and topped with pistachio crumbs absolutely delicious. Will definately visit again and thank you to Peter as his knowledge telling us of the dishes before the arrived.

Went for a team dinner, we got a private space that was nice. Food was delicious and everyone enjoyed. Not too spicy or not too bland. The service was very slow towards the end as we had to remind the staff a couple of times, but otherwise extremely good. Pricey compared to some of the other central london restaurants i have been to

Anniversary meal and we had been gifted a voucher, our waitress so was helpful and kind, she offered alternatives to fulfill our voucher when the listed items weren't wanted. The food was very good, no flavours overpowering and beautifully presented. We were both very impressed.

We had the special Holi celebratory meal - a delicious and varied selection of dishes, with more than enough for both of us. We were also offered special complimentary Holi sweets and drinks. And of course the evening would not be complete without an outrageously fun session of throwing brightly coloured powders at each other - and a few fellow diners! - in the special Holi room. The service, as ever, was unfailingly attentive and friendly. A totally unique, fab and fun evening all in all!

One of the highlights is the huge heated terrace, which makes it perfect for enjoying a meal even on colder days—such a great touch! The food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors that really stood out. Everything was well-prepared and beautifully presented. Most of all, the staff made the experience even better. They were incredibly lovely and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their warm and friendly service really set this place apart. Highly recommend—can’t wait to return! :)

Had my 50th birthday party here and from start to finish the team were fantastic. I was struggling to find a venue to host a group of 20. Ana, the events manager was superb. She and the venue were so accommodating from hosting the drinks reception in the bar to flexibility on the menu for some of my guests. On the day Raj and his team provided exemplary service. We were all impressed. The food was outstanding with a great selection. Only positives to say about the Cinnamon kitchen. A great team and full compliment to the chefs.

What a lovely evening and service, with such beautiful food. Brilliant hospitality from Peter and Joanna, with the best masala teas that we've ever tasted. The food from start to finish on the tasting menu, got better and better, the staff were brilliant in looking after my Gluten allergy, much appreciated..... Might have been a long day, but well worth it, the Venison main was superb, purchased a signed book too. Thank you all...

I'm posting this because Cinnamon Kitchen gave me a flyer asking me to. First visit. Positives: the food was very good, with flavours (delicate) I had not before experienced in any curry. And the dessert was excellent. Negatives: pricey overall. A MINI Peshawari Naan the size of a coaster for £6? Atmosphere: too noisy despite being only half full, if that. Too many hard industrical surfaces that don't absorb and reduce sound. Made worse for me by live music (a duo) as far away from our table was was possible but adding to the problem of hearing what others were saying. For me the negatives outweigh the positives, and I shan't be back. (This is meant to be helpful feedback to management, and as I noted, had I not been asked to give feedback I would have chalked it up to experience and left it at that).

Staff had a bad attitude. We asked them several times to clear the table and were ignored. You can’t order starter until you have ordered your main.

We have chosen based on the reviews and its was 5 of us all and are very disappointed with the quality of food and service. All these 5* reviews must be fake I believe. Garlic Nan was so tough I have better ones in my local Indian. Lamb dish they charge £25 but only 5 small pieces. All starters have totally same accompaniments (salad and chutney) only the protein is different so what makes me wonder this restaurant even a have proper chief.

Food was delicious and nicely spiced, options plentiful and the service from Raj attentive. We’ll be back for another Friday lunch.
