The best restaurants serving Indian food in East of England

Ordered on a Saturday so could see was in for a wait. Ordered for 6:15pm got an email to say would be 15min late. Arrived 5:30pm way earlier than wanted the food to arrive as ordered for family who were due to arrive after 6. Food is good as always but why have option to order for a time then not follow it

Absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for authentic, tasty, great Indian food. The owners and staff are incredibly accommodating and the place is always buzzing whether in the week or a weekend so I wouldn’t definitely recommend booking. Love it and will come back again and again. Thank you!

I’ve ordered from Star Tandoori multiple times, and they never disappoint! The food is bursting with authentic flavors, and the quality is consistently excellent. The curries are rich and perfectly spiced, the kebabs are tender, and the naan is soft and fresh—just how it should be! The service is equally impressive. My order arrived on time, piping hot, and exactly as requested. You can tell they put real effort into their food and customer service.

First time visiting, Best experience I have ever tried the food was amazing can’t ask for better quality and service, the gentleman serving was absolutely polite I will 100% be returning and I 100% recommend this place to anyone

Awesome food as always, curries are made with proper Indian spices, which are not necessarily hot but great tasting. My kids just loved Paneer Butter Masala from this place.

One star hygiene rating ! How is that possible ?? Absolutely vile should be illegal to sell takeaway food in such dirty conditions

We normally leave superb reviews for this restaurant. Tonight unfortunately it was a bit off the masala was a different red colour instead of the usual orange and the chips were a bit soggy and not cooked too well. Like I say usually excellent, tonight just wasn’t very nice.

Ordered a takeaway but made a mistake as we lived too far away but the manager and delivery lady went out their way to deliver was so appreiated and food was hot and was amazing best tasting curry ive had a very well done to all involved
