Best chicken shop ever, lovely and kind staff.

This place used to be outstanding and the food was so tasty. I got a 4 piece fillet box meal with chips tonight, costing nearly £7. Very disappointing. The chicken was nearly cremated and looked like it had just come from Iceland. The chips were average and the baked beans were more bbq sauce than actual beans. I don’t tend to leave 1 star food reviews, but this was shockingly bad. Thrown it in the bin and gone to McDonald’s instead. Wouldn’t recommend anymore unfortunately.

Last week I demanded my money 💰 back because the chicken 🐔 burger was tougher than Mike Tyson and the chips 🍟 were old and soggy. I decided to give them another chance the other day but I had to say to them over the phone that I wanted it all to be freshly cooked and it was but you shouldn't have to ask for something that should come naturally especially when it cost me almost £20.

Ordered dinner for the entire family. Extremely pleased with the quick service and extremely friendly staff. Food was delivered quickly and very fresh. The chips were extremely fresh and better than all others I have ever had. I ordered the supreme burger meal and the burger was fantastic. I highly highly highly recommend eating from this place. You will be pleased with the delicious food.

My go to chicken shop. Staff are friendly and take care of you, always adding an extra piece or some hot wings. The chick coating is perfect, I’m pretty sure they make their own batter for the chicken as it’s one of a kind compared to other generic chicken shops. I often go for the fillet burger meal and or chicken strip wrap, both I recommend, as for the chips, crispy, moist and they are not shy with quantities. As for the prices, when compared to other chicken shops and the living crisis atm I don’t know how they have managed to keep the prices low! I always expect the bill to be a lot higher than it is. Honestly have no complaints except some weekends they can be extremely busy, no fault of their own. Just might take an extra 20mins when ordering for delivery. 100% recommend. P.S deffo try the supreme burger ;)

Having visited multiple times now, both as a solo diner and with friends/family, each visit has always been nothing short of perfect. From their warm and welcoming service, spotlessly clean ambiance (you may want to take off your shoes at home after), to piping hot, freshly cooked food delivered straight to our table... what else could anyone ask for? Plus, ordering online makes the process even smoother and less time consuming when picking up for takeout or delivery (within reasonable distances). They have never once disappointed us with cold or lukewarm food or wrong orders, which unfortunately happens too often at other similar establishments across London. On top of everything else, they also offer apple pie(!) along with traditional options such as samosas, naan bread etc. So while some might call themselves 'the best', we confidently say without hesitation that The Perfect Choice truly lives up to its name in terms of delivering exactly what customers desire: tasty, quality fast food in ample portions without breaking the bank nor sacrificing on cleanliness and excellent customer service. Perfect choice? WORST CHOICE EVER. Cancelled my order and taken the money out of my account. I currently don’t have an oven and that’s the only reason I ordered from here. Get told by the employee on the phone to ‘listen’ & come and collect the money tomorrow. Don’t advertise delivery on the website if you’re currently incapable of doing it. Then taking the money out of my account even though I received a text saying no money has been taken. We’re in a cost of living crisis, I am beyond furious. UNACCEPTABLE!

I was really pleased with the service they were really nice. The food was delicious and it was on time. My family and i really enjoyed it. I will definitely order from there again.

We had to phone and complain as after waiting for 1hour 26 minutes, when told 30-45 minutes our food was burnt and cold. We complained. The customer service was appalling and when I said I will put on a bad review their answer was we don't care, when I explained about food being bad they said they don't care.. If they don't care about customers imagine the effort put into food. My advise don't give them your money

I'm not usually a fan of independent chicken shops but Perfect Choice has got my vote!! Every time we order from here the quality of food is consistent, never been disappointed. The chicken burgers are amazing, the chicken fits the bun and always really fresh. The chips are never soggy and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's cheap and far too easy to eat every day! The only bad thing is it's addictive 👍👍

The Chicken Tandoori was so juicy and succulent, off the bone. Delicious! I was craving tandoori chicken during lockdown and attempted to cook in oven it but it was dry. The tandoori at Perfect Choice was cooked authentically on the tandoor! The nan bread was fresh and complimented the tandoori chicken and chicken tikka really well. The complimentary salad and sauce was so refreshing. Stuffed! Looking forward to ordering very soon!

Recently moved to the area and have found this little gem in Loughton. Normally dont it for indian food at places which do chicken and chips but this place really surprised me. The chicken was really juicy and the burger was full of flavour. The currys were flavour some too.

The food was really nice and full of flavour. The chicken was really juicy and cooked to perfection. My kids really enjoyed the meal too and the service was really good. Will come back here for sure.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! The chicken is way too salty and they put a ton of sugar in their naan bread. The guy workin on the phone said he will sort us out when we order next, I just rang them to order again and the guy on the phone was very rude about it! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Curry Lover with a Cold! MOHO. Friendly & clean & Iv had both the chicken & Indian food. What could be better on a day like this! Delivery, but think they only take cash, check... There's even a chinese takeaway next door-but I wish they would stop using polystyrene* for soup (*its made from oil & chemicals seeps into hot food & it takes 500-1000 yrs to degrade...) Use Vegeware or many options out now, more sold, cheaper they get. Maybe they have changed, not been in for a while. So I take my own container! ENJOY! : - )))

Took me a while to try this place because I'm usually a believer of Jack of all trades, master of none. But this place is really good at it all. Fried chicken on point. Pizzas better than dominoes. Indian food fresh, hot and plentiful. Deliver fast enough, both times quicker than time given. Can pay cash, card or PayPal with no fees and free delivery. Are fair and have given me more chicken or more wings because they said they were quite small which is awesome. It's my new go to takeaway. Keep it up!

This takeaway has an extensive Indian menu which is little known. Only available after 5pm but amazing value and not the usual slop you sometimes find in takeaways. Each dish tastes unique as well as it should I know, but often restaurants use the same basic sauce for virtually all their dishes with just the physical contents e.g. chicken or prawns being the difference.Here it isn't and there's no skimping on ingredients to make up for the very low prices. Full size foil dishes used for main courses and crammed to the top with the main food. Not just sauce. Best around in Loughton and I've used them all.

I have had a take away from here quite a few times now. I even drive pass another chicken place on Debden Broadway to get here. The reason being it is much better value for the same type of food. The owner is lovely to. Once when I was short of money and the establishment does not take card payments. There was no cash machine available to use near by. The owner asked how much I had, then agreed to do my order for that price. I was very grateful for this and I have been a loyal customer since.

Having ordered from you a number of times. Won't be ordering again as the chicken was delivered Luke warm and tasted of vinegar. The food is normally good but has put me right off ordering again. Should have given it 1star, but may just have been an off day like the chicken.

If you can phone in to order I think you should,or you might have a long wait. The food is cooked fresh but if there was a big order you might have to wait for more. I had to wait over 15 mins for the food which kind of ruined the fast food experience. It is good on price and the staff are very helpful, I will order from there again but will call first....

The food is delicious. Both Indian and fast food items on the menu are great. Staff are friendly and provide good service to customers. The delivery is quick and the shop is very clean. This is one of my favourite places to eat in Loughton and I recommend Perfect Choice to all.
