The best restaurants serving Indian food in East of England

Best Indian ever. Food is amazing and staff so nice and helpful. Made us a special dish, nothing too much trouble and to top it off, excellent prices.

Went for the Sunday all you can eat buffet with 12 people. All of us left with very full bellys and had a great time. Food was amazing as was the atmosphere!

Excellent, fast delivery. Despite it being a Friday and me living approx 5 miles away, my food arrived approx 20 mins early! Whoever delivers is always very polite and will have a quick chat. The food was A1 as usual!

Absolutely disgusted with Lancer Indian Cuisine. Placed an order tonight, one chicken passanda and two paneer kormas were ordered and they sent chicken instead of the paneer when I am a vegetarian. When we called them to speak to them about it, they tried to claim we were lying, saying the chef said he definitely made two paneer when we were quite clearly looking at chicken. After that, we suggested that perhaps one had accidentally been swapped with someone else’s order to which they said that couldn’t have happened because they’ve had no one else complain. All they’ve said they will do is give us something free next time we order, which we won’t be doing. So now I’m left without half of my dinner. I would suggest if you are vegetarian to maybe avoid.

Hat of to curry cottage. Just eaten our take away and it was superb. Would highly recommend to those in and around halstead; we are further afield yet they still delivered. Very impressed
