I’ve ordered from Masala Hut consistently now for almost a year, I’ve made it a tradition to order from here every Friday night via Deliveroo. I massively recommend this restaurant, the food quality is always excellent, the portion sizes are great, I’ve never a situation where my order has been delivered wrong and the staff who deliver my food are always very kind!. I will continue to order from here and recommend that others do to!!

Ordered here a few times, never fails - used to have a go to when living in London for their butter chicken and this place is equal if not surpasses my old fave! The lamb bhuna was especially tasty too - in fact all of our order was (The onion bhaji is also a big winner)! Service when dropping off was friendly, too. Recommended to anyone when they ask for great Indian cuisine! 😄

Best biryani And the kurma is fantastic

Masala Hut's butter chicken was of very poor quality. They gave me simple naan, but I gave them pay butter naan.The biggest thing was that all their staff were behaving in a very bad way.

We came in to order and the bossman told us 15 minutes and we actually waited double the time which was 30 minutes. The milkshake was a disappointment because my friend Rifat Uddin miah just told me right now as I'm typing. For £5 he shouldn't have got a size small milkshake and it was not worth the size.

Lost my business. Waited for over 2.5 hours for a delivery. Called them 3 times, told me they had tried to call me and deliver. Simply not true as I had been by my door with phone in hand the whole time. Rude on the phone and the said they would cancel. Order now says it has been on Deliveroo. This is a lie.

Tried to order through their site... be careful!! It added upgrades and additional items and would not let me order without them (so not optional upgrades as it says). When I rang up, they told me that the online menu was different from the telephone order menu. Went to Turan at Parkhouse Court. Beautiful food!!!

Ordered Lamb Biriyani, Tarka Dhal, Chom Chom Chicken & 1/2 Tandoori Chicken which was delivered within the time frame requested. Good portions, tasted very yummy and thankfully all made without a lot of oil. Shall be coming back for more. Thank You Masala Hut!

I ordered food from this place last night , the food quality looked questionable but still I ate it because I was hungry. This morning I have a food poisoning. Never going to order from this place! Ordered : Chicken biriyani with dal & Tandoori wings

Ordered the food off Deliveroo, spent £50 on food, this was at 735pm. Got told that would be delivered 20:15. Left it till just gone 20past phoned to to see roughly update as got young kids asleep, got told that driver had just left. Got to 20:42 phoned and got told driver left ages ago he ‘phoned the driver’ got told 8 minutes, 20 minutes later still waiting. Disgraceful restaurant

Ordered from and waited an hour ., then apparently they cudnt find my place , and tried call me, I was not near my phone, 4 mins later when I called back no answer from driver, apparently they can't find my address while I've ordered there many times before from just eat. Lame excuses. If u can't provide the f service don't offer it....stay away. I'll never order there agai

Masala Hut, I had the madras last night and it was a nice madras. My wife and children had the masala and korma. They like these dishes and always enjoy them. I was concerned they were not enjoying their meal after they said it tasted strange. I tasted both dishes and there was an overpowering taste in both dishes that I have never tasted before. It was a shame to end the day with this strange new taste. Not sure what to make of this experience.

Ordered from Masala Hut for the 1st and probably the last time. It is NOT an Indian restaurant. I'm from India and know what Indian flavours taste like. Ordered a Butter chicken which tasted like a sweet dish. Has to be the worst food I've ever tasted. I never leave reviews. This was so bad that I had to leave a review to express my disappointment.

Shocked. Ordered on Uber eats at half 9, they close at 11pm, however they never turned up. Nobody answered the phone during open hours also. Stay well clear of the takeaway, disgusting service, I'm sure they'll be put of business real soon. Don't treat people this way if you want to earn a living.

Ordered through Uber eats for my sons birthday and one of the dishes was buttered chicken.Sadly there must have been a chicken shortage because 80% of it was sauce.The same with the lamb Korma, lots and lots of sauce and hardly any lamb to cut costs.Sadly this strategy will lose customers for poor quality and damage their reputation.They have already lost me.

Ordered from here a few different dishes. Whilst waiting for our food one of the workers came in with an Asda bag full in pataks curry sauces in jars!!! The food was extremely watery and had no taste.

After the takeover from the Khyber, our previous absolute favourite, we were naturally worried the pleasure of a fabulous curry w would be lost forever..... Did not need to worry AT ALL. Great selection, cooked brilliantly, freshly cooked, wonderful flavours and great people. The Chicken Tikka Balti Dhansak is to die for, sweet and sour with near Madras heat is absolutely delicious - best ever tasted, but varies ever so slightly each time to make it a permanent order. Well done chef !!! Veg naan is packed full of vegetables. Onion bhajis are crunchy, succulent and so tasty. Food is never late and the staff are lovely. They've got very high standards too. So glad the Masala Hut is around, knocks the Khyber out of the park! Thanks guys... Abdul, Nazur etc

great food and arrived super quick. i have always been a tikka masala guy stuck in my ways, but wanted to try something different. we called up and asked if they could include a taster for me to try of another dish, and they were only too happy to do this. when the delivery arrived they had damn near given me a whole meal for free as a taster! great value, great food, great people. do recommend.

Had an amazing takeaway from here - orderrd online and delivered in 40 minutes. Both curries was perfect - full of succulent lamb and chicken, chunky sauces with lots of flavour not at all greasy. Huge poppadums with relish and much apprrciated the bhajiis too! :)

Really tasty takeaway - packed full of good meat in the curry, with chunky and flavoursome sauce, not greasy and lots of spice. Poppadoms and relish delish, and one of the best naans I've ever had - from order to delivery in 40 mins, with a super service!

It has been taken over recently and was really impressed with the food. I called the owner also to tell him the food was really impressive, which i have never done before.

2nd order from them now and food was so good. Manager is very polite and the food they produce is delicious. This is now my favorite take away! Very happy customer

It's ok, it's not bad but they're new, used to be Khyber Balti house but they moved on & now it's Massala hut, definitely not as good as before in my opinion unfortunately.. The same dish just isn't the same plus they don't give you all the poppadoms & them extra sauces (yellow or pink yoghurt kind of ones). It's not terrible but yeah probs wouldn't order in a hurry again. But hey maybe this is there first venture, things might get better!

Delicious food. Amazing customer service. Service was lovely as I wasn't able to meet the driver due to having to isolate. The delivery driver was amazing and dropped my food off at the door for me. So grateful thank you!

Just had a take away from masala hut. What a waste of £34! All food bar one curry absolutely stone cold, chewy poppadoms, cos rice, cold everything!! Was not edible at all. Would not recommend!!!
