Very nice food and lovely service, food is always nice and warm, Saam is lovely and always chatty. Would recommend, especially the saag paneer.

The owners generally a nice guy but you can’t keep serving people food like that and expecting them to keep coming back and forth. You’d think you’d check it the second time as well. Avoid.

We had a curry from here cost us £60 or a family off 4 and it was awful. The chicken was hard and they had forgotten the sides we had ordered. Wasn't impressed at all with the meal

We ordered on the phone at 6.50pm for delivery on New Year’s Day. We called again at 7.45 to see how it was doing, knowing it would be a while as everywhere was busy, but the person told us it had been desoatched at 7.15pm. We waited, then on the next call they said the delivery driver’s car had broken down. When we called back at 8.05pm they said they had never taken our order and had no idea what we were talking about!!! Enough said 🤯 not worth the hassle

Lovely service always does well by the customer. Food is reliably delicious and is actually affordable with their meal for one and two being more for 3 or 4 people.

went there with my sibling, and they charged £10 for 2 small portions of chips which is ridiculous - however the service is good so gave them an extra star for that.

Horrible curry, the chicken was hard and chewy nothing like it previously was last time we had this meal. Over £60 and wasn't worth it. Very disappointed won't return there again

I ordered a chicken byriani got it there wasn't one but of chicken in it and the poppadoms were like crisps and they were like crumbs never ordering from here again

The chicken purée is fantastic, that’s my normal go to dish, I had never had the chilli paneer until the other day and it did not disappoint, I asked for them to make it extra saucy and it was delicious, I will defo be getting it again

This is a great and central spot to have a great lunch, dinner, and snack, even curry at 7 o clock inthe morning, there naan break is very good.

Really good first experience here. Friendly staff and really good food. Was served by Greenman, apologies if that isn't spelt correctly! I was particularly impressed with the peshawari naan, I have struggled in the past with many different Indian takeaways as this is usually bland and hard. But it was so fresh, light, fluffy and so much flavour! All the food was excellent!

Service terrible after 20 years will not be coming here again Phoned order told to collect in 50 minutes but after arriving had to wait another 30 minutes before ready as did the other 5 customers who walked in after me, bad customer service and stopped giving 10% discount if order collected. Will not be back

i hadn't been since the menu was on the wall so i was handed a menu i like the set meal although it used to include a side dish i chose the prawn on puri starter but it wasn't available it came to over £18 which was £3 more than the menu but the guy explained it was because the menu was 8 years out of date so i ordered less...............but to be fair the curry was very good

Yummy food, friendly staff! Fantastic new no-alcoholic drinks range. We had the grape and peach bubbly, really refreshing, and worked really well with the lamb and chicken dishes.

Far too expensive, food isn’t actually very nice. This place used to being amazing now it’s falling and falling fast. Really sad but time to find a new Indian restaurant.

Awfull won't order again. The nan bread was hard as rock had to be thrown in the bin, the 3 curries were OK not up to the usual standards 😕

Wrap came to £7 cash but when I asked to pay card he told me it would be more unless I added a drink. Came to £10 for a wrap and a can of Pepsi. Then I asked for a bag which he ask 30p for . What a joker… completely ruined Imrams reputation. Very rude

Very poor customer service! After receiving stale poppadoms and lumpy mint sauce, we called the restaurant to complain and was accused of lying. We was told to prove it by bringing it to the shop, which we did. The man at the front of the shop then told us there’s nothing he can do and we don’t have to eat there anymore.

Lovely food, really enjoyed it, i had 2 mixed kebab, chicken nuggets and chips for the kids,we all loved it ,saam is a great manager, very welcoming, very friendly have good chats while waiting for the food ,all round im very impressed, keep it up guys x

The boss is too rud and lier. I bought 1 piece of chicken wing and chips with £7.50 which is too expensive. His customer services is the too bad. he even asked is to give him 5 stars Which he dont deserve. I know they push many customers to give them 5 stars and write good comments of this page. Most of customers aren't happy about it.

So I came in wanting some food for dinner and I thought that I would come to Tikka Masala in Welwyn. I then went to pay but then realised that I was in my overdraft. Thankfully to the manager, Saam Ahmed, he did not let me go hungry. He helped me out by paying for my meal and to not worry. Tikka Masala should be so pleased that they have an employee like Saam, thank you! 🤍

By far the best take away in Welwyn garden city and I really mean that! Food is excellent, really good quality and reasonably priced. The Customer service is great. Sam especially, is absolutely lovely! Such a happy, fun and likeable character. He always takes his time to have a chat with my husband when he comes in and he really is passionate about the food. Happy to give this fantastic local business my money.

Felt rushed on the phone when ordering, mint sauce tasted like banana. Korma was all sauce and 5 bits of small chicken.

Probably the best curry-serving restaurant in the South of England. Been going here for 10+ years and the food has always been consistently great. They offer a wide range, and they also take custom orders. Staff always very friendly.

Staying at Common wood club site and decided to order from Tikka Masala. The delivery service and meal was excellent. Not joking but this is the best indian takeaway me and my husband has had. Fabulous flavours, succulent chicken dishes. Lovely rice and naan. Great flavour without the grease. Lovely, amazing. Will definitely order again when in the area. Thank you Tikka Masala.

The food yesterday was excellent and the foods was made to exactly to what I ordered and to my specific taste and my special thanks to Mr Green the chef who prepared my dishes. My final thought is keep up with the good food and the aroma of the spices was brilliant. I would and will recommend Tikka Masala Welwyn garden City.

I absolutely love this place’s food, and I even wrote a 5 star review about it a few years ago. In said review, I said that this place was perfect and to never change. Unfortunately, it did. I get COVID has affected a lot of businesses but this Indian has been open all throughout, so I don’t understand why the prices have changed so much and corners have been cut. We used to order a set meal for 1 and it would feed four of us for £12-13. They have changed the set meal so that it doesn’t have a side dish anymore which you miss when ordering a deal, and they’ve raised the prices for it! That doesn’t make any sense. I can’t imagine they’ve lost any money whilst everyone was forced to stay at home, so how do you justify charging more for less? It’s a shame because this was something we always used to look forward to every now and then, mainly because it was good value. The quality of the food has not changed, that is still excellent. But it’s not worth it anymore. It’s not just Tikka Masala who have used Covid as an excuse to raise their prices despite being open all throughout so I know that it probably wasn’t their decision, especially the guys who have worked so hard throughout the pandemic, we appreciate you. But I don’t think we’ll be ordering from here as often because it just doesn’t feel like a good deal anymore. Sorry guys.
