The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Indian food

Lovely meal. Interesting menu and good attentive service. I had an excellent dish called Lamb Latiz which is something I’d never had but it was really good. It had Worcester Sauce in it and was very different.

Very nice food, but the sauce provided looked and tasted like it had cornflour mixed into it. It was supposed to be a yoghurt sauce (raitha) to go with biriani. Please avoid mixing cornflour into sauces. I know some restaurants are doing this to save money, but please don´t be one of them! It´s awful.

Absolutely fabulous food. Must be a couple of years at least since we ordered Indian takeaway and the first time from this restaurant. Had the classic menu we were looking for and every dish was amazing. Highly recommend!

Good food, really good portion sizes and good value for money. We had the meat thali and cheesy chips and would definitely recommend. The portion was more than enough for 2 people and the lamb bhuna was especially good. The masala sauce was s bit thin and not quite as good as Delaval tandoori but still perfectly fine. Really good service (much quicker than others in the area. Was cash only as didn't have a card machine.

I can't even rate it because I could only have to mouthfuls of the food until I needed to stop eating the mess they had given us.firsltly out chicken ticka arrived with NO rice[which was ordered]. Secondly the food was extremely poor.every thing about it was tenable!!! Finally the chicken ticka did NOT have ANY cream in it and tasted absolutely DICOSTANG!!! Also a very young girl took our meal and messed it up totally because she didn't even put the order of the rice on so we didn't have any rice for ages and the food got cold and it was absolutely rank don't waste your money on this place

Just had the new Maharaja Lamb - unbelievable, you have to try it to believe it. I’ll be back same time next week.

¡Una joya escondida en el Puente de Londres! Mis amigos y yo tuvimos una comida encantadora en Café Nawaz y nos quedamos honestamente impresionados. La comida era deliciosa, las porciones eran generosas y es sorprendentemente asequible para la zona. Pedí el Lamb E Belfoi algo que nunca había probado antes y fue absolutamente increíble! Lleno de sabor, tierno y diferente a todo lo que he probado antes. Lo que realmente destacó fue la cálida hospitalidad, el personal era tan amable, acogedor, y hasta los pies de la tierra. Realmente te sientes atendido aquí. Recomiendo encarecidamente si usted está en la zona y quiere una buena comida con un ambiente relajado y genuino!

Good service and a lovely Madras.

Amazing food, really well trained staff (that is overly ambitious to give you the right food for you). Went there with my mum who dislikes most of the spices in Indian food - asked the waiter what he could recommend in her case and he nailed it, she was really happy. We had a lamb curry and a paneer Naga. Really easy to order because you can basically "mix and match". Thanks to the heaters we could sit outside although it was a little bit chill. Normally I find something to complain, but right now it is hard to think of something I am missing.
