Pink Garlic in Bromley

Avoid. Awful food. Chicken so tough, couldn’t cut with a knife. Chicken also tasted boiled. Another chicken creamy dish was shredded dry chicken. Absolutely will not be going back. If I was able to give less than one star I would. I’m sure they use old broiler chicken past their laying days.

Lovely food and very quick service. Very varied menu and super yummy meal. Some waiters were lovely but the one that welcomed us wasn’t that friendly - didn’t really impact the enjoyment though. Would still recommend!

Experience was disappointing - admittedly it was a busy Saturday evening but we were rushed throughout the meal. Lamb Korai was supposed to be sizzling but it wasn't. Also asked for tap water and was charged £4.55 for still water !! Finally we received the bill and put our credit card on the table to show that we were ready to pay. Waiter came along with the card machine and just tapped our card - did not show us how much we were paying

The chicken korai had such a strong vinegar taste that I couldn't finish it. I didn't like this meal at all unfortunately.

I go into this restaurant on a very regular basis! I always recommend it to everyone!!! They have a very wide Indian menu as well as English food too!! I have used this restaurant for last 30 years! It never fails to please nor do the very attentive staff who are always polite helpful and respectful. The restaurant welcomes all whether it’s couples or large parties it caters for them all! The have large room for weddings and all big occasions holds about 50 guests!

We order takeaway this week from Pink Garlic and it did not disappoint. Food was tasty, well presented, warm. Garlic Nan bread could have more fresh garlic (did not taste garlic much) but taste of pastry was lovely. We will be back again

Visited recently with family, staff were very friendly and accommodating and there was a good atmosphere aswell. We asked which dishes were Vegan friendly and the waiter was very helpful and pointed out my options. Veggie Pathia was really good but the Aubergine Bhaji was amazing, never tried it before and would definitely order again.

Had a last minute takeaway on Boxing Day and did not disappoint! Was headed for Shampan after ordering online only to get there to find it closed despite taking our money! Saw Pink garlic was open next door and decided to give it a go. It was delicious! They prepared the food super quick, it was hot and fresh and everything tasted great! Would definitely return! Glad I tried it and is now on my list!

Ordered chicken dupiaza. Was so dry and no flavour. So disappointing. Husband ordered a vegetarian spinach curry- zero flavour. Mushroom rice was cold and again little flavour. Really not what you expect from a well established restaurant with good reviews. Vegetarian samosa not great. The popadom were the only thing that was nice.

We usually visit Pink Garlic every other week as the food and service is exceptional. With the current Covid 19 restaurant closure with decided to get a takeaway. Food was just as excellent as usually. Well done Pink Garlic team.

Been coming here for a good few years now and have always been treated like absolute royalty. They catered for my fiancé’s birthday and everyone said about how amazing the food was. Great staff, great food, great atmosphere. What more could you want?

Eight of us went to the Pink Garlic on the recommendation of our grandson, who was one of the group together with our daughter and our three granddaughters and a boyfriend. We were all very impressed with service and the quality and quantity of the food. My personal recommendation is the chicken jalfrezi. We will definitely be returning, not with such a large party, but with friends and neighbours.

Much cheaper than Shampan and I think just as good if not better. The service is always fab and they give you lots of free stuff! Can’t complain about that... most importantly the food is fab including for vegetarians / vegans

Not in Bromley much, but when I am I always make sure to visit Pink Garlic. It makes me sad that I'm writing this review while I'm away because now I'm craving their food, but I'm not back until Christmas!

Just had a delivery from Pink Garlic , lovely food , fresh giant succulent King prawns , tender lamb chops ,delivered right on time, great polite service. Highly highly recommended . Well Done guys , compliments to the chef .delicious!

Took my daughter for her first take away. She had a Chicken Korma, Pilau rice and Garlic Naan. I had a chicken Tikka Masala. All very good and reasonably priced. Good friendly service with food ready on time.

No estaba abarrotado y el buffet estaba bien organizado con suficiente comida para alimentar a los que estaban presentes y constantemente se reponía con comida fresca, deliciosa y caliente. Había bastante variedad. Nada añejo. Me ofrecieron pan naan y recibí una amplia porción recién hecha.

We were the only ones - four of us - there for lunch. It was a Sunday buffet and we couldn't order a la carte. The buffet was terrible, very little choice and the food was not that great.

We hadn’t been to Pink Garlic for a while but boy were we pleasantly surprised with the most delicious and tasty food! From start to finish; the mixed starters just so beautifully prepared to our mains my chicken balti jalfrezi and his chicken dansak with rice and naan, so good. Staff extremely friendly and quick service. Will be back again very soon; delicious and wonderful!

At 7pm this restaurant was nearly full, and also supplying at lot of take outs. The food was very good, people nice and service good. We had chicken speciality meals which were so tasty, and lots of vegetable dishes. Dhal delicious, garlic nan great. Circumstances meant we hadn't been here for some months, but it surely delivered today. We will be back again soon.

It doesn’t matter if it is a quick midweek or with friends at the weekend the food is always fabulous- cannot recommended highly enough too many delicious meals to pick a favourite- staff are lovely too

We popped here on Saturday on other people's recommendations. Staff were lovely & polite. Sadly the food seemed muddled. Dansak is supposed to be hot yet the aloo Gobi was very hot & the dansak was mild. The food was nice but not as great as we had been expecting. We also all had the set menu but the bill was over £5 more. Odd as we had no drinks or extras

This is our favourite Indian. We have been next door to the Shampan, which is very expensive and over rated. The hosts are Always welcoming, food always an excellent standard. The service is efficient and there house wine is also really good.

This curry house used to be mediocre but the new owners have really brought its appeal up. Good food, good space and ambience a modern Asian feel. My new local go to curry house. Have been twice and had one takeaway since discovery two weeks ago.

Just had a fabulous meal at pink garlic, Jay and all the staff where attentive and very polite and friendly, the food was to die for, they do an evening special on a sunday which was a 5 course meal including starter, main meat dish sides rice and naan plus veg for £12.95pp so with beers the meal was under £40 which is great value too,

Surperb food and great value for money. We take the kids there regularly- very kid friendly. Try the Chicken Morissa- my favourite dish.

We are regulars at the Pink Garlic, the food is always good and the staff very warm and friendly. You can ask for changes in the menu and they will try to accommodate, The atmosphere is very friendly, most of customers are regulars, if you tried it, you would like it and we would most definately recommend it.

I always feel well looked after at this restaurant and go most weeks. The food is mainstream but tasty, and you can always ask for a bit extra spice. There are other posher India restaurants in the area, but this is my go to for a curry fix! I also enjoy the special nights with entertainment.

I frequent this restaurant a fair bit as it is a favourite and it is brilliant every time we go. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and are welcoming you before you've even walked in the door. It seems like nothing is too much trouble and the food is delicious.

It was our first time at Pink Garlic last night and we had the banquet night offer which was superb value. The food was fresh and tasted delicious and was served with a smile. We've not been to a restaurant where the service was so attentive and to finish off we were even offered complimentary shots! We will definitely be returning. Thank you to the staff at Pink Garlic!

little disappointed with the service received, it was our anniversary meal and obviously wanted something special, the start of the evening was good and I can't complain about the food but the service went downhill when the staff started falling over backwards for obviously favoured customers! we were then forgotten about and felt rushed to leave, no desert menu was offered, our table cloth was taken away before we had finished our drinks and the bill was a little on the large side. not sure I will be returning and not sure I would recommend to anyone else either.

Booked here as we had a poor experience elsewhere two weeks previously, and took a chance. It was very, very good, we were so pleased. Great food, nice staff and atmosphere, and absolutely packed at 7pm on a Saturday. We will be returning.

Nice food however loyal customers are taken for granted, it has been on more than one occasion where we have been overcharged for our meals and dishes are missed. It was a great curry house and hopefully after a poor hygiene rating it will get better

First time at this Restaurant and it was lovely !!!A big shout out to ' Jay ' who made us so welcome, went through the menu and generally told us the house rules, what a great manager he would make !!!!Josh and the floor staff were all lovely.The food was tasty, arrived hot and had a great spice to it.Nothing was too much trouble.The inside of the restaurant is beautiful, clean and tidy.We ordered a takeaway while we were there as well.Really great.We will definitely be back!!Throughly recommended to all!Susie

We often choose to go for an Indian on Banquet night, as it's usually good value for money, and Pink Garlic is no exception. There's a full choice off the menu (although seafood items have a surcharge), and the food is well cooked and well prepared. Service was good with the restaurant about half full on a Wednesday evening. This was my third or fourth visit and there will definitely be more.

It is said that you must visit a restaurant 3 times before you settle on an opnion, but this was the 4th time of eating here and the same high excellence of food and service came through every time. Highly recommended

Had the pleasure of eating here today, after my granddaughter's Christening. There must have been about 40/50 of us; we had the whole restaurant to ourselves. The food was excellent, as was the service. Very helpful waiters, and when we needed to be careful with food allergies, specially made dishes were prepared. Highly recommended, thank you.

Had yet another excellent meal at the Pink Garlic. Always a testimony to a place when you bump into the former owners also enjoying a meal.Between the 2 of us we enjoyed a very tasty Prawn Biriyani packed with prawns and a Mughale-E-Bahar with Sag Paneer. The food was excellent quality. Service was of a very high standard and very friendly. The restaurant has a very friendly feel and is frequented by locals and visitors alike. The wife and I popped in for a quicky Sunday evening. We had not been for many years. I was pretty fussy and gave the waiters a hard time but they handled me very well. They could not do enough for us and were very polite and efficient. The restaurant is cosy and clean with the tables immaculately dressed and lovely mood lighting ideal for the romantics. I had lamb bhuna which was very tender and tasty and plenty of it, no complaints from the Mrs about her tandoori chicken either. The meal was rounded of nicely with complementary drinks thank you very much. So if your looking for a nice cosy place reasonably priced go for it

Tonight my husband and I had a take away from this restaurant, I was looking forward to itI love curry and haven't one in a while. We decided on this place after reading the reviews.Now I realise that either the other people who reviewed pink garlic either had no taste buds or the reviews were written by the staff!!! Our dinner was tasteless and could in no way be described as a curry. So to sum it I would not recommend - bland bland food, I'm let down. It was also fairly pricey - so feel doubly ripped off

Staff very friendly very attentive décor good and nice clean toilets, im fussy about clean toilets.Food tasty chapattis nice and thin very fresh reasonably priced. Overall I would return if I was in the area very much nice cold beer at pub across road aswell
