Lazeez Indian Takeaway in Bromley

I placed an online order, advising that I had a nut allergy. The restaurant called me to go through their allergens for the items I had ordered, and replaced other items that I could not have. Great customer service and great food.

I left a review on their just eat shortly after eating it and it did taste lovely and I can't amend that. So I'm leaving an updated version here, within an hour after eating I have had really bad diarrhea and sickness.

Tasty, great portion size. Will order again.

Called to explain the food was cold again, this isn’t the first time. Was ordered for a birthday meal. I love a few minutes away. I was not allowed to speak on the phone and was not allowed speak and even accused of doing this before and not telling the truth!!!! Awful awful service and I have ordered here many times. Have now submitted a complaint to just eat and will not be ordering again. So much competition in the area and I would certainly advise ordering elsewhere. I actually be called out

Ordered 3 hours know advance. 30 mins late. When it did arrive was delicious and hot. Will order again.

We ordered at 5:44pn for 7pm delivery. Food arrived around 7:20 after calling to ask about it. Only hiccup really as the food was fantastic. We’ve ordered here before and the quality is really good.

Very weird experience. Ordered a takeaway on their website to be delivered. Door arrived after one hour but everything was stone cold and fat had congealed on all the dishes. Phoned Lazeez to complain but was told manager too busy to talk to me. He said he’s call back. Anyway, I wasn’t going to let it drop after spending nearly £70 and eventually, after many messages left by me, he called me back. I was very polite and explained the poor state of the food and asked for a contribution refund back on my card. Anyway, he went ballistic and accused me of threatening him. It was really the most extrodanary aggressive rant before he slammed the phone down. I’m going to pop in later and sort this out but, suffice to say, will not be using Lazeez in Hayes again!

Delivered speedily, good price, nice food.

Not as good as normal. Had usual favourites but food was really bland.

Food tasted like it been reheated in the microwave chips were like sticks not happy at all only good thing was that it was delivered on time

Food was lovely. However, ordered egg rice but received mushroom rice. Still ate it and it was fine, just not as ordered. More importantly, one of the meals had a small but sharp bit of clear plastic in. Could have been dodgy, but fortunately no harm done.

Saag paneer wasn't, Saag aloo delivered instead.

Thankyou lazeez Indian takeaway, you have let me charge my phone in your takeaway twice, and for that I am forever grateful, I can't say much about the food as I haven't tried it but I bought a can of diet coke once and it was cold so five stars

Lovely as always but I ordered 2 x mint sauce + 2 x onion salads as extras and that's all there was should have had them included with king prawn dish. Will not order extras next time and see if they are included

I watched the recent England v Scotland Euro 2020 match at a friends and rather than have him or his wife slave away prepping food, I treated them to Lazeez. After a flurry of Whatsapp messages between us all with menu choices, I ordered online at 1535 asking for pickup just after 1700. As I arrived to pick up, the last dishes were being added to my bag, perfect timing! So we had, 1x Tandoori Mixed Grill, 3x Chicken Tikka Masala, Mushroom Bhajis, Pilau Rice, Boiled Rice, Mushroom Rice, Keema Nan, Plain Nan, Popadoms and Pickles. Pretty standard order I would imagine The food was really really good, (the Tandoori Mixed Grill in particular) left us all very satisfied and set us up for the football to follow. Just a shame that the England team couldn't deliver to the same standard as Lazeez! At £59.55 the price point is not out of order at all. Recommended!

Food was awful, very hot and parathas were like a thick piece of cement, I will not be ordering again, went to bed with no food, the prawn puri and onion bhajis were so bland too, not worth the money. Never again

Started using 4 years ago when we moved to a new area. The area we live in is flooded with Indian takeaways but we always come to Lazeez. Food quality, consistency and speed of delivery is unbeatable! You will not be disappointed. The best!

I have used Lazeez several times now and have always been very happy with the service and the food. It's the cheapest (takeaway) curry in Hayes so gets my 5 star vote, check it out you wont be disappointed !!!

Food was tasty but cold on arrival and had to be reheated. Delivery time was awful, clearly a busy night but order was over an hour later than estimated delivery time.

Order took over two hours to arrive. Tip to restaurant, at least throw in a couple of popadoms when it’s this late. Very disappointed.

My family and I having been using Lazeez as our go-to takeaway only restaurant for at least 3 years. We have never had a disappointing meal, dishes are always delicious and arrive piping hot. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and we would not consider going elsewhere. Thank you Lazeez.

Recommend this little Indian takeaway specially Naga Lamb, for anyone who likes spicy curry. Always on time and hot food which I can’t say for other places.

A work colleague recommended these guys to me a couple of weeks ago so I gave them a try and im very fussy when it comes to Indian food and I have to say the food was lovely. Couldn't fault it. Friendly blokes aswell makes a difference. Chicken dansak was spot on . Keep up the good work gents

Delivery was 40 minutes late which is unusual for Lazeez as theyre usually really good & they forgot the garlic naan bread £3 & coke can £1, as a gesture of good will for the mishap the driver went to a shop down the road & bought us a bottle of coke & snickers chocolate bar to make up for the trouble which we appreciate, however for the £3 we would have preferred the garlic naan bread instead of the snickers as we already have a cupboard full of chocolate bars. Usually Lazeez are really good with their service but being a busy saturday night in lockdown i can understand it must have been a busy night, we highly recommend this place as the food is delicious & service is normally very good!

The curry was super sweet when it should have been savoury and mildly spicy. Also the butter chicken and the korma were the exact same

The food was okay, chips were soggy and cold... called up as I was sent meat samosas instead of vegetable samosas. The replacement was also meat samosas. Was told replacements would be sent again but nothing showed. I’m usually loyal to a restaurant but this has made me think of trying elsewhere next time.

Food was exactly on time, came piping hot as well! It was all so delicious and especially the Lamb Shatkora wow wow and WOW. Lovely Xmas eve treat will definitely order again! Thank you Lazeez :)

Just a big shout to Lazeez Indian Hayes Bromley. Although not a restaurant and just a takeaway or delivery, the food is fantastic. I have never had a bad curry. The other thing that comes across is how helpful and friendly the staff are. Always spot on !
