Food never arrived after over 1hr 25 minutes when called they stated the driver has been no he hasnt the cctv and ring doorbell state other wise no ones been near my door since 6.43pm

Ordered with 3 hrs notice. Called and was told it would be 15 mins, cancelled the order 5 mins after that deadline, reordered from another restaurant, delivered 105 mins late, now stuck with 2 orders!

Just had our first meal from Bombay and just need to rave about it! It was absolutely beautiful, not greasy, piping hot, perfect spice level for what was ordered (madras) And delivered quite prompt considering it’s a Saturday night. I think we shall moving from our current curry house to here from now on! Stunning food 5*

We thought we'd order 'light' tonight, and just trial the tikka naan sandwich. It was huge! (usually share!) ...so filling, really tasty. Never thought I'd be willing to have to leave a bit of my Bombay naan uneaten! 😋

Perfect! Chicken tikka,the chicken was lovely the sauce was beautiful. Cheesy naan bread was the best naan I’ve ever had !!! I’ve Had many Indian takeaways over the years and this has been the best one I’ve ever had !! I don’t normal leave a review but honestly I really enjoyed my meal and definitely will be ordering again thank you

Always everything perfect, taste great

Ordered at 7.30 and food didn’t arrive till past 10pm. I was trying to call the restaurant to cancel the order because it was taking so long. When the delivery driver arrived he said they had turned the phones off. Very annoying that they accept orders they can’t send out in time. After asking for a refund, I was sent £3 credit for a £55 order.

Order arrived late. Food was swimming in grease. Tried to call the restaurant. No answer. We won't ever be ordering again. They are happy to take peoples money and think its acceptable to deliver poor quality. Not anymore.

Little cold and drinks were wrong

Delivery time supposedly 8.30, as of 9.10 order still hasn't arrived and can't get through on telephone number... constantly engaged

told next one out! Chips were cold, And the korma was awful. hard lumps of chicken in what can only be discribed as sweet yellow lumpy wallpaper paste. not the slightest bit creamy. VERY disappointing, and not a patch on the normal quality..

The curry and starter were good quality as always. However, I asked for onion rice and they sent mushroom rice. I have an allergy to Mushrooms (yes, it's a thing unfortunately) and it had to go straight in the bin. Can't order from here again now.

Bombay by far do the best curries! They also have the loveliest drivers delivering their food!

They set the delivery time to be within the estimated delivery schedule before the food had even left the shop. I had to call over and over again before someone decided to answer the phone and then the food still took a long time to arrive.

Ordered a takeaway from the Bombay, it was absolutely delicious, so tasty, plenty of it and delivered piping hot in a very timely manner. Very reasonably priced, very superior quality food.

I moved into Crewe a year ago now and have tried most Indian restaurants in the area, by far this is the best one I have tried from the service, delivery times and most important the food was absolutely delicious! Looking forward to order again 😋

2 hours to deliver- doesn't matter about quality of food when it takes far too long to deliver

Very well presented food. the chicken tikka was particularly good. Also, with the free delivery it, was great value compared to other takeaways.

It was all just ok, meat was nice but the flavour didn’t have much depth and the rogan Josh was swimming in oil. I don’t like it when there is just so much oil sitting on top of the curry.

The curry was slimy and neon yellow in colour. It was not nice at all. Very disappointing especially after paying £34.50 for two meals.

Main meal nice pudding nice but £3.50 for lentil soup I’m afraid all I could taste was salt. Don’t ever have that. This isn’t what I expected from Bombay.

Food was lovely as always but the lamb tikka starter was cold for some reason which is odd when everything else was boiling hot. This is the first time this has happened in my many times ordering from here so was a bit disappointed.

Beat curry ever would never go anywhere else

We've just moved to the area from Southern England and we are really fussy with Indian food, we've had some awful curries in the past so we stuck to the basics and oh WOW this was incredible! The portions were HUGE for a start! Secondly the taste was incredible! Better than our go to in the South and they have had multiple years of national awards!! Thirdly it arrived hot and the driver was super polite, all in all a fantastic 14 year anniversary meal, next time we'll book the restaurant!!

This is without doubt the best Indian food in the Crewe area, I have used these guys for many years and I am treated like one of the family almost when I used them, I have been away from the area for over 2 years while traveling the country on my narrow boat, but I still got the same happy friendly service as I always get. First class service and the food is perfect.

Bought the Chicken Tikka Sandwich, Homemade Chips, and Chicken Chaat. Was a great meal and is very filling for an extremely good price. Will definitely be coming back again, thank you bombay!

This was our first time ordering from Bombay after hearing good things. It will also be our last. Inedible main that tasted as if they'd just stirred a whole jar of lime pickle into the curry. Bland side dish and mango chutney like water. A total waste of money.

We ordered meat and vegetable thali and it was yummy. The amount of food is big enough for two meals each... my veggie thali included tarka dhal, bombay potatoes and veggie curry plus rice with vegetables. We order from regularly and it's always delicious. And for all of that we paid £18...

Ordered chicken balti, chicken madras, garlic chilli lamb special,chips and garlic naan bread, came to £30.50 as we also ordered a lime pickle chutney and a mint chutney dip, chips are shocking! Greasy undercooked and literally a third of the portion for £3.50! Naan bread was pretty much one of the worst we've had from a Indian restaurant, all 3 curries where acceptable, nothing majorly wrong but none of them where brilliant, most kebab houses offer curries and naan bread to a better standard, always wanted to try Bombay with it being such a long-standing restaurant and after this experience I don't know how they've managed to stay successful this long! Indian ocean in Nantwich is by far the best in the area.
