Couldn’t fault the place, the staff were pleasant and attentive and the food was lovely! I wasn’t sure what to expect as from the outside it didn’t look anything special, but I suppose that’s a reminder not to judge a book by its cover! I’m not local to the area but I’d definitely say it’s worth a drive out to return again.

Sleezy staff and treat the young kids badly who work for them. Witnessed this and won’t go back. Overpriced

A beautiful establishment where you immediately feel at home. The staff are extremely attentive and responsive. Recommended by friends, we were delighted with the discovery. Delicious from start to finish, perfect seasoning! A delight, we can't wait to go back!!!!

Recently went here for a meal with work colleagues and we all really enjoyed the food we had. The only minus point was each course was served too quick, finished our starters then the mains came out. Most places give you a bit of time between each course, this gives diners time to chat , let the starter digest and buy more drinks before the main course comes out.

Very nicely served, I mentioned it was both mine and my daughter's birthday and had a complimentary shot and sparkler. Enjoyed very much.

Always have a good meal here. Definitely best Indian in Alsager.

Can't go wrong with this place. We haven't sat in the restaurant for quite a few years now. But whenever we order some meals to collect we always go here. Been ordering from here for years. With their only discount it's great value for money. Lovely food and nice welcoming atmosphere when collecting. Will continue to go back for as long as it stays this way. Definitely recommend.

Very pleasant atmosphere and friendly staffs. They provide very tasty foods, as a south indian I felt the foods are less spicy. We ordered a Lamb biriyani and nan with chicken chilli madras. The garnishes were very eye-catching Chicken was the normal chicken fillets that was not that tastey other than than it was OK

Just collected a curry my son had to wait ages the chips were cold my vegetable dupiatza was tasteless with rock hard potatoes in it. I was very dissapointed

Came for a meal as a party of 5 persons. Was really impressed. We started with poppadums which were crispy and obviously fresh (no chewyness). Then we had a variety of different starters including two that had vegetarian options. Onion bahajis were very, not greasy at all like some you can get. Lovely presentation with a dipping sauce, Salmon tikka starter delicious. Prawn on puree excellent! After ordered 5 mains. All were beautifully presented with a range of garnishes. Naan breads were very good. Not tough or rubbery as can sometimes happen in other places! All in all an excellent set of meals. The staff were very polite and attentive... but you didn't rushed. We felt the bill (including drinks) was good and fair considering the quality and presentation of all the food. One member of our party said it was the best she had ever had! Would definitely recommend and we will definitely return for another family get together.

We visited Indian Heaven Restaurant on Christmas Day and the whole experience was perfect. Food was excellent, staff are always friendly and the atmosphere was great. The price for a 3 course meal on Christmas Day was more than reasonable as well. Hope it was a successful day for the restaurant and they do this again next year! Thank you so much!

An amazing place for any meal occasion, we’ve been many times. The food tonight was outstanding and the staff treat you amazingly. My sisters never been and thoroughly enjoyed every moment they made her night. Would highly recommend to anyone the owners are lovely. The price was amazing for 4 meals and 2 drinks each.

I will start with the positives as there are more positives than negatives - food, apart from one dish (which is the big negative), everything else & ALL (Inc said dish) was DELICIOUS - like really tasty. Portions for chutney tray & starters felt a little small, but in the current climate - it's fine, because the quality was superb, rather pay extra for quality than the amount. ALL of the staff were friendly & nice people, although part of the negative - apart from the two most senior members of staff, the others seemed totally confused by simple questions of portion sizes & just not fully listening in all honesty. The actual establishment was nice. Time for the big negative - one person ordered the Lamb Handi - a lamb chop & roast potato dish, what was served up was basically lamb chops in a very tasty sauce granted...no potato, we complained & basically chucked a portion of a Potato Curry...then the excuse was "the chefs don't make it very often" IT'S LITERALLY THE FIRST DISH UNDER CHEF'S SPECIALS!!! & NINETEEN POUNDS. £19!!!. They did remove it from the bill, which again was good, but that is extremely poor to not even have the basic concepts of a dish, never mind the most expensive dish!. However, as tasty as the food was (not the best either, if it was the best thing ever it could be justified) & I can appreciate we are just in Cheshire, but I'm not sure how any of the curries justified £14.50/£15. Service felt rushed & pushy too. We got the hunch, they are used up to local folk a bit drunk (which considering what we saw locally, kinda justified! 😅😁) coming in & aslong as it's good & ballpark, it's fine. This place has a good reputation in the local area & I think this is one of the last good ones we've done now as a group or individually, while the food is very tasty, tonight I've seen practices I've never seen before & not in a good way.

Recently ordered takeaway which came in single use plastic box, plastic portion cups and a plastic bag. So you can't put your Foil container in oven to heat up lukewarm meal. This company needs to look at using recyclable packaging urgently.

Six friends and we were all impressed with Indian Heaven. Would recommend everyone to go and enjoy a fantastic evening.

Really good excellent food. A bit expensive, But really good.

Food was very tasty, prawn masala dish great, as was the orange chicken. Starters were all good and the mains were even better. Desserts looked a bit underwhelming, didn't have any but they all just seemed to be variations of overpriced bowls of ice cream. 2 for 1 cocktails on Friday night is quite rare but they were nice enough.

Went with friends and all four of us were really impressed with Indian Heaven. Really good food that was very authentic. Lovely red wine. Reasonable prices. A very lovely clean place with excellent staff.

Food was good overall. I would not recommend ordering tandoori king prawns unless you are willing to pay £4 per prawn. Also we have ordered mixed grill for £12.50 that my wife had to cut into few smaller pieces so it was enough for everyone. The curries and Nan on the other hand were good. In conclusion do not order starters for take away because you will feel ripped off.

Victim of its own success. Long wait for take out but lovely food!! Just as an amendment we had a curry recently and it was poor, I don't know whether it's changed hands or had a new chef but the standard of the curry we had was nothing like it used to be.

This place is absolutely lovely! Sabeer and the rest of the staff were so attentive and polite. They were able to cater for a vegan diet and were really knowledgeable about their menu and what things could and could not be veganised. I accidentally picked up my brother-in-laws chicken curry and they quickly let me know before I'd even tried it, saving my whole night, as I would have been quite unwell. The FOOD!!! OH MY! Absolutely amazing, highly recommend. By far my favourite Indian restaurant. I wish I could rate it higher! Looked at the online menu but when you go in it’s far more expensive I thought they’d overcharged me but apparently not Food was decent but not worth the cost….

We had a meal here one very busy Friday night. The atmosphere was great and the food was good.

Update: visited again on the 25th Feb. Portion sizes on the chicken chat were much less. And the lamb starter lacked spice and much meat (not worth the £8). There was again lots of meat in the curries, and the naan bread and mushroom and pilau rice were really good. Excellent food and brilliant staff. We were booked in at 19:30 on a Saturday and were seated quickly. Staff were very quick to come over and take our drinks order - Cobra and a strawberry mojito. They were quick again to take our food order and understanding when we said that we needed a minute to finish deciding. Chicken chat for starter was brilliant with lots of filling. We ordered 2 curry's, a rice, a naan bread and chips which was enough for 3 people. There was plenty of meat in each of the curries, and they were very tasty. I would not order the chips again but overall reasonably priced.

Nice food, good choice in menu and pleasant atmosphere. Chicken chatt was very nice, but tandoori lamb chops were small, not overly tasty and over priced compared to other starters. Overall the evening was very pleasant and the service was good.

The peshwari nan was burnt on the underside, had no coconut inside, very poor standard, my jalfrezi said it was very hot, it was very very cool, Bombay potato was again poor, how people can report this as good standard I do not know, won’t be going back

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten here, but ate with a friend last night and our meal was beautiful 👌 We ate from the early bird menu, which was incredible value for money…. Oh and the cocktails were really good too 🍸 Highly recommend 5⭐️

We’ve been eating here for at least 7 years. We have always thoroughly enjoyed the food and recommended to many people. We were very disappointed on our last visit. My Husband had Butter Chicken, but instead of the usual cubes it was shredded and tough. I had the chicken tikka masala, and the chicken was very chewy. That was our first and last time since the new management took over.

Ate here tonight with a friend and the atmosphere was lovely, the staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the food was insane. Will be back soon

Impeccable service and food alike as always when indecisive on food choice had helpful suggestions from staff explaining the dishes making decisions easier (as I’m horrendous at making decisions) in my opinion this restaurant goes above expectations and I always recommend to everyone as is also family friendly and caters for everyone.

No waiting around, good service, nice meal. A shame they seem to cram people around the table so you don't have much space

My wife and I had a wonderful meal at Indian Heaven last night. It was our first time there and it certainly lived up to its great reviews. We chose to eat from the Slimming World menu and the food was beautiful and a very generous portion. The staff were attentive and little details like a hot towel at the end and a chocolate with the bill make all the difference. My wife is slimming and it is great to see a restaurant that caters for diners in this category. All in all we had a great experience and will definitely be back.

Amazing!! We tried this for the first time last night, and was so happy we have found the one after trying many in the surrounding areas. I even called the restaurant after tasting the tandoori chicken to say how great the food tasted. Good portion sizes..and great great flavours. Well done guys ..Will defo be regulars. X

Great customer care from this restaurant, ordered takeaway collection and one item was missing. We were contacted straight away, followed by the missing item being delivered to our address. For a restaurant that doesn't deliver, this is a great example of looking after your customers. Lovely food, couldn't fault anything 👍

13 years as a loyal, regular customer. First visit since new ownership and it's awful. Food is greasy, oily and with little taste. We won't be using them again. Such a shame for what was always a great meal. 😥

We had been staying in the Area for a couple of days, both me and my Husband went last night 28th March for a meal, could not fault it, food was lovely and lots of dishes to choose from, Staff were lovely and chatty, we will certainly go back if we return for a visit

This was our first visit to Indian Haven and we weren’t disappointed . Delicious food and fab service fantastic staff and very,very well priced. The food isn't like your typical Indian food - it tastes so authentic and fresh. Love this place.. We will definitely be back.10/10 recommend!!!!!!!

Used this resteraunt for over 15 years most fridays and for family party's, the quality has dropped since the take over the meat not the same flavour or texture and temp... Food wasnt hot, fork dirty and meal was just not the same, meal also delivered incorrectly and not rectified, wont be back unfortunatley serving a meal is one thing but delivering a real service and friendly atmosphere is another, no smiles no atmosphere just very different....

Food and service ok. Family meal in nice surroundings but lack of overall quality of the food and dining experience. Expensive for what it was.
