Very high quality food lovely AAA

The whole curry and rice had a BBQ taste, ordered 2 chicken tikka massalas and both of them tasted like bbq sauce which was strange! The rice had a bbq taste aswell just had no flavour to it whatsoever

I always order from here as the food is just so nice. I am not sure what has changed but tikka masala tasted and smelled smoked and mint sauce was completely different - I always order the same food. It was far away from the tasty food I had many times before. hope it will go back to what it was before so I can keep ordering from here.

We ordered "My Mum's Balti" a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing. Ordered it tonight and it was so sweet we couldn't eat it. Why has it changed week to week? If it's a family recipe, surely it shouldn't change?!

I don’t know what was put on the garlic nan but it has the worst smell I’ve ever smelt on food before like fumes of some sort , I could smell it on my hands after touching it honest was awful didn’t even try it for the smell & in no way did I smell garlic , the chicken was tough and dry , the nicest thing of the meal was the chips ,pretty disappointed overall not as good as previous times in the past I’ve had food from here hopefully was just a one off but that’s my honest review.

Chicken Pakora was extremely cold and dry. Poppadoms had a weird yogurt taste. Chicken tikka massala was just dry chicken in a tomato sauce and can of coke was really warm. Barely ate anything.

Rogan tasted like tomato sauce and chicken tikka tasted of petrol fumes awful tasting same as lamb tikka spoilt naan as that had tikka in can’t describe it it’s like what melted plastic would taste like

Chicken tikka kebab was absolutely lush. I wish you could order a wrap with chips in though rather than having to order separately.

Great food as always from Tiger Spice. Also a shout out to the Courier who was courteous and respectful.

Wrap was soggy, garlic and salad was added to the side and not into the wrap. Very poor

Food is usually lovely from here but on this occasion, the chicken tikka in the chicken tikka masala tasted awful, it had a weird off chemical smell and was a rubbery kind of texture as if it had been reheated. That dish wasn’t hot either. I had ordered chicken tikka starter also and that seemed much more fresh and didn’t have the strange off smell in comparison to the other dish (and this wasn’t just because of the sauce it was in as I’ve had this multiple times and it’s never smelt or tasted like this) The rest of the food was hot but was put off by the smell and taste from the masala.

Ordered two chicken biryani's, chicken in both was rock hard, over cooked and not very nice at all. Picked all chicken out of both curries.

Food was a 7/10, a little disappointing. Delivery time very poor. Ordered 2 hours in advance and was still 1 hour late!

Exceptional food from Tiger Spice delivered by very pleasant chap. The curry and rice needed a few seconds in the microwave but the whole meal was enjoyable.

Have had food from here before and couldn't complain as it was delicious. On this occasion, I phoned for a delivery of around £35 worth of food at 18:20 and it arrived at 20:10 almost 2 hours later. All of the food was absolutely stone cold. Real shame that I won't be ordering from here again, as the food is very nice when hot.

I've used this takeout for ages but missing items and I rang the restaurant but weren't concerned at all. I'm personally gutted now but I won't be using these again..

Lovely restaurant quality takeaway. The nicest Indian food since moving to Blyth 5 years ago. Will be ordering again. Delivery time was 90 minutes, but turned up exactly when they said. Hot. Breads were perfect.

Missing item off order rang and got told would receive £5 discount, didn’t want discount wanted what I ordered! 15minutes later eventually received the rice to go with my main course by this time the main course was cold and didn’t want to reheat as was chicken

Food arrived twenty five minutes late and everything was cold. Also I ordered a naan bread which didn’t arrive at all.

in no world does your mixed pilau rice state it has PRAWNS +CHICKEN in this my pregnant girlfriend is distraught as she’s unable to have seafood please update the ingredients on this mixed pilau isn’t meant to have any form of meat or seafood in !!!!!

I ordered from here in good faith from the reviews. I was shocked at how bad this place is. The food was disgusting. It is probably the worst indian takeaway i have ever had! It was watery tasteless curry with an extremely strong vinegar taste! Never again! Over £30 in the bin!

Great service, very happy with the chicken tikka vindaloo and keema pilau. Thought I'd ordered a vegetable bhaji but seemed to be deconstructed, tasted really good either way.

Never turned up tried to ring to find out what’s happening and got told we can’t find your address and don’t order from us again

Ordered for my Dad's 80th birthday. 4.45pm He always eats at 5pm. He made his own at 5pm, and it came at 5:30pm

The rice naan and lentils where fine but there it ends. Firstly a naan I hadn't ordered was on my order. I rang to inform them but no one answered the phone left a message. Message from their agent saying 40 minute delay but arrived on time? Then I find that the onion bhaji paid for was missing. Again phone call with no answer. And to top it all the curries a bhuna and a vindaloo were very disappointing pointing. Imagine the same bland sauce with only a little bit more chillies in the vindaloo never again.

Food was piping hot. Even takeaways in Blyth aren't as hot even though it's closer. The wife loved the chicken chaat. And the pasanda was very tasty not to mention the portion size colossal worth every penny. Thank you.

It was really filling, well portioned, and proportioned. Lots of good wuality chicken I the kebabs. Juicy and full of flavour. Sides were delicious, too..

Excellent food, big portions, great flavours, 1st time trying and Will definately be back, all piping hot on arrival, and the Sunday and Thursday deal is great value for money.

Second curry of the weekend and thought I would try a new takeaway. Really very good. Had the 'My Mum's curry.' Was immediately impressed when I opened it to find a couple of Indian Bay leaves in it - different from European Bay Laurel. Was a great curry. A real depth of flavour. More authentic than many takeaways First time ordering from here and certainly won't be the last. Rice and starters also good. AND at a very reasonable price compared to many places I have used previously.

Wondering where to get an Indian takeaway from Blyth and there is not that many now. Then we found this place to try and they deliver no problem. 2 curry's and sundries with a starter. It was delivered within time and the food was still hot. The food was what we expected and very flavourful. The chicken tikka was beautifully smokey and blended in but we could have done with a bit more sauce. What can I say? I will be ordering again no problem.

Over an hour late (I’m aware of the situation with the roads as I had been driving in it all day) but then to have to call the restaurant 18 times before they’d answer even to give me an update was ridiculous. Wrong side dish was sent and food was cold, didn’t fancy calling another 18x to get it rectified. Won’t be ordering again.

Great food! Only thing that let it down was there was a bit of plastic (like a wrapper) in the chicken pakora.

This is all about the follow up, the food is always really good but the parameters of review are restrictive… I missed the delivery as I’m unwell, but they won’t pick up the call to reorganise a delivery. They have my money, but I’m still hungry.

Plenty food for the price, more than enough to feed 2 of us (£18 set meal) Chicken a little dry and the poppadoms weren’t crisp but the curries were so tasty it was forgivable. Tikka Masala and Korma both lovely and the madras was the perfect heat level for us. Only used once before but will def use again.

This is easily the best takeaway there is in my area, tried other places and just keep coming back, the food is always so good!

1st time ordering but left really disappointed. Late delivery, not the end of the world but just hitting 20 mins late isn't a great look. The food itself was pretty underwhelming, nothing terrible but all just a bit bland, just all a bit lacking any real depth of flavour. Wouldn't order from here again.
