Favourite food! Great variety and so delicious, every time

Great food, very friendly accommodating staff and lovely atmosphere. Have been going for many years and it is always lovely.

Chicken was over cooked and chewy!

I was pleasantly surprised it came earlier than expected and the food was delicious

Some parts were ok, lamb was very chewy and there was a large piece of grit in some of the food - overall unappetising.

Had a table for 18 people, we were sat downstairs in our own room. Food was delicious & reasonably priced. Staff were all super friendly & amazing service. Definitely recommend. Looking forward to going back!

I can honestly say I will not be coming back hear the chicken madras was absolutely disgusting when I opened the container the smell that came out was like some one stood next to me with bad wind I tried to eat it but you got the smell with every mouthful. So to everyone who see this please take note please.

Disappointed to have not received my full order

Food was all really good quality apart from the onion bhajis. They were too pale, not crispy and flat falling apart! Definitely room for improvement but everything else was really good!

Came here last week after football with a group of 10 and we we're well looked after. They took our order and our food was delivered very quickly considering how large our group was. As well as that, the food was brilliant

I have been going to this resturant for around 30 years and the food was always good. I have not been there for a few years but decided to have my Birthday meal there. What a mistake. I arrived at 6.30 PM on a Thursday to an empty resturant. I thought maybe it was empty because it was early evening. I wish now I had turned around and left then. I ordered a Tandoori mix starter to share only to be told by the waiter who had returned from the front desk that it was a main course. I had to show him the menu again to show it was a starter & he said do you want it with the main meal. I said no it's a starter. It was not great and the lamb was chewy & inedible. My friend ordered a king prawn bhuna main. She took a mouth full and pulled a face. I tried it and it tasted disgusting, like the prawns had gone off. I sent it back and she had a chicken tikka masala instead. This was not much better, big square chunks of chicken in a luminous red sauce with a nasty taste. Side dishes was Bombay aloo which was mushy and tasteless. Bhindi Bhajee which tasted like frozen steamed okra but without any flavour or spices & a Stuffed Paratha which looked and tasted stale. My friend was very disappointed as she used to love this resturant & was treating me to a Birthday meal here. All in all a disaster, & a waste of the best part of £50. We will never eat here again. As for Mirash's reply: I only changed one dish as it was inedible, not four as they have stated.. I did not complain about the prices as I knew what the prices were before I ordered from the menu. I was charged for the drinks but was given a free complimentry brandy and ice cream. This does not make up for a bad meal. It is a shame the resturant has to lie to cover up it's failings. See other recent reviews to confirm the decline of this resturant.

Ordered a takeaway online then realised I would need the food earlier I called 10 minutes prior to the opening time to let them know I would like to cancel the order for 6pm and place an order over the phone so I could get the food quicker as needed. They said this was fine and I placed the order. Around 5 minutes went passed and they called me back a new man shouting using explicit language saying I didn’t tell his colleague to cancel my order when I did and confirmed I wanted cancel more than 3 times. I was told to come get the food at 17.20 but didn’t recieve food until 17.45 even though I called at 16.50. The food was horrid. I had only eaten 2 slices of toast and a banana that day so I know it was the curry I was violently vommit ting and had several cases of diarrhoea. The chicken vindaloo was very runny like water and popadoms tasted stale. The complimentary chocolate had melted because they put it under the hot food. There was a strange bug in the bag and all together was disgusting I had 3 bites of curry and was very unwell DONT EAT HERE

We were so disappointed with our evening at Mirash last week. My family has used this restaurant for many years. As soon as my husband and I stepped in, it felt open and cold. All the quirky booths with their quirky etched glass gone. The staff were friendly and helpful. One changed my chair when I noticed it covered in stains! Our food was mediocre, nothing great, and it certainly could have been warmer. Overall, I doubt we'll be using this eatery again. What a shame!!

This was a last minute decision to eat here as was first restaurant we saw after leaving pub hungry and have to say food was good quality and reasonable prices and more than made up for our disappointment at the standard of ale in local pub, would return, really enjoyed it

Consistently disappointing despite a recommendation at last a year ago. Clipped plates, never the same serving Team and most recently some how we haven’t got the fish/ meat dish we’ve ordered. Must be so hard in such a competitive place but hard to keep excusing our loyalty

We ordered via Deliveroo. We got chicken dishes and we struggled to chew the chicken as it was hard, dry it was not Edible, it was defo an old batch. The nun bread we got was also really thick and the kima inside was like cardboard. If I was the owner reading this I will check in on your chefs and make sure it’s being cooked correctly. I think it’s possiblly up there with the worst curry I’ve ever had.

Always enjoyed food from Mirash, unfortunately immediately after I received this order the bottom of the bag fell apart spilling food contents all over the counter and the floor. Contacted the restaurant manager and he replaced the order within 45 minutes. Can’t fault their customer service.

Love coming in here for a casual meal, especially on Sunday when they do the buffet. Good value for money and accomodating staff

It was ok but some food was expensive but staff was amazing they give you free starter the actual food was also ok👍

The chicken madras was really nice and was very tender. The garlic naan was also very sweet and garlicky.

Food is always on time, delivered fresh and hot. My only criticism would be that chicken pieces are sometimes overcooked.. dry . Otherwise faultless curries and my go to restaurant.

Order incomplete. Food cold. No apologies. Extremely disappointed. They even said on the phone ‘well what do you want us to’ I’m not holding out any hope for a refund. From the bad attitude of the manager

A quiet place suitable for business lunch for lovers of Orient cuisine.

We visited for the Sunday Buffet. The food was abit bland and lacked flavour, we got a free nan with our buffet which was a nice touch. Onion bhajis was especially tasty and inclusive with our meal. Will definitely visit again and try the in house dining menu.

Been for the Sunday buffet a couple of times now. Nice touches like poppadom and chutney's and a complimentary naan are a nice touch. Good quality ingredients used and great tasting as well. Plenty of veggie dishes for you vegetarians out there who like a curry. I'll be trying the menu dishes in the near future for sure.

Went with a friend for the Sunday Buffet. The food was of excellent quality. Johnnie the head waiter was also excellent! The food was all freshly cooked, good quality and had little oil. I was extremely impressed and would thoroughly recommend. My favourite was the tandoori chicken pieces. Wrap them in nan bread with some of the onion, tomato salad with a touch of mint sauce !!!

I used the home delivery service and I wasn't disappointed. The food arrived early, was hot and super tasty. This will definitely be my go to for Indian food in future. Yummy. Thank you Mirash for living up to expectations.

The chicken in the korma just wasn’t good, very chewy, couldn’t eat it!

food was cold and did not taste good was told by the restaurant the drive ad gone when called no sign called again then was told he was 3mins away so food was over 35 mins late

The food was okay but I wouldn’t order again. Main reasons was too much red colouring on the tikka dishes and all dishes lacked seasoning / were a bit bland. Maybe just not to my taste

Very nice food and hot when it arrives

We used to order from here all the time and then food has always been delicious and top quality. The food is now horrendous. Tastes awful, smells like the meat and fish has gone bad. Everything tastes stale. It was bad the last time and we thought it was a once off but now it is even worse than the last time. So disappointing.

We’ve used the same Indian takeaway for 11 years until they put up their prices very significantly. Ordered from here for the first time and can honestly say the food / service was spectacular. Large portions, fresh, completely amazing. Definitely our go to from here on in.

Always excellent food. Very happy with the service, especially today when I thought that a couple of items were missing from my order. I called Mirash to complain. The gentleman on the phone was very calm and reassured me that the ' missing items would be sent shortly. However, it turned out that a family member had quickly removed the items from the bag before I had a chance to check the food delivery. I called Mirash to apologise and offered to pay for any inconvenience that I caused them. The staff were very gracious and refused to take any money. I always love their food and service whether I am eating at the restaurant, or ordering a takeaway. Highly recommend.

Portions are big and the ingredients were fresh. Enjoyed the meal.

I haven't been to Mirash for quite a long time (not because I don't like it but simply because I tend to be in Surrey a lot on weekends) I went there recently though and it was even better than I remembered it. The Sunday Buffet was delicious and really tasty and very good value too. The staff were very welcoming and nice as well. As has been described by another reviewer the owner is a lovely man too. That's why people keep coming back. The food is delicious and the staff and the owner look after their customers. They deserve to do well. The Kingfisher beer is a nice lager and my wife enjoys the house red wine too.

Went for Sunday buffet food was stone cold they put some heaters under the food when we got there at some of the food but was Luke warm hoping I don't get ill tomorrow won't be going again I can assure you

Korma was way too pastey - had too much almond powder / coconut flakes in it. Genuinely challenging to eat. Rest of the meal was great though.

One of the best Indian restaurants in London. I've been dining in this restaurant since the 90s and they always provide us with exceptional service and food.

Very tasty food. Good portions. Delivered in foil and cardboard - no plastic - a plus.

The food is decadently delicious. Wow. The flavours tickles my taste bud. This food is really good and affordable. They are true magicians when it comes to flavours. I will definitely come again. Let's see how many memories I can create with Miresh.

the worst curry i have ever had, vindaloo was FAR TO HOT and i have a vindaloo from them all the time ,the korma was bland , and the rogan was like a stew most of the chicken was shredded .some of the order was missing, 50%of the meal went in the bin

Curry and rice was good but fried items were soggy and soaked with oil. I ordered food at 6:20pm for 8pm. At 8:15pm I had to call the restaurant because according to the system my food was delivered at 8pm, they said that the driver should be with me shortly. I haven't received my food until 8:30pm

This is the only time I've ever eaten a curry and not enjoyed it. Bland flavours and cheap ingredients. The lamb in particular is grim - fatty and tough.

Really tasty onion bhajis and tandoori wings, and the jalfrezi was exceptional - for an excellent price!

I loved the food, good atmosphere. It's worth a visit! We ordered a variety of dishes, which is very useful to know they caters to people with all types of allergies. I enjoyed the dairy free dishes.
