The lamb madras had a long bone or piece of plastic in it, this is the first time this has happened and I have had many good meals in the past.

We celebrated my mum’s 84th birthday party at Miah’s. We used Miah’s private room again at no extra cost. The staff are so helpful, especially as my mum uses a wheelchair. The food was incredible again and cooked to perfection! All of the party commented on the amazing food. All of the staff are so friendly and attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them and the food is so reasonably priced and great value for money. The staff even helped us to decorate the room at lunchtime. If you’re hosting a private party or just a quiet evening meal for a couple or family, I highly recommend Miah’s for the fantastic food and service. Plus, there’s lots of parking. A huge thank you to everyone at Miah’s. See you again soon!

I ordered a masala sauce but was sent an extra hot madras sauce in error, ruined the meal and was inedible.

Incredibly disappointed in this visit. Staff were rude, disrespectful and openly discriminatory denying entry due to a disability aid. They stated no assistance or guide dogs and no exceptions. I showed them the law and they still said no. When I threatened to report them to the council they suddenly offered us a table in the far corner with no apology or acknowledgment of how awfully they’d just treated us. I used to love dining here but I will never visit again.

Spot on, meal was great, arrived hot and tasted amazing!

Llamó aquí la pasada Nochevieja en una noche muy lluviosa en Liverpool. Estábamos empapados y preguntamos si tenían alguna toalla que pudiéramos usar solo para que nos entregaran un rollo de papel azul que estaba bien. Primero terminaré con la comida y luego con el servicio. Pedí el entrante mixto para dos y cuando llegó le pregunté al camarero si era eso? Parecía una pequeña porción, pero dijo que era cierto. Tomé el pollo biryani y pedí una salsa de tikka en lugar de la salsa de curry habitual y ambos estaban listos. ¡Ahora el servicio! El personal me pareció bajo en número para la víspera de Año Nuevo y el camarero que pregunté sobre el entrante cuando pedí nuevos cubiertos para nuestro principal literalmente solo les puse un juego en la mesa y mi juego en una servilleta sucia en nuestra mesa que nunca he experimentado en ningún otro lugar. ¿Vamos a volver? Definitivamente no por favor ver fotos.

Great food and really friendly staff.

Overpriced and small portions. I was part of a large group. Curry ordered was smaller and Naan bread was half the size of any other Indian restaurant I’ve been to. Maybe prices are acceptable for Guildford but the portion size should match!

Always good hot food. Good portions. Lovely ambiance. Great friendly staff. Well worth a visit x

Yesterday night I ordered butter chicken. It was really bad and the chicken was not cooked properly. Even I ordered one chicken korma it is tasteless.

We had a really enjoyable dinner with very attentive staff. It is great to see Saj back in charge again and wish him well in this venture. I took another friend who was impressed with the trouble the staff took to make sure she enjoyed her meal. Looking forward to my next visit. The chicken sag wala is superb

Tuvimos una experiencia realmente maravillosa en el evento Indo Caribbean con Andi Oliver y Chef Avi. Fue increíble, el concepto, la fusión deliciosa y elegante de la cocina y el ambiente efervescente. Andi es una leyenda y su calidez radió mientras se mezclaba con todos nosotros como invitados. Yo y algunos otros invitados estábamos celebrando nuestros cumpleaños. Esto fue reconocido con una vela en nuestro postre. Era nuestra primera vez en este restaurante. Sin duda volveremos pronto.
