Darchini in Horsham

Had a lovely meal with the family here this evening. Great service and great food. My daughters loved it. We will be back again soon!

Our wedding anniversary so choose Darchini to celebrate our 53rd year .Pleasant greeting .Service good no rush able to sit and relax and enjoy our evening .Did have to point out the chicken in my Balti was very rubbery so couldn't eat it .Bless them they offered to make a new dish but my appetite was not up to it .They did deduct the Balti from the bill . Otherwise a very pleasant evening .Thank you

Chicken Patia was delicious, got a free popadom which was also the best popadom ive ever had, the sauces are amazing and clearly home made. All round 10/10 currey, delivery driver was also excellent.

Amazing Sunday Buffet. We just love the Sunday buffet. Good selection with a choice from mild to spicy dishes. Lamb dish always really tender as are the chicken dishes. Good selection for veggies. Amazed to read one star review because of ‘cold cutlery’. Get real - metal always feels colder than ambient temperature. Basic science.

Took 2 hours from ordering to be delivered. By the time it turned up I was past feeling hungry

Food tasted bland & was super greasy

We went for an early supper to Darchini on Saturday evening. Was really cold outside, inside temperature was similar. Freezing! Food was ok, but we didn’t enjoy it as cutlery so cold to handle, food got cold in the minutes. Note to self- do not go to Darchini in the winter. Such a shame after many years of enjoyment.

Food was an absolute WOW. Delivered promptly.

Tasty food delivered in good time.

I order this at 8pm and it qas quoting 35-50 mins to arrive. It finally got here at 9:20pm and all the food was cold and some of it had leaked all over the bag. It was not a cheap meal and so was very disappointing. I am not sure how much it was the restaurant and how much was the courier but I won't be ordering through Just Eat or some that restaurant again.

I’ve been using Darchini for over 4 years but never again. Last night’s take away was second rate, sorry guys but will be spending my £££ elsewhere.

Not the best welcome - a guy who couldn't manage a smile. 'Table for two?' Not even a good evening. The food was okay, but don't have the duck because it's sawn up in lumps: a delicate curry it is not. It's okay, but can you can do better.

Wonderful ambience, great service. From arrival the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Drinks service was super speedy which was very much needed as it was a warm evening! My husband had the Lamb Balti with Pilau Rice and I had the Sabzi Passanda with Mushroom Rice and we shared a Sag Panner - the portion sizes are very generous, we ended up some of our meal boxed up to take home - omg it tasted great the following evening We chose the South African Pinotage to go with our meal, this complemented our food perfectly! We had a wonderful time and made even more special by the lovely staff !! Will come back soon!!

They call it a Briyani wow I'm shocked. It had no flavour 😕. I'm very disappointed, tasted like tomato rice. Such a waste to time and money awaiting for some good food on a Friday night.

Great food! Great atmosphere. We always have such lovely food and the staff are friendly and attentive. Price is reasonable and competitive. Definitely the best restaurant in Horsham.

Was recommended this restaurant when we came to Horsham for few days. What can we say best curry we have tasted. Service was amazing and the staff so friendly when we come back to Horsham in the summer looking forward to eating here again

Another great meal at Darchini. We went on Monday night for the great value banquet night, lots of dishes to choose from. You get a starter, main, side and rice or naan for £17.95. It was a bit quiet on a Monday but we had lovely food, great service and even finished off with a complementary port. Would highly recommend, we’ll be back!

Not used for a while, food was really good

Food delivered at requested time. Since moving to Horsham we’ve tried three curry takeaways; Akash, The New Curry Centre and now Darchini. The other two were horribly sweet and plastic. Darchini at least seemed like real food. However, both the chicken and the lamb were tough as old boots, so no matter how good the flavours (and I’d say it was nothing more than solidly OK), the meal will always be unenjoyable. The search for a good curry in Horsham continues.

Having takeaways delivered from Horsham seems to be so hit and miss, I can honestly say Darchini have always been excellent. Our food was delivered exactly on time pipping hot and was delicious. Thank you Darchini keep up the fantastic service.

Had a lovely meal here with friends. Service was very pleasant and the food was absolutely sublime. Nice complimentary Port/Baileys shot for everyone at the end. Would highly reccomend

Had a work evening outing on the 12th never been to this place, was surprised howovdly the building is and the food was amazing and the service also. Definitely be back to try some more ordered to much but bought a doggie bag home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal in Darchini a few weeks ago with friends. Family run, very attentive, knowledgeable and serving excellent food expertly prepared in lovely surroundings. Also, we had an excellent takeaway curry this weekend! Thanks for the extra spices !!

Our friends suggested we all have a meal here, and after 6 years living in Horsham we hadn’t even heard of it! Think that’s because is slightly out of town and tucked away. Anyway we went along open minded due to their recommendations but really didn’t expect much. But how wrong could we have been! Staff were really friendly and food was lovely, full of flavour and fresh tasting. We had a fantastic meal, and for £25 ahead with drink it’s very reasonably priced. Therefore have to say this place is certainly worth a visit. Nice one guys 👍

Food was average, would visit again but wouldn’t be my first choice. There are other restaurants in Horsham that provide more authentic flavours

Always make sure to visit Darchini when back in Horsham. The service from the staff is always fantastic and the food is brilliant!

We ordered 2 Chicken Tikka main courses but there was no salad or garnish with it. The food was cold and Chicken Korma was tasteless. Very disappointed

Went with a group of friends who we had not seen for years but we was constantly watched and made to feel like we was not wanted dispite spending over £300 will not be going back and we used this place quite alot before this horrible evening

Food was better than some other places we’ve tried. Rice to curry ratio was off though and lots of whole spices in the food. Flavour was good.

Took a chance on somewhere we hadn’t ordered from before, we were pleasantly surprised by a prompt delivery and extra portions of everything! Lamb rogan was delicious, and the garlic naan was perfect. Really enjoyed the Bhajis too. Thanks so much, will definitely be coming back 🙂✌🏻

I think this will be my go to for Indian takeaway. The food was absolutely delicious! What a delicious treat! It would be great to have a vegan option on the menu. Maybe even vegan saag paneer with tofu..? I have faith that this restaurant would do this and do it amazingly well!

This is my favourite Indian restaurant in Horsham! The food is always tasty, and this one was delivered earlier than expected - a bonus for me, I was really hungry!

Hot food, correct order, great taste 👌

I ordered a lamb masala and it was so fruity and not much substantial amount of meat. No chips on the menu. My preferred Indian takeaway was closed on this day of the week. I will wait for my favourite in future. That said the onion bhajis were lovely. Meal was fresh but not what I expected from a routine masala

Really nice food. Had a slight mix up with forgetting my curry however the venue sorted it out without me having to phone! So can’t reccomend more highly as most places would hope you don’t notice or delay sorting it whereas this place came straight back. Brilliant.
