Great service, the food was delivered,really hot, by a young man who respected our property and closed the gate as he left, the food arrived triple wrapped in paper with a layer of aluminium foil and enclosed in a paper bag. The food was excellent.

Entramos en Costa dentro del centro comercial a las 16 horas del sábado 17 de agosto. Mi esposo, que tiene enfermedad de Parkinson avanzada y camina con dificultad con un palo, necesitaba mucho descansar. La chica del mostrador nos dijo inmediatamente que solo podíamos tomar café para llevar ya que estaban cerrando pronto, es decir, a las 4. 30 pm. Había un buen número de clientes todavía sentados dentro en este punto. Le preguntamos si al menos podíamos sentarnos afuera y ella estuvo de acuerdo. Pagamos el café y nos mudamos a los asientos de afuera. Cinco minutos más tarde, otro miembro del personal salió y preguntó si podíamos alejarnos ya que estos asientos no estaban disponibles para su uso. Le expliqué que el cajero nos había dicho que podíamos sentarnos allí y continuamos bebiendo nuestro café. Pasaron otros cinco minutos y la funcionaria regresó, diciéndonos muy cortésmente que debía pedirnos que nos mudáramos por razones de salud y seguridad ya que el piso había sido lavado recientemente. (¡Sin embargo, el suelo no estaba mojado!) De todos modos, llevé los cafés a través del centro comercial a mesas pertenecientes a otro negocio y ayudé a mi esposo a ponerse de pie y caminar. Para cuando nos sentamos en el segundo café, las mesas y sillas de las afueras de Costa habían desaparecido, ¡claramente la verdadera razón por la que el personal quería que nos fuéramos! Nunca antes me había sentido tan desagradable en mi vida. También encontramos la experiencia muy embarazosa y pudimos ver que los otros clientes, todavía comiendo y bebiendo dentro, estaban sorprendidos de que se les pidiera a una pareja de ancianos que siguieran adelante.

There must be some misunderstanding about what a bagel is. This place announces that they boil and bake their bagels. This cannot be true. Bagels that are boiled and then baked have a marked chewy consistently. These 'bagels' had the consistency of powder. They fell apart in my mouth. No chewiness in the least.

Tried the online ordering for first try of this establishment, no problems, simple to use and very little waiting time on arrival to collect order. Only slight issue is that chips could do with a bit more cooking time, which seems to be a common theme with chip shops these days and isn't isolated to here.

Heard good reports from people I know and decided to try. Food was really good and will definitely go back . Live about 6 miles away but that won’t deter me to travel for really good food . Staff very pleasant and helpful with the menu choices.

The staff were not pleasant. I only wanted to order some cold drinks, and the ladies serving were very rude and snide. Will go to Dunnotar Castle again, but will not use this catering cart again.

Was going in to get a breakfast and was a bit late for it. So I got a 6inch sub with some sort of sausage and extra cheese on it. No fresh orange juice, so had to make do with just the sub. £5.49 for just a small sandwich absolutely shocking 😲.

The food is pretty disgusting for those of us who aren't McDonald's fans, but when there's nothing else to choose from, it's edible and acceptable. You have to eat fries quickly or they'll turn into plastic sticks. They give you free sauces, but you have to pay £0.50 for mayonnaise. The restaurant isn't very dirty, which is surprising. The ice cream has no taste at all.

Would rather watch a snail crossing the road than come back and wait in the que for Subway Elgin. No pillows provided for a nap. Fairly sure the staff are also asleep. Five stars if you are boring and like waiting all day though.

Worst fish supper ever from home delivery. Soggy batter, couldn't finish it. I wonder how long ago the fish had been fried as it tasted a bit off.
