The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Scotland

Ordered a chicken tikka sub and I’ve received a partly toasted plain chicken sub never had such an awful subway before. If you don’t have any of the item ordered how hard is it to phone the customer and ask what they want rather than sending rancid food out? Also never had a sub come with grill markings ever. Complete waste of money definitely avoid this subway and stick to the one in the Kingsgate or duloch park as you actually get what you pay for out there.

I visited this Subway and greeted the staff upon arrival. The employee was very rude and even didn’t greeted me back which I found very disrespectful. The employee, Ketan, needs to work on customer service skills. I politely asked for my bread to be heated a little, but it wasn’t baked properly, which was quite disappointing. However, what frustrated me more was how the staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves rather than attending to the customers. Overall, I was quite let down by the poor service.

We had a out dinner from here last night. I can honestly say that it was the best fish we had tasted for a while. Everything freshly made while standing there. Defo be back when we come back this way. The Rodwell family Hamilton.

Worst fish supper ever from home delivery. Soggy batter, couldn't finish it. I wonder how long ago the fish had been fried as it tasted a bit off.

Delivery driver rude and ignorant After numerous calls from him trying to find our adress when location on app was provided. Food freezing cold and wrong sauses provided. Terrible service. Food was binned and ordered from a different take away for a hot meal. I want a full refund

so poor, the guy that served me didn’t even speak or acknowledge me. So rude, shocking customer service. When he did speak couldn’t even hear or understand him

Ordered a delivery and there’s a whole wrap missing and a guacamole. Don’t think I’ve ever ordered from here and got my full order. Just a poor show every time to be honest. Wouldn’t recommend a delivery. Just go in so you can correct your order when they inevitably get it wrong.

Cold. The last 3 ordered have been rotten from here. Last time we use this franchise. Will use other local shops. Not sure whats happened here but its dreadful.

A burnt burger with a completely overcooked patty and no vegetables, even though I specifically ordered it with extreme sauce. Instead, they just put an overcooked patty with mayonnaise inside.

We both got a fish supper and we were not disappointed, the service was quick and we were bake to sit outside and enjoy. Fish was pure white and really fresh and the chips were spot on, we will definitely return on our next stay.

A bit of a problem here for disabled people ! Set back from main footpath plus parking restrictions !! Theres a step to gain entrance so its not wheelchair accessible . Cant fault the service tho
