Subway in Glasgow City

I visited this Subway and greeted the staff upon arrival. The employee was very rude and even didn’t greeted me back which I found very disrespectful. The employee, Ketan, needs to work on customer service skills. I politely asked for my bread to be heated a little, but it wasn’t baked properly, which was quite disappointing. However, what frustrated me more was how the staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves rather than attending to the customers. Overall, I was quite let down by the poor service.

Do not order from here. Food was disgusting and got the order wrong.

Delivery driver was very rude and arguably refused to come round to the front of my house to deliver food.

Walked into the establishment with intent of my classic chicken, salami and shredded mozzarella samwidge- was greeted with judgmental stares (WOOF). had to repeat my type of bread like 5 times and asked for shredded mozzarella- got the yucky sliced fake cheese (double woof). Proportions were off and crispy onions tasted like they were queefed out a camels Fanny, dry af. Cookie was mint tho!

Food was supposed to be there at 5pm but it arrived after 6. I couldn’t eat it cause I had to leave for work at 5:30. I tried cancelling the order and calling the restaurant but there wasn’t an option. I’d like a refund for it.

Added Jalapeño when i never asked for them and I am alllergic to them very upset

Not bad tuna sub. The advert says they take blue light card but was refused. False advertising? lol

The steak in both Sandwiches was very tough had to take chunks of it out the sandwich to be able to eat it as all the steak was not edible

Missing items, no cheese on nachos, cheese bites soggy and sub arrived with so little on it and toasted when not meant to be. Extremely poor food and service, waste of money Delivery might of been on time however did not follow any instructions provided on both the instructions during ordering or the phone call he done to me and almost delivered to the completly wrong place. Would give 0 stars if possible, shocking.

Food was ice cold and soggy , cookie was flat as a pancake and I was given Irn Bru in place of Pepsi Max. I feel this should have been replaced by some other Pepsi option. the driver was very pleasant and polite.

Yes you still order 6 or 12 inch sub but their buns are much smaller, f that makes sense. I take it less weight means less toppings. Prices all over the world have increased, so no surprise here. Still have a good selection to choose from. Plus I actually like the size of their rolls now,easier to eat,less messier.

I asked for it toasted not toasted in a freezer, absolutely freezing cold. 2nd time having same problem with same place

The subway was honestly terrible no juice or cookies it was stone cold whoever made this if ur having a bad day don’t make me have a bad day too go off bestie life isn’t that bad the driver this goes for u too

It’s a subway, so not much point reviewing the food as you know what you’re getting already. However, had to write a review as this particular franchise is run by lovely staff. When I made a mistake in my order, completely my fault, and had to go back to order an alternative - they replaced it at no cost. Totally unexpected, I hadn’t even hinted at getting it for free! Not saying everyone should expect the same if you mess up but is a great example of the overall customer service experience at this Subway which is consistently good (I go reasonably regularly for lunch as it’s very close to my office).

Hash browns were undercooked :(

Order was wrong. Couldn't eat one of the footlongs due to it being incorrect. Not happy!

Came into branch this afternoon, was served by Assistant 3107, asked for a Tuna 6 inch sub, when I seen the Tuna, it looked off and not fresh and had rhe last small bits left, politely asked the guy to change it for fresh Tuna but he said there's no Tuna till tomorrow, so never had any choice but to go for a other veggy option..... when I got to the till the guy never had a clue about the meal deals subway were offering.... after nearly 10mins and going through his system I finally paid..... won't be coming back to this branch anytime soon

There were no crisps! No drinks. Not worth the money when half of the deal is missing :/

My sub was toasted when I never asked for it toasted, I asked for Pepsi max I got Diet Pepsi, I asked for Doritos tangy cheese I hit walker’s cheese and onion, if I wanted my food toasted I would have went and got a panini

Ordered a meatless meatball sub, a Tikka TLC sub, a vegan double chocolate chip cookie and two nachos with Flaming Hot Doritos, no jalapenos. - Meatless meatballs were substituted with Tikka TLC so there was a godawful mix of marinara sauce with Tikka seasoning - TLC on both subs was tastless and tough besides the seasoning - Cookie was substituted with ready salted crisps - Nachos had Cool Original Doritos instead of Flaming Hot, and had jalapenos. Nachos were colder than Maggie Thatcher's heart by the time they arrived All in all pretty.poor performance. Subway left a note saying they tried to call re. the lack of meatless meatballs but I didn't have any voicemails or missed calls. Why not just cancel the order if you don't have half of the items and make the other half tastless

Order was missing items. Tried multiple times to phone the shop and when someone finally picked up they couldn't have it sent out and had no advice on what to do about it. Terrible service, don't waste your money. Couldn't get me off the phone quick enough and didn't care at all that they had messed up.

ordered 7 items, 2 had no cheese that was requested but apart from that the rolls/salads were lovely. Would suggest writing on each box what is insideeach item as this was a works order and I had to open all 7 items and try to worl out what was in each one for correct person.

After waiting 2hrs and it showing “assigning a driver it was marked as delivered. When contacting store I was told their machine was down. We were not contacted at all about this. Absolutely abysmal! Will not be using this store again

Asked for meatball nachos, gave me half the pack of nachos didn't put meatballs on it and charged me full price. Not happy at all

Used to be a decent branch but standards have slipped. Service was slow, both staff members spent most of the time it took me to eat on their phones. Was told there were no more tomatoes, although there were loads on the shelf behind the counter. When I pointed this out, the server went off in a huff to slice one up, not a great impression overall!

I see no bubbles in my coke. I poured that out and refilled my cup with lipton. Clean water came out.

Rather slow service but could tell the woman that served us took pride in her work so we didn't mind waiting. Sub was perfect!

Absolutely disgusting i have no words to explain. Whoever made the food to be delivered to me should be removed. How could you even send such awful food to someone. The bread was wrong, no cheese, you didn’t even toast it missing salad looked like it had been slapped on the floor Did you even read the order notes of what was asked ????????

Love going in every couple of months for my favourite snack - nachos with extra jalapenos and chilli sauce they make it to my taste

Usual subway food which was good, the shop wasn't the cleanest on the day I visited.

There are plenty of options for making your own sandwiches or salad bowls. The staff are friendly and there are quite a number of seats compared to other Subways. It’s best to avoid the peak time from 1pm to 1.30pm as the queue can get really long. Otherwise it’s a good place to go to for a quick sandwich.

Nice, open late, in general the standard subway experience.

Quiet and fast Subway. Good opening time. Clean at that time even of many people in groups were having a bite after a night out.

The service was lovely and friends and both woman overestimate suggestions. Can quite honestly say best sandwich I've had in a long time. Normally I go to the subway near George Square but the woman there is terrible. Rude of me to say but when she's on her phone and sitting on the food counter it puts you off and your food. Again though, fantastic food thanks.
