BEST FOOD EVER!! I recently came down to Glasgow with my family for a late Xmas shopping trip and decided to try out this Taco Bell. I wasn’t exactly sure what it was going to taste like but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered at the till and the staff were all extremely friendly even if I had a question about any of the food. The food came out shortly after about a minute of waiting (amazing waiting time) and it tasted so good. I got 5 different meals for me and my family and everything was tasty and warm. No food items missing and everything was laid out coherently. I definetly recommend going here as it was one of the highlights of my week! It is extremely worth all of the money and it is so good.

Poor customer service, we were charged doubled and informed that my credit card will be refunded automatically. However, it did not happen and we have to go back to them and they didn't give me any receipt as they are sure it will be credited back. Their staff is not informed of what should be done in these cases. Now I have to get back to card for it, super hassle. Food is not good as well. If you can avoid it don't go.

Absolutely appalled by the incompetence and lack of accountability at Taco Bell Sauchiehall Street. Despite calling ahead and leaving a note in the Just Eat comments to request no cheese or sour cream due to dietary requirements, the order arrived with cheese. After calling to complain, we were told the only options were to drive to the restaurant or request a refund. We reluctantly drove to the store, where the manager himself remade the order—only for it to still be wrong, this time with sour cream. Calling back resulted in the same unhelpful suggestion: drive in again! This level of carelessness with basic orders and dismissive customer service is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

TACO BELL FANS BEWARE! I was visiting town for a few days and was really happy to see Glasgow offered a Taco Bell. I haven't had it for years because it's not available where I live. I made my order on the self-service terminal which processed the payment on my bank card and proceeded to the counter to collect the order. I saw the sign on the wall saying "Glasgow's first Taco Bell!".. Okay cool! We got some prestige at this joint. The staff member behind the counter said that the payment didn't actually go through on the terminal. I showed her my bank statement on my app showing that it had and the receipt from the terminal. She then further explained that there's an issue with the terminal, and I'll need to pay at the counter again for my meal and by tomorrow the refund will be processed automatically back to my card. I doubted this but she ensured me it won't be an issue and if it it is, to return to Taco Bell and she'll take care of it with her manager. I received my meal - it was the worse thing I ate during my time in the UK. Flavourless burrito with a quesadilla that tasted more like a stale biscount from your grandma's biscuit tin. Super disappointed. This place isn't cheap in comparison to other fast food joints located nearby. Tomorrow arrives and by the end of the day no refund was made. Awesome - I gotta make my way all the way back to Taco Bell. A good reminder to how disappointing the meal was anyway. The staff member behind the counter wasn't the same woman as she assured me she would be there. He explained to me that since the payment is still being processed (and it showed "in progress" on my app) that they won't be able to refund yet. Try again tomorrow. Uh - okay. Return the following day.. again.. and met with another staff member. It's really fun at this point having to explain the situation each time. He said he'll bring it up to the manager and disappears. 25 minutes later. He comes back and explains the manager refuses to process the refund because I don't have the receipt. The very same receipt that was 1) printed so dodgy from the terminal you couldn't read the text and 2) the first staff member kept and said she would hand it to the manager! Awesome. Thanks Glasgow first Taco Bell. You really know how to make your customers feel like trash.

Ordered a delivery and there’s a whole wrap missing and a guacamole. Don’t think I’ve ever ordered from here and got my full order. Just a poor show every time to be honest. Wouldn’t recommend a delivery. Just go in so you can correct your order when they inevitably get it wrong.

Un lugar horrible fue por algo de comer después de que un concierto pidiera 2 burritos ambos vinieron CRUDOS. No habían sido cocinados, la envoltura de la tortilla estaba fría. Pedimos 2 comidas grandes cuando la comida estaba lista pedimos 2 tazas grandes luego dijeron que la máquina de bebidas estaba rota y nos dieron botellas de agua cuando pagamos por nuestras bebidas? Podrían habernos informado sobre las bebidas antes de pedirlas, pero no lo hicieron. El lugar está sucio y poco personal con el personal gritando unos a otros cuando el lugar estaba totalmente tranquilo.

Went and got food after having 2 drinks and decided to get food and go home. We got the food and it was COLD don’t know how when we were there waiting for our order. The women at the counter Michelle was her name was so nasty her attitude was horrible! Slamming cups down and shouting with a nasty attitude. So unprofessional and the food was absolutely a JOKE FREEZING could barely eat and that was as soon as we stepped outside I went to eat and it was freezing. Being Halloween they were busy but this is unexceptionable. Michelle needs to learn that she is working with the public and it’s not nice being like that. 8/11/24- got a delivery to my work as I’m nightshift and of course on uber eats it doesn’t say what Taco Bell it is, I got a grilled cheese burrito box and cheese roll up….. where do I start ? The food was freezing and I was missing my burrito and the cheesy roll up £16 and missing my entire order ! Such a joke!!! Tried to phone 3x times and got the machine. I am wanting a manager to contact me because they are putting Taco Bell as a bad name when in America it’s the BEST ! I’m beyond ragin, I can’t with this place anymore that’s me DONE WITH TACO BELL

Good experience, fast service and clean restaurant, just the drink fountain or instead of the Pepsi Cherry sparkling water was present (nothing serious but reported if you are not careful). Faithful food has a bell and well prepared taco.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your location tonight. I asked a staff member about the Student Beans app, and they were really rude and didn't seem to know anything about it. I usually enjoy my visits, but this time was disappointing. I hope you can improve customer service in the future.

Scotland's first Taco Bell 👌 Good, definitely recommended, one of the best fast food restaurants !! Charge points and limited parking available. WC available & has minor issues and needs to be fixed.

The food tasted very good. Generally there are only two disadvantages. The drinks are from Pepsi and the seating is not that elegant. Details: The small 2×tacos with chips and drink costs £7 and is better than the larger one at £9.

Staff were nice but the food was unpleasant, the tables were sticky and the place was cold. Can only imagine most of the money goes to corporate owners.

Cinnamon twirls were old and soft. Burrito was ok. Staff argued when we took the twirls back.

Went in about 15 mins ago When we first went in the floor was absolutely filthy chips and wrappers everywhere looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years when we where ordering I saw one of the staff members being cheeky to a customer because his order was wrong when we finally got our stuff the cheese tasted like water and the drinks where extremely flat would not recommend absolutely disgusting 🤮

A really good visit! Normally I find at fast food restaurants that the staff don’t really care but we were served by a person who was extremely helpful. We had a little hiccup with lettuce and they was happy to sort it for us and clearly took pride in their work - repacking the bag and getting fresh fries as the bag had fried and things strewn about. This was all without prompting and I feel makes a difference. Thank you!

Absolutely shocking customer service! Wrong items delivered (already cold as had been delivered by bicycle). When restaurant contacted, was told that they couldn't assign a driver and that the only way to get my food was to pick it up. When refund was claimed, the delivery and bag charges were deducted from my payment. Will NEVER use this brand again.

Chalupa and the filling were cold

Trouble with placing the order. It was a simple 2 item . He couldn't get it right. He finally did after about 5 minutes. When I got back to my room, the order was wrong.

I'm not a sauce per so I always get the chicken quesadilla without the sauce. Today around 5-6pm I accidently ordered through the machine and clicked no cheese instead of no sauce, but didn't notice because the receipt didn't come out of the machine. Staff were lovely about it and remade my order no problem, I felt really embarrassed as I'm quite anxious but this really helped. Thank you whoever was working today!

Not bad I do like a Taco Bell but it's not as good as Canada! The spicyness and aroma is there though so I have to give that to some extent

Worst experience ever at the Cumbernauld branch of Taco Bell on 28 March. Charged for items we never received and didn’t realise until we got home, tried phoning the branch several times, no-one answered the phone. Complained online and no reply since 2nd April. They could not care less. Buyer beware.

Whoever in the back put on Sound of Silence and Popular Monster deserves a promotion. Food was also banging. Hope the lassie on a night-out who was greeting is ok

Never again we visited from Belfast and I thought omg there is a taco bell here, so I was so let down tacos had little filling and very small and chips were quite raw and covered in a overpowering seasoning. I really hope they aren't all like that.

We had the meal box. The burrito was salty to my liking, the Taco didn't have much flavour to it and the churros was chewy (undercooked a bit). The fries was nice though.

Asked for a water cup and the guy offered to fill my water bottle, had me put ice from the machine in first, and was so excited to fill it for me he nearly tripped running into the kitchen with it 100/10 service would rate 6 stars if I could

Absolute worst taco bell I've been to!!! Drink machine not working, cold food and dirty in general. Plenty of other places to eat near by. Contacted taco bell customer service who were not interested in my complaint.

Only one star because they charge me 3x for a 7 pound menu, the self service screen kept giving error when I tried to pay with a debit card, went to talk to the employee at desk asking for help but didn't recieve any refund or explanation, said their system didn't show order was cancelled so I can't get the ticket that stores usually give you when a transaction fails, and cant get a refund from my bank, while I'm still getting charged when checking my bank account. Its been 2 weeks and still no refund.

The food is what you expect from taco bell. Delish especially when drunk. I typically deliveroo it to my place and I am equidistant from the two taco bells. I will now only order from this one because of Matthew. I don’t know what he looks like, I don’t know how old he is or where he is from. What I know is that Matthew will go to heaven for the good service he provides. You ask for fire sauce? Matthew will make sure you get fire sauce. You screwed something up in the app when ordering? Matthew will fix it for you. Unsure about allergens? Matthew. And every time you speak to him over the phone it is a nice conversation. I have never met him but if he is ever in trouble I hope he calls me. At the very least I’ll give him a beer and listen to his troubles. Or if he’s sober I’ll make us coffee. They say people make Glasgow. We ought to update that to people like Matthew make Glasgow. Stellar lad, stellar service, stellar volcano burritos.

Loved the food, also had the best toilet break of my life afterwards 👍😁

So we ordered online, food to us rather quickly, which started off as a surprise. Until we actually saw what we received. Half of our order wasn't even there. And the food that we DID receive was cold, it's as if it had been just sitting in the bag waiting for the next poor soul to order without any other thought. Slap a receipt on it and call it a day. :/

Ordered on Uber Eats. Told staff it was my birthday and they sent a very sweet note as well as extra nacho cheese sauce and other sauces. Made my birthday! Thank you so much to the staff!

We put together our order at the self order terminal and suddenly all terminals stopped working (probably the employees turned them off) and we could not complete our order. Also it smelled bad inside. We then left and ate somewhere else.

I found the snacks poorly made and in mine there was the plastic lid that must have fallen during the production of my order (as you can see in the photo). Horrible.

First time and LAST time went for lunch during work break 4 doors down and this place was empty and once I got back to work my order was FROZEN absolutely disgusting

Burritos are pretty acceptable if you take them for what they are, but pretty bad value given how incredibly tiny they tend to make them. Staff are usually pretty pleasant, but the restaurant is usually a bit of a mess and not very well laid out.

Nipped in for a quick bite to eat, food usual Taco Bell fair, chips on the soft side, no offer of sauces etc. Churros also not as tasty as I’ve had them. No receipt available at self serve but they did print a replacement at the till, thankfully wasn’t busy.

Taco Bell in America has got such a bad reputation... I ordered my food, got it within less than 10 minutes, it was quite nice to be fair, flavourful and it certainly filled a hole. Happy to order again 🤙

The food is fine but the packing is atrocious, they just chuck everything in and don't wrap it properly so by the time you get to eat the food is everywhere. The staff are also a bit useless. Nothing like waiting for your food for 20 minutes because the lady couldn't be bothered to call our your number.

I’ve been here before and it was alright but not the best came here today and the service was awful the stuff here was so rude we went to order on the self service and it was card only so we went to order at the till we stood there for 10 20 minutes the staff was just looking at us eventually a woman said have you ordered we said no well of course we haven’t if we were standing there anyways the woman said just order at self sever we said we can’t it’s just card then acting like we were surpost to know it was card only at the till and self service had moldy cheese in the cheese rap the mayo was un described it was awful my kid feels sick after this never coming back here again

Dunno if I caught it at a bad time or something but I was not at all impressed on my visit. Staff were ok but the dining area was in really poor condition (see attached photo) and the food was average at best, the quesedilla was one solid piece instead of being cut as advertised so was an absolute mess to eat and I was not impressed by the taco or churros, both seemed a bit stale and cold. The one highlight was the seasoned fries which are quite possibly the best you can get at a fast food chain.

Went with the family and the food was perfect (the new plant based protein is indistinguishable from beef!). But what really made our experience incredible was the employee with the moustache. From start to end this man went to lengths I have rarely seen in the hospitality sector in Scotland. Attentive, kind and sweet. Greeted us warmly, offered help, made conversation with our 2-year old (at his eye level!) and helped me carry our tray to and from the table. Absolutely above and beyond.

Taco,quesadilla,fries, churros and a drink for 8 quid???? You can't beat it! Fries were seasoned beautifully and everything tasted hot and fresh. In town for a few days so may have to pop in again before I leave 👀

Such an emotional place love the vibe that everyone has there. The music they play so goood Stuff members are so nice and young . Full of joy and respect old people I came with my grandparents and they loved it so much that they exploded of joy, this tacobell is one of the great experiences
