This store doesn't stock ham or pork. Multiculturalism means we all get our choice, if you don't want pork don't order it, simple. Also they try to cover it by saying turkey ham which is misleading and a danger to those with allergies.

They gave me 12 inches of meat, it filled me up, very satisfying

Went to pick my order up and was faced with a very rude man saying my order would be another 15 minutes on top of my pre order. No apologies and attitude was shocking as if it was a problem I had even ordered with them. Came back then and it wasn’t even prepared yet making me late for an appointment as I could not cancel and did not want to waste food. Some customer service skills would be good for that man

We walked the store around 7.30 in Wednesday the employees said they are closed for dining it's clearly mentioned 8am to 8pm rude behaviour from the staff

We went to subway at 7:30 and they guys said it's closed and you can do takeaway only. Close time is 8:00 pm.if you can't serve the customers you should lock the doors . The person who was on shift was very rude and doesn't have any etiquette how to take with customers

They literally lost our card by not returning it or turning the machine around. As we are tourists it slipped my husbands mind to collect the card and they would do nothing about it. I experienced staff didn’t know how to scan the code for a discount and didn’t allow for the card to be given to the customer. Terrible service

One of the worst costumer service. Too bad and they are just loosing their patience if we are asking. They didn’t even change their hand gloves when they are serving non veg and vegan . Too band and too worst experience I ever had.

Subway is always somewhere that you know what you'll get - no surprises, but just a decent meal served the way you want it!

Popped in here today post DVSA test and before catching my train from GQS. The staff were very friendly and there were no issues with my ‘Notorious BMT’ Sub meal! Fairly reasonable price for what you get, with an unlimited choice of Salad to fill it with. Slight confusion to where the Male toilets were so I ended up using the gender neutral disabled one. Seating wise, the place was fairly quiet so I got one of the tables looking out onto St Vincent Place. Decent visit all round.

Ordered at around 18:40 was told it would be delivered between roughly 19:00 and 19:30, then I was told roughly 19:35 - 20:00, then 20:00 20;25, then 19:45 and 20:15 all times roughly called to cancel order they could not cancel and said use the app. The app had no option to cancel finally got my order at 20:25 the sandwich was old the coke was warm and delivery lad was a bit abrupt, shop blames the delivery staff. delivery time was great but they completely messed up my order and when i called to let them know they hung up the phone and never picked up when i called again.

Left me for two hours before it was delivered.

I visited this branch of Subway after a good while, normally the staff isn't the most switched on ; however, there were 4 folk serving so perhaps the management have realised that service is just as important as the food. Today, I was served by a chap called Girish - Excellent customer service, very friendly, courteous and also advised of the new sauces/additional condiments etc. It was nice to see someone enjoying their job and providing first class customer service ; the management should take a note from his book and use him as the rule book for absolutely first class customer service despite it being extremely busy.

I recently visited this store with my three teenage sons. We are from out of town and often visit ‘subway’ but hands down this is by far the best subway we have been in. From the guys assembling our subs to the girl who was on the till the service was 5 stars. The girl serving us on (14/08/23) was so nice, she went above and beyond and honestly just an all round really nice girl. She is an asset to this store, really friendly, chatty and Could not do enough for us, even my teenagers commented on how lovely she was and they barely even talk to me!!!

We went in for lunch today, really enjoyed it and great service.

Very kind staff, however the place feels quite outdated and some seats feel kinda claustrophobic. The pepsi from the machine was practically water, with no pepsi flavour whatsoever.

Slowest people ever. They even speak in slow motion. They took 15 minutes to prepare 2 sandwiches for the two clients in front of me. This has happened several times, with different people working behind the counter...it appears that everyone trained in this store goes super slow. They also tried to put less main filling in my sandwich as they had run out of it, instead of offering me an alternative. The only reason I'm giving this location a second star is because at least it was clean...

Food was originally meant to be here for 12:45pm and didn’t get it until 1:49pm. When it arrived FINALLY it was freezing! We also ordered sticky toffee cookies and received chocolate chip! WTH

My food was meant to arrive at half 7 but only after half 7 had passed did it update to say it wouldn't be there until 10 to and then it got pushed to 5 past. When it arrived the food was cold and the food bread was wrong

Very busy with students. Staff not the most switched on. Not the cleanest toilets. Better going to the one in St Enoch centre

Used to love this subway , working in a building in same lane . Food always fresh and most of the staff so friendly. However , last few months they have hired this girl that gives disgusting looks , no smile , no hello , no please , no thank you an altogether horrible attitude . I even told her mate think she needs a coffee or something . Its not a one off , she does that every time me and my colleagues get her to serve . A month ago i went to get lunch , she went on speaking to her pal outside the counter while me and some customers waiting to be served by some trainee who was taking ages to pack the sub and queue of customers was like 7 people . she was in today on 27 August 2022 lunch time around 2pm . I have read the name on badge , will tell the manager/owner next time see them as she cant be ruining this nice lunch place for me and my colleagues

The guys working there this weekend were amazing. There was two subways nearby my hostel but I preferred walking here because I liked the costumer service.

It was a great place. I had visited Glasgow two years back... And I've got beautiful memories of this Subway. Abdullah was one of the staffs working there and he was amazing. The food was also great.. Would highly recommend this place. Haven't been able to contact Abdullah ever since. Would love to get in touch with him.

I gotta love subway, once a week every Thursday I used to eat a subway with my high school pals. Anyway, it's a subway... They've got good food and cleanly sandwich makers. It's good food.

Average subway average service but never stock veggie patty. Out of stock last five times I was in wasting my time after queuing (usually in early-late afternoons) so I don't bother going here anymore and go to next nearest one.

Place is not clean. Fruit flies are common around here. Staff are absolutely useless and not bothered to provide good service, would do a half-hearted job making the sandwiches. The salad wasn’t fresh at all. Will try to stay away from this place until they start making an effort.

Subway can always (in my opinion) be relied upon for good inexpensive rolls filled with your own choice of main filling and toppings. This branch is excellent and service was very friendly and speedy.

This subway location is usually crowded at lunch time and tables are not cleaned right away if you decide to eat in.

Had the new low fat Thai chicken salad. Had lots of what I like, lettuce, peppers, red onion, sweet corn and other things and not forgetting the jalapeno peppers that I love. Price was ok at £4.19. Service was slow and unsmiling. There were plenty of empty tables but the place was messy.

I bought a six inch sub, BBQ feast with bacon, chicken, cheese, sweetcorn, lettuce & cucumber... They lined the bottom of the sub with bbq sauce which I didn't know till I picked up the sub to eat but rewinding back to the start I picked what I was having on the sub I they asked at the end if I wanted sauces I said have you put bbq on already they said no so I said ok put loads on top for me.. I then paid & went to sit down to eat the sub... I picked it up to eat it and it fell apart into three pieces.. I didn't realised that they already topped up the sub full of bbq sauce on the bottom aswell so it made the bread all soggy and it just crumbled in my hands tried to eat some of it but as you can see by the photo ate about a third and the rest of it was inedible.. Wouldn't of been able too of gotten a new one so I paid for a soggy 6 inch sub.. Obviously it isn't alot of money but its paying for a sub which at the end of the day you can't eat & also not been able to go back and change it when it wasn't my fault in the first place of I knew that the staff member already lined up the bottom of the sub with bbq sauce... Just annoying that you pay for a food item and it wasn't your fault and you have go somewhere and pay for something else.. I think next time I'll have to get the sub myself and check it before I say yes to having bbq sauce on the top of the sub too...

Came into store on the 6/8/2019 was discussed at the mess in the restaurant litter on every table and over flowing bins tables not clean and all staff on counter discussing and flies in restaurant and staff addressing me as sir when I am transgender mtf or trans woman

Nice to have a go to spot when you don’t want to go out. Our experience worldwide is that Subway is consistent in quality, cleanliness, and pricing. This one was not different.

There was only the one staff member on at 8pm and I think he was tired after a long busy day, but he was great serving all customers and funny too as he got my coffee. One of the good guys ! 😊

I have ordered 6" italian bmt without lettuce inside and 12 pack of mixed cookies. I got 10" italian bmt WITH lettuce inside and i havent recieved my cookies. Shame on someone who was making this order! Noone never contacted me to discuss any changes! Poor service.... I've worked in the restaurant before and this is unacceptable!

Not much to say about this branch of Subway except for the pleasant staff and the generous portions in the Veggie Delight sub. Lots of seating here too.

A fairly standard Subway franchise. The service is quick, and friendly. The place is always clean, even during lunch time which is very reassuring. I only ever get a Veggie Patty here and it's always nice to eat, hot and freshly toasted. The amount of seating is excellent, with breakfast and "normal" tables. The restaurant is very close to Georges Square, so nice place to grab a quick bite.

Popped in and staff were busy talking about the Americans inspecting the franchise and the female boss might come back, store was cleaner more than usual but alas the back was out of use again and no toilets to wash my hands which is disgraceful. On plus note the young workers were lovely and welcoming which is what makes the visit

This is a favourite of me and my family I tend to go for the chicken tikka salad bowl great portion size you get a hot or cold drink with this deal.

Called in for a quick sandwich, before getting back onto coach. As always with Subway food was good. This was a busy place which is only to be expected.

There was plenty of bread available to choice from and all the toppings were fresh. The service was quick and efficient without felling rushed.

I have to say I am very disappointed with the service - no smiles, very abrupt.... The food.... No tomatoes which I thought for a subway was very weird? I also asked for my veg to be toasted and told no.... This is against policy ???? Gm veg that can't be toasted? The state of the sit in area was also very poor..... Rubbish lying about and the toilets needed a good clean... Subway need to get this store sorted!
