Redcloak Fish Bar in Aberdeenshire

We get fish and chips from here most Fridays. I phone and order and pick it up at the same time each week. It's always ready, freshly cooked for me to take away. Delish!

There was a very very warm welcome from all staff and my food was made to an exceptional standard and I would highly recommended the shop :)

Visited this shop as a change from my usual. Food was piping hot and cooked fresh. Will be going back, staff were very friendly.

We have had really good fish and chips from here also the white pudding is good and it is all cooked as you wait so would recommend

As usual this is the best fish and chips plenty of everything and also the chicken is good can’t fault it lovely meal

My Brother who has special needs wanted a home delivery of fish & chips he lives alone but was told he had to spend minimum of £10 to qualify for £3 delivery charge so had to add coke & onions to make it up.

This is favourite Friday evening take out place.The fish is always freshly cooked and excellent. You can phone through and have your meal waiting for you at the time you specify too, or you can opt to have it delivered. You can tell it's a good fish and chip shop as it is always busy. The staff are great too - although the boss gets cross when folk phone for stuff at a particular time then turn up for it 15 and more minutes late [can't expect food to be at it's best when its been sitting waiting for you!!] personally I've never had a bad meal from here.

My family and I were travelling through Stonehaven and decided to stop for fish and chips. Staff were very friendly and the fish & chips were excellent. We will definitely go back there again.

I have used this chip shop twice now but no more in farness the chips are reasonable but the fish is perhaps the worse I have tasted I very much doubt that it is fresh On both occasions the flesh was dry yet the batter was slimy additionally the staff were border line rude quick to take your money then ignored despite the fact strangly enough the shop was empty
