Food was brought out fairly quickly but the burgers looked like they have had just been thrown together from distance rather than constructed nicely & the chips were also lukewarm with no seasoning them

Went in the drive through and the young girl didn't have a clue massive. I always get a snack box deal she told me don't do them no more. I only wanted a piece of chicken. I was told 2 pieces would be £4-50 I said no way, so just got a mini fillet. Then got back home and looked on the website and YES they are still doing them a all time deal. So i rang and said to the lady that answered the phone what happened and all she could say was sorry. They should tell staff the menu and what deals are always on because some do change but this deal doesn't. Massive cue and she had no clue in what was happening. Has I looked in my order was given to her on the side ready for me and she was at least 5 minutes doing drinks. I had to say my food is there can I have it please. Need 2 people there 1 serving and 1 taking orders then the cues wouldn't be there. Very bad service. Go and see for yourself. Be prepared.

We stopped by here to get some drinks whilst the car was on charge. It's your typical mcdonalds, nothing fancy. We ordered at the machine so no really interaction with staff other than to go up and collect our drinks order.

We were travelling and called in here for breakfast and were allowed to take our dog in with us The staff were friendly and the loos were clean and we were able to park in the car park. Staff were super friendly. We enjoyed eggs Benedict and coffee which was quickly produced and good quality.

I gave this a 5 star rating cause this is one of the best kfc I have had. I been going to this one a while and the staff are always friendly. Also every time I have this kfc it always hot which is rare and the chicken is always fresh and crispy and juicy and also you always get a mixture when you order a bucket which is nice.

Called in for breakfast 🍳 this morning. There are no napkins, and no sugar hubby said it was the same Tuesday(I don’t come in here as often as him). It’s Thursday…. Food was ok 🆗

Stopped to eat early evening on a Wednesday. Nuggets and Fries with cold drinks. Food was barely warm and cold drinks were ok but mango smoothie was massively short measured. Staff said they can’t do anything “‘cos it’s the machine” which begs the question if it’s half full then why didn’t we get given two…? At almost three pounds it’s possibly more expensive than methodone. Get the machine fixed as there’s probably a measured issue and you’re breaking the law.

Always friendly, always quick, always tasty - especially the spicy piri-piri chicken - never had a problem with Mr.Cod in Swindon Old Town - would gladly recommend them for a quick and tasty takeaway ! :) - Ash

Hubiera pagado en mi tarjeta de crédito y pedí un recibo de la tarjeta, a la que el personal me miraban como si fuese una extraterrestre! Pedí cortésmente varias veces para que se quedó allí mirando en blanco! No visita aquí.

Ordered though the McDonald’s app. Never do this they use uber eats who deliver the wrong food refuse to sort it and then expect you to go to McDonald’s to rectify yourself. I Went to Plymstock McDonald’s where informed by Manager that they do not have to even give me the food as it is uber eats problem unbelievable! Uber eats helpline will not even refund the delivery shocking service and experience all round. I did get the food but this whole process took two hours and a personal collect defeating delivery. I recommend you either go and collect yourself or use deliveroo

Absolutely disgusting, ordered via Uber eats and it took 35 minutes from collection to delivery, food was stone cold, complained to Uber eats and they appreciated my patience? Will never use either of these companies again and would strongly advise you not to either.

the food is so tasty and the menu is great. The restaurants are very modern and tidy. its a very very child friendly place with its happy meals, balloons and colouring area. You get your meal almost straight away. The restaurants are open 24 hrs which is great after a night out! They are very clean and the tables/chairs are washed frequently. The toilets are also cleaned often and are also very clean.
