The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Went in to McDonald’s at around 11pm last night, as soon as we walked in one member of staff said “I’m not serving them” loud enough for us to hear. We then stood at the till for a couple of minutes whilst the 6-7 members of staff who were all standing and chatting at the tills all disappeared and pretended to be doing jobs so they couldn’t serve us. They did the exact same thing when another group of customers came in. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Ordered on Uber, meal was cold, stale and missing items. No egg with the double sausage and egg Mcmuffin, missing 2 hash browns and a large cappuccino. I told the delivery driver the order was wrong before I'd even looked in the bag, as the drink was missing. He just shrugged and walked away. User claims it doesn't meet the requirements for a refund and McDonald's say it is Uber not them I need to take it up with. After spending over £20 on half an oder that was pretty much inedible, I won't be using either company again. Lots of other places to give my hard earned cash to.

Came here looking for the poster about baguettes and napoleon and that, couldn't find it but stuck around for a lovely sausage roll

Called in today for a quick bite to eat. Chicken burger and a latte ordered through the app collection at counter took 25 minutes to arrive. Seems that this branch is all but exclusive to delivery riders. The counter has gone with just a hatch inside where your food eventually arrives while riders for just eat / Uber/ Deliveroo etc stream in and out of the dedicated collection point. Maybe it would have been quicker to order for delivery inside McDonald’s by just eat or the like.

Fries was like cardboard and who makes the burgers need a new job every burger iv had iv had no sauce on ..food ain't great won't be spending money here better fast-food then this place

What an absolute pile of crap just been through the drive after a busy night .wish I hadn't bothered first time handed food over it was cold so I sent it back through the window and told them I ask for it to be double bagged as well .when they gave me my order back .I was fuming they put reheated chips in top if the burgers I ordered and when we got home it was only 5 mins down the road they'd left half my order out and the meals were freezing cold .realy need to get staff in night shifts that no what there doing .this is not 5he first time this has happened .discusting service .would they eat cold food no I don't think so .

my grandma, mum, sister and i came here for lunch. i wasn’t very hungry so just wanted carrot sticks and a mcflurry but it didn’t have it so i wanted a fruit bag didn’t have it then i wanted pineapple slices and it was fine and had no mcfurrys so i got a milkshake. my sister and grandmas meals came but there were no pineapple slices i am very disappointed and i’m fummin.

Incredible food! The best I've ever tasted! But it's quite expensive and they're usually missing something. But good overall!

Dreadful tasteless food and the Fanta frozen drink you would be lucky to fill a kids fruit shoot bottle with the amount you get in the cup. Definitely the worst fast food place in the whole of Margate. I'm shocked it's still open its never busy and the standard of food quality is terrible. They even have the nerve to charge for sauce. Avoid this place at all costs the management team should be ashamed of themselves for letting it go on like this. Never ever going back

Once again, missed one of the meals from our order. Went to the drive through. Sat in the car park for 10 minutes while they got it ready. Got home and, not for the first time, there’s a meal missing. Called them up. The solution - drive back and collect. I ask, rhetorically, how difficult is it to give me what I’ve paid for? Why should I incur the expense of driving back to collect what I have already paid for!? I am mindful it sounds like a middle class problem but when someone (a child) is missing a meal (which is a rare treat) it causes significant upset. It is wholly unrealistic to just drive back and collect part of the order. A few years ago, when Macdonald’s was relatively cheap, I probably wouldn’t have cared as much but when you’re paying £40 ish for four people it is especially annoying. At that price there are many other options The ambivalence towards customer service is incredibly frustrating. I have given up on them and intend to spend my money elsewhere. They probably won’t care but terrible service and ambivalence eventually catches up on you (at least I hope it does).

Really poor, slow in correct order, now dive 15 mins extra to avoid and visit one at Morton park. Staff clueless, management non existent.

We got two double deluxe burger meals and a happy meal waited ten minutes at drive thru window when we got it home we had to use a knife and fork (yes I know rediculous) the topping and the cheese was all over the box was absolutely nothing like the picture you advertise Customer service is rubbish I know the staff are kids but some training wouldn’t go amiss

When I was in here I kept getting nasty looks and side eyes from the manager that was working at the time, she didn't know me but she knew the person I was with which they use to have a relationship according the person I was with and I know it was at me as the person I was with went to the toilet, also on top of that the tables were sticky each one where I went too, personally don't appreciate getting those looks but the hygiene was poor like the staff were stood about and didn't even bother wiping tables felt like i had to wipe it myself with the napkins

The McRib is absolutely delicious ! Every bite is packed with amazing flavour-so yummy and finger- licking good! With the current promo, its the perfect time to try it.
