The abuse the staff receive from the management is unlike anything I have ever seen. Never have I seen it where a manager, (male, I want to say assistant?), has reduced another manager, (this one female, and I want to say lower ranking than the male), to tears because he was shouting at her. He was shouting blaming her for the fact that it was busy and that they obviously could not get the food out quick enough. Honestly it's the worst type of management I have ever seen, and just for this I will not be returning and I will be advising others to do the same, as I do not want to fund your management abusive schemes.

If I could give this a zero star review I would, this has been the third time now I’ve ordered from Uber eats/just eat, even Deliveroo and all three times my order has been messed up, I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for a job 😂 they don’t train you if you do work there, it’s bad, it’s a mess in that place, food is always cold and workers/manager does not care, luckily the second time we ordered we went there and we got the whole order for free, highly do not recommend this place

We were travelling back from Bristol and visited the restaurant. the visit as really quick and food was delicious.

This is the worst McDonald’s in the country I have found so far and I’ve been to hundreds. Always missing items and poorly cooked.

Popped in here for the first time in months, its all been done up and looked really nice. Was greeted when I walked in by a member of staff asking if I had the app (I didn't). They helped me download it, told to sit at a table and I could get it brought over. Signed up to the new rewards and already have over 500 points from this order. Staff really friendly and food was quick.

Pretty sure McDonalds never look at this site as the reviews are steadily getting worse as is the service. Seems to be more focus on delivery pick ups and as such, long q’s for everyone else. Thought drive thru might actually be faster. Er … nope. 4 times here now, and 3 or those are for either breakfast muffin or single wrap (core items I’d think?) and bottle of water only to be told “waiting on the wrap/muffin’ - please wait on bays and it’ll only be a couple of minutes”. Never is. Finally food either 10 mins and cold, or 5 mins and wrong. Been back inside now and had food changed over for another luke warm order and have left as can’t be bothered to wait any longer. McDonald’s (not just this one at Queensway) seems to be getting worse each time. Not as keen on Tim Horton’s foods but at least it’s ready, hot and able to pick up first time round so sadly heading there next time.

Appalling service!!!!! Not busy and over half an hour for a coffee and milk shake!!! Definitely not fast food. In fact no food at all ............ or even a drink. May go and get my shopping while I wait

we went to this "restaurant " as we wanted to get something to eat we went in to find they have got rid of there screen so you can't see what there is they had the counter were you stand in crowd with other people who are either waiting for food or are just standing there waiting for something to happen when we did manage to order food we waited for our order found a table in amongst the shouting and screaming children that seemed to be there with adults that are not interested in controlling them the "vegetarian "burger was just two vegetable fingers in a bun with a merger bit of lettise the chips were covered in salt and the banana think shake if you could call it that was like water !! the cheese bites were deep fried baby bel cheese which were disgusting !!! Wouldn't give them to a homeless person they were that gross my husbands "big mac"was a tiny bit of whatever they scrapped off the floor and put in a bun and even he said it was crap ..McDonald's is a global company that make millions if not billions and they like people want to eat crap like that they need to get there act together for what they charge its a joke

If you like a cold burger and soggy fries this is the place for you. A note to Just Eat - there are better Maccy's to use for your deliveries.

Sat in the queue for 30 minutes to be told they weren’t taking orders. Got wet soggy screaming kids after a night of trick or treating. Why keep us in the queue. Move people actually waiting on food to one of the bays to let everyone else out. SHOCKING service. No explanation either just sorry not taking orders.

It’s not a normal McDonald’s . Although it’s a large space there are no staff tidying and cleaning . Therefore it’s not clean . The staff looked fed up as they are rushing about . The young lady who served us could hardly break a smile . I won’t be back .

What have they done to this McDonald's during the recent refurb!!! The counter displaying menu and a few service points has been changed to a counter at the side of the restaurant , with one hidden menu, and where you can stand for ten minutes without any staff noticing you. It is as if this has become a takeaway venue only, although there is seating. My food was slid across the counter to me without the member of staff even looking at me. So many people complaining! Go to the new burger king, a hundred times better than this shambles!

Being a vegetarian I often struggle to find a decent offering at any fast food restaurants. Until I tried the McPlant. Absolutely delicious. I did the click and serve option on the maccies app, and my order was brought to my car, now that’s convenient.

Had a nice visit to this restaurant with great food as always, the staff was serving very well and the place was very tidy.

Went through the Drive thru this evening. Was really busy but I received my food quickly and it was hot and tasty. Just what I needed after a long day at work.

Food prepared to take to table, had to wait so long to take drinks, chips were cold by the time we got to eat. Also chips were over cooked, quite nasty.

I think this McDonald’s was decent there was lots of noisy kids but food was good and toilets could be better but overall it was to a good standard compared to the one in worle it was at better with the food but not in hygiene.

Having a meal today when an argument broke out between two customers. Woman with two children who thought bit was except able for her children to climb and walk over the unoccupied tables. Gentleman next to us said to the lady if you could call her that . asked if she could stop her children behaving in such a manner, then the foul language started, f this and f that, even the children started swearing at the man, the children were about 4 and 5, all the woman kept saying was that she was a f good parent, all this was witnessed by a member of staff who did absolutely nothing, she didn't even bother to wipe the tables down which had been walked across, felt very uncomfortable and feel that if she couldn't say anything she should have got a manager, the mother of these children when leaving stood I. In The doorway and shouted to the poor man about his sexuality and other rude comments. All this with young children in there. Food was OK but ruined by lack of staff intervention.

Very busy, loud, full of noisy kids but it was half term week. The queue took along time to get to the counter. Once we purchased our food there were no clean tables to sit at. Perhaps more staff during holiday time?

This is one of a very few that consistently offer fast friendly service, The shop is clean, efficient and a pleasure to dine in.. 5 stars for a mcdonalds that performs as it should.. hopefuly others can be as good as this one

Entramos a Islandia (que haya ido de categoría y ahora ofrece un montón de gambas y venera platos! Así era en el) zona y queríamos una bebida antes de ir a casa. Nos sirvieron rápidamente, y el precio era muy bajo, sólo 2 libras. 38 para un té de tamaño y tamaño de café. No podíamos soportar el rap que estaban jugando así sentamos afuera en el sol. Wow a McDonald's with hot coffee! Good tidy restaurant quick and friendly service. Has a self service machine which is easy to use and helps move the cue.

El servicio era muy lento ya es un restaurante de comida rápida. Tiendo a utilizar la unidad en mi camino al trabajo. Más a menudo que no es mi orden es equivocada y que faltan. Normalmente aviso por el tiempo que me he llevado. Escribí una queja pero no recibió ofertas de recompensa menor por la docena más veces que pagamos por los artículos y no recibido.

Why is it that the cheapest food is so fattening ? I try to be good and have sweet chilli chicken sandwich which is very tasty with delicious fries. Very cheap, very quick but only eaten three or four times a year because you know it goes straight to your waist!

Placed our order and asked to go and wait for our number to be called when our food is ready. Stood and watched as immediately our ice cream cone was made and put on the stand along side lots of other people's drinks. Then my coffee was made and put on the stand. 3-4 mins passed and I eventually went and asked for my ice cream before it became a puddle!! Can't see the point in this new way as it just makes a back log of people waiting!! Drinks/ Food aren't as fresh as they are waiting around for other items. Definately waited longer than I normally would of for my simple order!!!

As the Golden Arches go, this one is quite good since its been refurbished. Fast food here actually means fast food and its actually a really nice resteraunt if you fancy McD's.

I got absolutely sick and tired of this place when after years of them getting the order wrong, messy restaurant and rude idiot young and old staff, on the day of my fathers funeral in a hurry I stopped to get a quick bite to eat and I was told to pull in and wait as the burger would be a few mins, after 10 minutes bearing in mind the place is totally empty, I had to beep the horn and shout at the top of my voice 'how long does it take to make a burger!' They were at the window looking sheepish then sent the cleaner out with the meal. She said they were too scared to bring it cause they thought I was going to have a go at them. Childish and unacceptable and never will I ever go there again in my life

McDonalds in Weston town centre has recently undergone a makeover. It now looks like Argos, with self service machines, an area to pay and a collection point with a number on your receipt. This is all well and good, and supports all the new pay technology, but at the same time they have updated the decor. It now has graffiti all over the walls and tables, and new seating with tables screwed to the floor. All very well if you're 13, but as an adult the gap for getting into the bench seats is quite narrow, so older people, portly people and those less able may only be able to sit on the hard chairs.. The worst of all though are the chairs deemed to be priority seating for disabled. It is 1 small table with 2 seats and room for a wheelchair next to it. All well and good except that the gap for the wheelchair is used by everyone else as s short cut across the restaurant, and the table itself is normal McDonalds width with a floor to ceiling pillar next to it do you can hardly move. I can see why they have done the changes, but the designer needs shooting, and I will be eating at Burger King in future

Just wanted a quick breakfast because we were busy. Problem was my partner ordered an egg snack wrap. It's egg and cheese on a tortilla - simples. After being asked to park up we finished our coffee. After 15 minutes no sign of food so we asked the woman bringing out food to the cars who promised to chase it. This happened a further two times. We then asked for a refund - at which point the food appeared - cold..Yes it is the beach race this weekend and yes it is busy - but surely you should plan for this. Left at 10.30 with the queue out of the door and the car park full. So much for trying to save time with fast food..

As above. Never had food that tastes remotely nice. Bizarrely the kids love going and eat every last bit of the salty, MSG soaked filth. I'm hoping as they age their palate develops and they don't want to eat here then claim they're starving 30 minutes later.However, I love the ice cream and I can't fault their fizzy drinks. The majority of staff remind me of Kevin and Perry with attitudes to match.I can't believe they have "restaurant" above the door.

Always hot food here. Staff member chris an older gentleman always greets with a smile and has a lovely manor to customers.

Better than the sister restaurant in worle. Never had an order wrong and food is always hot. Not often you have to wait in parking bays either. Let's hope the manager here is placed in the other restaurant to show them how it's done.

this place is brillant and is set out in the right way and is the most central to the train station as it is litterally a five minute walk down the road.

We went to the opening of another McDonalds hear in Weston-Super-Mare by Iceland. The food was fantastic and the service was good too. Friendly staff. We had a great time. Thank You to the manager and staff.

Our first visit to macdonalds in Weston super mare food was excellent place clean food service good Unfortunatly we asked an older member of staff for a balloon for our 4year old grandson not only did we get a full lecture on why she could not get it until she had finished her cleaning duties . When she finally brought my grandson his balloon we were then given another lecture on the cleaning and health and safety . If this is such a major problem why give balloons at all finishing a nice lunch in this way we won't be returning
