Ordered McDonald’s from Uber eats spent nearly £40 on 2 happy meals and 2 normal meals and cheese bites to not receive half of the order. Chips were stone cold. Bags were sealed so delivery not at fault. Will just stick to the other McDonalds at wall island from now on much nicer and actually hot

Qick meal Had uber eats delivery from here.took for ages.when itcame some things had been missed.coke was flat.milkshakes had melted and food was cold.had to warm up inmicrowave. As hungry after waiting.not thefirsttime but will be tha last

Two weeks in a row now we have had a delivery from here and had items missing. A few months ago we had items missing when we went in. It seems they are completely incapable of completing an order. Absolutely shocking that that can constantly get things wrong every time

Well, no words can be said, they are not capable of packing an order. This is the 4th time I’ve ordered a delivery and there is always items missing. The bag is still sealed so it’s a mistake on the restaurant not delivery driver.

Me and my partner popped in for a bite to eat. Looks like it’s been scrubbed clean! Staff were working hard and although there was a few youths in the restaurant they were managed well by staff. Would definitely return! Food, service and wait times excellent.

Today i ordered from the mcdonald's app. There were things missing off my order so called over 40 times before the manager answered. She tried to assure me that she personally checked everything which was a lie or everything would have been in the SEALED bag. She became annoyed as i pointed this out and as usual they put the phone down. I actually was so angry this time that i went into the restaurant and recorded her absolutely outrageous management skills and lack of sufficient customer service. I have made complaints to head office over 7 times with evidence and there are still no improvements. They only care about making money and stuff the customers.

Ordered bacon meal and waited whilst the order was made up Service excellent Waiting time excellent Coffee tasty and hot Hash brown hot and tasty Bacon with tomatoe ketchup - 1/2 the bun leaking ketchup, far too much. Bacon warm and not hot. Poor quality

Very poor McDonald’s. We visited yesterday about 12.00. Really busy and very noisy, (half term). I did manage to get us a table though. Table was less than clean, and the floor was even worse. Anyway, my hubby sat down and I went to the self serve screen. I’ve used this many times before, in different locations, and computer literate, despite being 70 yrs old! I ordered a Big Mac meal, there was no orange juice available. So I hesitated for a sec, to think what else he may want. The member of staff came up to me and talked to me as though I had lost all my faculties. She was telling me simply what I had to do, and then what to do next. I am not stupid I was just trying to decide If I should get him a coffee instead!! Moving on, I wanted the fillet of fish meal-unavailable. I don’t eat much meat, so had to get an alternative, chicken wrap, not great, but edible. My hubbys Big Mac was certainly not big. 2 extremely thin, overcooked burgers with the tasteless cheese and other bits on it. It was disgusting. He left most of it. Was this a particularly bad McDonald’s? But bad it certainly was. Never to return.

Wow rare place now.. it’s like youth club 3 girls in disabled toilet 😳messing about… lads and girls vaping .. floors filthy ..delivery driver scratching his groin 😩9:57 told to leave shuts at 10 yet says on door 11.. it’s been a few years since we have used Lichfield McDonald’s usually go to wall Island .. so really shocked .. told staff in charge she apologised.. it seems that Lichfield McDonalds on a night is magnet for young kids no one else was in apart from around 10 kids around 15 years age and us two .. won’t be returning

Wow what a dirty place it was … food and rubbish all on floors all tables that were empty were dirty.. so glad I had own wipes… staff were disorganised and not getting stuck into cleaning.. walked in and quickly out of female toilet .. fries were like warm🤷🏻‍♀️no ice in drink🤷🏻‍♀️and delivery drivers all up by front doors felt quite uncomfortable 🙈😩won’t be returning

Ordered an online delivery. Arrived quickly but everything was cold and we had to heat everything. To top off the order the large coke was only filled half way!!! Really poor show McDonalds!!!! Won't be ordering again.

Would not visit Lichfield McDonalds again. Took our two grandchildren there, aged 3 and 5. Had to listen to a group of "well educated teenagers" using bad language within earshot of our grandchildren,even though staff were aware of their behaviour, no attempt was made to tell them to stop swearing.Couldn't move elsewhere as it was busy and there wasn't another table available. Seems young people use it as a doss-house !! The toilets are disgusting, smell awful ! The food was cold. Obviously not impressed. Seems to have very poor management.

Coffee stop and to check how the ordering app works. All staff wearing masks, thank you it is appreciated pity some customers did not wear a mask. Used the app to order and worked far better than I expected. Simple to use and as I walked in, the coffee was being poured, could not ask for anything better. well done staff

Not visited since lockdown started. Well impressed with how clean the place was, sanitiser by the door as you enter. Coffee usual standard and excellent. Well done all staff

People from delivery (deliveroo, uber eats, etc...) waiting and eating inside the restaurant. No Covid rules...I've asked them and they say that was an employee...LIE!!!

Ordered 2 hrs ago not delivered never ever again total gits will never use again total waste time do not trust them at all

Possibly the worst experience I’ve had with McDonald’s. Drove round the first time and they forgot my Oasis. Drove round the second time, then waited 5 mins till we spoke to them at the tannoy, they forgot my Oasis again, also ordered a chicken burger and then received a double cheeseburger instead. Absolute brain dead, don’t understand how they can mess up something so simple even when they’re not busy. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

Me and my friends went to the door and the door lady said “are you eating in or taking out” we said eating in please. She then rudely said “trace and trace then” as I went to trace and trace we were putting our masks on (we were outside) and then she very rudely says “put your mask on now!” Literally as we were all putting our masks on.

The new serving methods are not working here. Now you can only place your order if you are in the restaurant using the touch screens. However the screen above the counter telling you your order is ready does not work.It is very clear that priority on making up orders is now given to deliveries with on the spot customers at the back of the queue

Your reviews are terrible! I just got home after using the drive through and the plain cheese burger happy meal is actually a chicken nuggets happy meal! So angry!!!!

Well if your Scottish you may want to make sure you have English notes on you. Staff refused to take mine manger told me it was policy not to take Scottish notes but they have took mine for the past three years. After finally taking my money and only because they took my niece before without looking the food was not worth the argument. It was cold and my milkshake was half full,Not to mention the staff no customer service skills what so ever not once was any lady told have a good day madam while I was there yet a member of staff said it to me with an attitude.

What's going wrong here? Luke warm coffee and sausage and egg muffin not much warmer. Place is freezing, what's wrong with the heating? Not impressed currently

In the three times I’ve visited, I have received bad service, cold food and limited choices. Every time you go to place an order, they don’t have something?! Also, never appear to have bbq sauce how hard is this?? Can’t understand how the standards are so poor when this is such a busy restaurant. Staff are also abrupt on drive thru. Bassetts pole mcdonalds never has these issues and thankfully I go there more often! This restaurant need to pull up its standards

Service is generally very good as is the food and coffee. However, why does the place look like it needs a really good clean with food on the floor, seats and tables.It did not use to be like this, so what is going wrong.What's the issue with the broken toilets and only the disabled available?

Came here after a very enjoyable evening at the theatre. Half the menu was unavailable, the touch screen ordering system wasn't working properly and the staff were totally uninterested. Add to that sticky tables and overflowing bins...I certainly wasn't 'luvin it' and walked out

Was hungry so popped in. Not the best or cleanest one I have been to. Bins not emptied, tables not clean, no receipts for food so missed the order number. No salt. Food was ok though

Popped in here for lunch with the family we all used the bus tickets promotion. I was very disappointed the filet of fish with cheese was very dry and tasted like rubber it's completely different to the normal menu. I won,t be going again.

Considering this is a 24 hr restaurant they never seem to have any milkshakes whenever I call in on a Saturday or Sunday evening!!! Not impressed at all. I’d rather like an explanation, please

I ordered a couple of wraps with no cucumber and I always stand where you can see the wraps been prepared, I saw the lady prepare them with cucumber so I pointed this out when they went to hand me the same wraps so they ordered two more without cucumber which I watched them again prepare only this time I saw the woman put two wraps on the counter and then proceed to lean on them with ungloved hands, she then went on to prepare a couple of burgers and when that task was finished she then went back to leaning on the wraps on the counter with ungloved hands while awaiting for the filling, she then went onto preparing and finishing the wraps she lent on and then sent them out to me, I pointed this out to the person who tried to serve them to me and refused them demanding my money back... The trousers worn by the women who prepared the wraps looked filthy so god knows what the hygiene of her hands was like while leaning on the wraps that she sent out to me...

Being very busy I suppose is a good thing. Maybe I shouldnt be going on about the atmosphere, because it is a Mcdonalds - what do you expect, but it is horrible in here. Because there are so many people, mainly kids the place always feels messy. The tables don't stay clean for long. I was doing what I normally do in thisMcDonalds and that was using the toilet. People leave the bathroom without washing their hands and then on the way out you see them on the giant touch screens swiping through decisions for their second course.There are mindless adults in their with a glazed look in their eyes - have some imagination, it's lichfield there a ton other places you can eat which are far nicer.

Have visited McDonalds many times , always served with fresh and tasty foods. If you need a quieter time I would suggest you avoid visiting late afternoon and early evening as the establishment can be a little hectic when the youngsters come into town from end of school day.

Been today..food chucked at me in a bag..large chips was hardly anything in them..staff not very friendly..

Me and a friend come here for a icecream as there are plenty to choose from.It's our desert after our Sunday lunch.

Went to wall island Mcdonalds today during our 30 minute lunch break which turned into a 40 minute lunch break thanks to the divs that can't even take down a order correctly. Waited 15 minutes for the wrong order to arrive and then another 15 minutes for the correct order. Nice one turned into a expensive lunch considering we have also been docked wages for being late. F***** useless p*****

Not sure how you can bugger up fries, but the fries here are awful, wet soggy and undercooked. Not the crispy fries they were once famous for. I can not underestimate just how bad they are .

Luckily queues not as bad as at other branches of McDonald’s I visited recently. Staff friendly. McFlurry was nice, though I was disappointed my milkshake wasn’t as sweet as usual.

Filthy hole. Poor service. Went to the toilet and was dirty and fowl smelling. Whole place needed a clean. Was disappointed with it being a franchise.

Visited yesterday Sunday 2nd Sept.Had the wosrt cups of coffee £1.49 each,It was aweful ,the cups were only half full and what was inside looked and tasted like mud !.

A busy Friday lunch and I ordered just a strawberry milkshake. The syrup had run out and it was therefore just a vanilla one. I informed the staff who quickly sorted it out for me

This restaurant in the town centre is by far the worst fast food establishment I have ever eaten at. The food is luke warm at best and the eggs are a vile disgusting mess.

Men's toilets are covered in excrement, and someone cleaned their oily parts in the sink. Filthy place.

A place I use to get a quick eat if I need too, and also use the loo as the disabled one is a good size, Its an avarage McD`s nothing special about it, Not keen on the staff bickering behind the counter, but its usually quick and the staff are generally nice, Its packed wen the children get out of school, and there are some that try and hang about in there, by the window, they can be rude and abusive, the managers I think are trying to sort this problem out, Rearrange it, make more room for wheelchairs, sort the queuing system out and put the sauce napkin and straw cupboard somewhere else more accessible to wheelchair users ,, And more pug sockets, I can not access one plug socket in this McD`s being a wheelchair user.

Visited for a quick burger, specifically requesting that the Big Mac be hot.

Not the best McDonald's in the area by any means. Food was luke warm when it arrived, tasted alright though. Toilets needed a cleaner.

For the most part of the day, I felt merely whelmed. However, upon entering your establishment, with its clean tables, friendly staff and smooth classical concertos on the speakers, I felt a sense of both comfort and elation.

Went here under protest with my two daughters who just wanted hash browns. Thought I try it again myself. Then realised why I stopped using this chain. Rude staff, very slow service and toilets that need a good clean.

called in for take a way, since the system has changed you have to queue MUCH longer (bring back the old system)

Excellent cup of coffee. Friendly staff and a fairly clean restaurant. The charging points for the phones are also useful.

We asked for no salt on our daughters chips and salt was on the chips. If they can't follow a simple request of no salt on chips then it makes you wonder how they can follow more important things like food hygiene.

Popped in today for a little treat and wow......... when did McDonalds turn into a really rubbish Argos? Spent ages queueing after being unable to find what we wanted on the glorified iPad thing. Anyways paid and them waited ages for the order to be delivered via the Argos ticket system. Whilst I had some spare time on my hands I tried to get to the ketchup dispenser. This was where all the other hopeful ticket wielding food hopefuls were. Anyways.......food arrives and Big Mac stone cold. Returned to the till for a 'fresh' Big Mac to arrive quicker than the speed of light. Also cold and returned. 'Very fresh' Big Mac arrives with 'double fried' fries. Whole experience truly pitiful. Ronald McDonald would be spinning in his grave. Improvements required guys

I travel a lot and called in to Wall island , for a snack and a drink, ordered a quarter pounder meal , food was super hot and delivered quickly. nice service guys. place was clean and seemed well run. 10/10 thanks,

Ordered a double cheese burger. Since when do they have chilli sauce on. 3rd time in the last couple of months I have came for my order to be made wrong with the simplest of things. It's ridiculous. As a customer you expect to get what you are paying for. I don't remember requesting chilli sauce. As you can see there are chillies on my burger. Not sure if this is a practical joke or what but I'm not laughing.

Very quick and convenient at anytime of the day to get tasty food, staff are friendly, clean environment apart from the toilets, these could be a lot cleaner.

Mcdonalds. Always there always the same. Im only reviewing this resteraunt to get my level 1 review thing. Clean tidy exactly what you need from a maccies. Probably give you cancer long term or not. Who knows.

All clean, good digital ordering system, food promptly served. Nothing done about the vast numbers of teenagers in there, not all of whom had purchased food. Otherwise, a good branch that provided a good on the move meal.

It's what you'd usually excpect from a McDonalds but with quicker serivce and fresh delicious food!!

Went last night and was very impressed! Staff were super friendly and seemed like a really nice team environment! Shout out to the Blonde girl who was on at around 12.30 last night you are fab!

When we go to Lichfield we either go to Wetherspoons or McDonald's.

Although McDonalds claim to offer "fast food" that assumes you have enough staff to avoid long queues. All the fancy tricks with online ordering etc don't help if the food can't be prepared quickly enough.

When I arrived there was a large queue for the counter so I used the order machine. Very easy to use and pay. Meal was brought to my table in my chosen zone very quickly. This facility is not available in all restaurants but it definitely makes life easier.

Terrible people flow where you have to go through queues of people waiting for food at the collection desk to get sugar, straws and sauce.

quite clean and welcoming first thing in the morning. tends to get busier as the day progresses new auto order system takes some getting used to but fine once you have used it a few times.

very clean generally and friendly now you can be served at your table! coffee always hot bacon roll or sausage and egg muffin nice and tasty no parking (nearby car parks pay & display available) and ground floor only
