The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Absolutely shocking service and horrible staff. Didn't care about you at all. Missed out half our order. Receipt didn't print so didn't get a receipt and when I went back to sort it out, I was told they couldn't do anything without it and no manager stepped in to assist or help in anyway!! Never go here unless you want shocking service and half your order missing!!

Came here yesterday at rush hour with the family and went in to see that business was definitely booming it did take a while to get our food but I had a lovely fruity grimace shake and we got some overcooked chips and the lad at the till gave us some freshly new cooked ones for free and let us keep the old ones which were actually quite nice happy birthday grimace and I will recommend this to all the alphas around

Do not order off deliveroo. The order will not come and the they will not pick up your call. Serious lack of management, I was waiting an hour for nothing. I had to cancel it took that long, they couldn’t even find a driver. Newark needs a reform. And they shouldn’t take orders if they can’t fulfil them.

We asked for a veggie wrap meal they couldn’t put it through so they said we could have a free drink and fries it was a big order because we had a few people with us so they told us to pull over while they sorted it out. We waited for 20 minutes and then we didn’t even get the wrap and the fries were cold and the ice cream was melted We ended up driving back to get it

Since the refurb absolutely Awful ,wait ages for food ,Cold food , & trying ro pay cash is an absolute joke they ignore h you Was really good now really bad

Ordered some breakfast my delivery driver gave us our bags only for us to open if up and find our they forgot parts of our order we then tried to call up to either get a new one sent out or get a refund and they did not answer the phone I called at least 10 times myself and my family called some other times themselves and had no response we aren't happy I would recommend if you are able to go to the restaurant to sort missing orders out because the phone number they are unresponsive on .

restaurant was absolutely filthy. Toilets were quite literally the dirtiest I have ever seen in my life. Restaurant was absolutely packed, food was cold, not that I really had much of an appetite seeing how dirty the place was. The worst mcdonalds I have ever ever been to.

I like this mcdonalds staff are great and foods nice but the thing that ruins it is the no under 18s in after 4pm like i literally get to mcdonalds at 3.54 and the security guard refused to let me in like its not okay like you should atleast make it until 5pm

Fast food🤣🤣🤣don't make me laugh,and the service what service loads of kids not having a clue what there doing. All we ordered was a couple of triple cheese burger meals (large) and some halloumi fries. Not a big order they got it wrong firstly gave us regular drinks both with ice when we ask one without and forgot the halloumi fries. On plus side food was hot for once.

Went on 29th Sunday really busy staff were really working hard and they all had nice happy attitude despite the pressure they were under. Highly recommend to family and friends. Great way to top up for the afternoon shopping.

I asked to order at the counter due to screens being busy. Staff member said yes but showed no interest. The first price seemed very cheap so I asked if the drink was included. It wasn't! Price still seemed a bit cheaper but paid by card. Got the drink and bag and sat down. No chicken in my bag. Went back to the counter. First of all the member of staff put a price of an extra £7+ on the card reader and just pointed. This would have taken the cost to over £14 for a meal deal! He then altered it to £5.85. Still over £12, but wouldn't budge. I dumped the chips and left. Avoid, by going to a chip shop or cafe nearby. I will complain but doubt anyone will even respond

My wife went to Starbucks car park, Southgate Park, Stansted Airport to get a coffee as my flight got delayed. She parked at Starbucks car park for 26 min, but Starbucks was already closed that time. MET Parking services sent parking charge notice as she was not considered a customer as Starbucks was closed. The parking fee notice board clearly says 60 min free for customers. She did not know that once Starbucks closed, she had to pay from the minute she parked. Be careful, MET Parking Services must have raised millions from people simply displaying misleading information.

Avoid! Parked car and then had a family emergency. Came back, then get nasty threatening letter with £100 fine! Well, you can stick that right up your Happy Meal Ronald!! AVOID, NOT LEFT a pleasant taste in my mouth!!!

Absolutely appalling service. Messed up order 3 times through the drive through. Waited ages. In the end I asked for a refund and had no meal. Which is really great seeings as I’ve just completed a 14 shift for the NHS. All I wanted was a hot meal. Awful.

Normally a Good McDonalds but today was the worst ever. Firstly the app didn't work. Then I went to a machine and that didn't work, tried to get help and she just walked away. Finally got the machine working then notice it got my order wrong. Tried to get help again, no one at the counter. Finally ordered and sat down. 10min later still no meal. Needed to leave soon so ordered my kids deserts, hoping they would come after our lunch. Once ordered I went to the counter to chase my order and my deserts passed me. They lost my order! I waited by the counter for my order, which was cold and wrong. Didn't have the time to challenge. By the time we finished the food, the deserts were melted!
