Mcdonalds Restaurants in Northumberland

Just to start off, I’ve been here multiple times and the staff have no respect or maturity whatsoever. These staff put no effort into making the food, literally doing it as quick as they can, putting burgers out of place so they just fall apart. Also, the toilets seem to rarely get cleaned as they smell horrifying and there is also food found on the floor? This place is so unhygienic so honestly, make sure to bring some hand sanitiser if you plan on going here. Also, not to mention that people under the age of 18 are not allowed in after 4pm? Me and my friends tried to come here once at exactly 4:01pm and the ‘bouncer’ that Mcdonald’s has hired told us to go away!!! How sad do you have to be? It didn’t even look busy inside either, just showing how lazy these workers really are. ——— Anyways, onto my experience today with Mcdonald’s. I ordered my food via Uber Eats and after almost 1 and a half hours, my food had finally came, arriving stone cold. Also, not to mention the bag that my drink was in was leaking out the bag, How careless are these workers? I ordered a McSpicy chicken burger and requested no burger sauce as I use my own at home, and the staff didn’t even bother to put no sauce in it. I also ordered 2 of the new Minecraft sauces and they didn’t arrive. My fries were freezing aswell. Mcdonald’s, I suggest you should up your game because this is clearly minimal effort.

DONT OVER STAY OR YOU WILL GET PARKING TICKET, FOOD COLD, WE WONT BE BACK.WHY HAVE A SOFT PLAY IF YOU CANT STOP AND ENJOY IT.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING you charge all that money for half chips and a scabby rap that is so dry what’s up you get load of customers so it’s like yea we get paid regardless just give them little cold chips dry wraps no sauce

Why is it every time I go to this Mcds their chips are cold. Can anyone tell me that. Nothing worse than cold chips. I think this will be my last visit.

I like this mcdonalds staff are great and foods nice but the thing that ruins it is the no under 18s in after 4pm like i literally get to mcdonalds at 3.54 and the security guard refused to let me in like its not okay like you should atleast make it until 5pm

We ordered and they missed the bairns happy meal. When rang the guy had an attitude saying it’s the delivery drivers problem not theirs. Didn’t offer a way to resolve the issue. No apology or anything. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs!

Please be aware ...I was issued with a £50 fine for staying 28 minutes over the 90 on 24/04/19..I was unaware of any limit to parking while we spent money in these restaurants. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL OR AVOID......

Yummy burgers, yummy food, clean, tidy, fast and prompt, quick order and collection. Good atmosphere.

Been issued with a fine 3 months on from August 2018 for parking over 90 minutes. I never even knew there was a time limit along with many many other people who on social media have been issued fines also. The sign ( when going...

All food was cooked when I ordered it, I was happy with that but it was a bit cold, the service was OK but the food was not the best.

Why does it take 40 minutes for 4 orders and everything is missed out, very disappointed, I don't recommend

Great place to take the children. Children's Happy Meals are excellent value and good choice on menu.
