It was terrible I was sick after my ice cream and shook up my drunk and it exploded !!!!!I am so sick if this maccies in cramblington you should fire all if them !!!

It's alright especially if you are me who likes a tea & coffee the staff are alright but a few don't like me which I cant quite figure our as im a nice guy Whatever McDonalds is still a great place non the less

I went in with my boyfriend we are both 16 went in for food before the cinema and there told us we couldn’t go in in the rudest way didn’t say sorry people can’t come in without parents at a certain time there said just get out now

Came as a birthday treat prior to Bowling, ordered via the My McDonald’s app, for table service only to wait 20 minutes, and then my Wife went up to ask where the food was, she was told by the server that they couldn’t find the table!!!!

The staff gave a miner a cigarette and proved to give cold food and the wrong size drinks when my mixed race friend came in we got kicked out straightaway first hand racism never going back

The staff at this place are rude disrespectful and dirty!! Hands in mouths at tills and don't ever get the order right would never use this one again its disgusting

Did an Uber delivery not realising it was coming from this McDonalds - the other one is nearer. Simple order of a double sausage and egg mcmuffin meal. A bacon and cheese type sandwich was wrapped in a paper that said 'sausage and egg'. Yet again disappointing - this will be the third time the wrong order arrived from Westmorland McDonalds - we only ever order for one or two people . I will make sure not to order from here again.

Ordered food to take away (8/10/22) via the drive thru but waited a good 10 minutes as the queue of vehicles snailed around to the collection point. By time we received our food, it was barely luke warm. Whether this is the end result of additional pressures imposed by likes of Just Eat and co who troop in there with large delivery bags remains to be seen but, to receive cold burgers, fries etc is appalling service. £17 or so wasted - never again at this restaurant.

Just your usual McDonald's. Same service and food as you would get from any other McDonald's. Can be slow sometimes!

Ordered food through Uber Eats and whole order went in bin, all £25 of it! Wouldn't even feed it to a dog whole lot was stone cold, would help if the driver didn't take two orders and deliver one to one end of Cramlington and mine at the other end, my food was in the car 8 minutes surely any numpty in the store would know that's not acceptable as the addresses were too far apart. When i did bite into one of the burgers it had a horrible nasty taste and as for the so called chips well they were anything but fresh they were hard cold and stale, never again

They literally hired some bouncer to not let anyone under 18 order after 4pm it's literally a fast food restaurant they wouldn't even let us go through drive through the owners are actual nut cases, imagine having a hatred for children that deep who hurt you bro 💀 anyway you get 1 star because I can't give you zero I just wanted some chips man

If I could score zero then I would. Watching a male member of staff scratching their nether regions in full view of customers before going on to prepare your food is enough to put anybody off. The place is dirty, slow and the staff are so unprofessional and rude. I understand this this is fast food and not fine dining but some basic hygiene isn’t too much to ask

we called in today at 3.30pm today Saturday, it was busy but we were met by a lovely lady called Yvonne in a red tee shirt, she was doing a amazing job keeping the tables clean i didn't see anybody sit down to a dirty table even thow a lot were left covered in rubbish she just smiled, she was so concerned that my daughter was standing next to the high table and stools,she asked if she could help her find a table, my daughter was standing there next to my grandson, my daughter uses a stick as she has MS Yvonne was so friendly she even wished us a safe trip home we will go again to this mcdonalds wishing Merry Christmas to Yvonne and her family

We ordered and they missed the bairns happy meal. When rang the guy had an attitude saying it’s the delivery drivers problem not theirs. Didn’t offer a way to resolve the issue. No apology or anything. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs!

Please be aware ...I was issued with a £50 fine for staying 28 minutes over the 90 on 24/04/19..I was unaware of any limit to parking while we spent money in these restaurants. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL OR AVOID......

All food was cooked when I ordered it, I was happy with that but it was a bit cold, the service was OK but the food was not the best.

Why does it take 40 minutes for 4 orders and everything is missed out, very disappointed, I don't recommend

Great place to take the children. Children's Happy Meals are excellent value and good choice on menu.
