Very unhappy. McNuggets had a rubber piece inside which almost choked my 3 year old grandson! Shocking.

Ordered at 4:22, was told it’d be here for 4:50 got here at 5:05 and the food is cold and stale.

Order was delivered speedily Quarter Pounder with Cheeae and 2 x double cheeseburgers and fries, and the chicken selects. On plus side, I did get the McFlurries. Guess I'll have to be ordering a Burger King instead as Ronald McDonald having a bad day

Delivery guy phoned asking for directions and was blatantly nowhere near street then blamed us for having a hard to find address despite everyone else delivering fine. He had also spilt one of the drinks all over and it arrived with out a top in so very little left

Arrived at 23:30 hrs and went through the drive through made my order and was told there were no soft drinks which was disappointing. There were four cars in front and the waiting time was 20 mins which for a fast food restaurant is rather rubbish, by the time I paid for and received my food the fries which were supposed to be large were half empty and freezing cold buger was nice but overall experience and the price you pay for this food it was very disappointing and I was very dissatisfied. This was my first visit after many months and it seems to be getting worse 👎🏼😒😡

So angry, this place has always failed to make my order , how hard is it to get sauces, fries and how could you simply forget to put a patty in a burger? I am so annoyed I always try get a refund and never do, I’ve even stopped ordering to my house due to this and today I went in person and they forget half of my burger and fries. Sort it out McDonald’s your hiring fools.

Pancakes were like Frisby’s sausage was cold

Clean and plenty of tables inside and outside. Car charging ports, WiFi, our order was fine but 3 came back with issues. Toilets were fairly clean

It's a crazy world when a mass produced doughnut costs 1.99. convenient and clean, friendly staff. Can't argue with convenience.

Food was horrible buns were burnt there was no sauce in two off the burgers even tho we didn’t change them asked for a large Fanta and got half a cup

Delivery was expected 25 minutes, the time kept changing and ended up taking 40 minutes.

ordered at mcdonald’s as it stated 15-30 min delivery didn’t come until 1 hour 30 after i ordered .i wasn’t able to cancel either as for some reason there was no option.spoke to the manager who was very abrupt and she stated there was nothing that could be done and that’s that.when food eventually came it was cold .will never order again from moorfarm

Absolutely shocking I placed an order for delivery and 5 of my items were missing , the rest of the order that did arrive was stone cold , I placed the order through macdonslds app but uber delivered it and not over or macdonslds will help sort my refund , I have tried ringing macdonalds 15 times and they don’t even answer the phone, avoid moorfarm macdonslds

absolutely ridiculous. my drinks were lying flat the drivers bag on top of my food. The pop had all come out and had leaked through into all of my food. Not happy at all. I asked driver why my drinks were lying down and he told me he didn't know he never put them in his bag. What a load of rubbish they put the brown bags into their own bags. Not impressed.

Drive thru is always slow and most times you have to sit in a waiting bay for food. Hard to fathom when it's busy 24/7 that stuff isn't ready and available. Machines in store always out of paper so you have to memorise your number. For the value of the business it needs improving.

wrong order nothing i ordered was what I received

The Philly cheese steak and the chocolate milkshake with that meal did not come , only the fries came I was a day late claiming a refund as I have been in hospital. I would appreciate if some could assist me with this matter

they never delivered the order, the map which shows where it was delivered to shows that my order has been delivered to the road next to the maccies it’s been picked up from. i obviously don’t live on a roundabout.
