Every single time I order from moor farm McDonald’s does it come absolutely freezing, i usually get a burger with the onion taking off as I’m allergic, and still do they keep adding the onion every single time that I order, would never go back to this vile place

The food was not suitable to fill a grown adult the Patti and bun were extremely small and the meagre portion of fries was pitiful the price was extremely expensive for what you got go ing to start going to Burger King where you get large full buns which are bigger and better

No milk shakes or ice cream much to the annoyance of two 8 year old boys.

The date is 07..08...24 I would just like to thank the manager of moor farm just before 11pm ....I was getting my daughter a order whom has just has surgery ...he knew I was in a rush and made the wrong order as I was stressed ...he helped and assisted me to get my order right he was fabtastic and would just like to thank him very much .

ordered after a 7 hour drive at 4 in the morning. burger was freezing cold and chips were stale. don’t recommend

2( minutes for a mayo chicken & 4 nuggets only 4 other customers in the store manager wasn’t caring how slow they were using the drive thru is busy as an excuse Food was stone cold. Its managers like this manager that lets the team down god I’m embarrassed working at McDonald’s when there’s guys like this running a piss up.

Initially when I put the order in, the time estimated for arrival was 01:15 and I don't know how or why it takes an extra hour and 30 mins to get delivery despite when I only live 2 miles away

My drink was spilled and the hamburger was just an empty box

the drive not called me 15 minutes before he delivered I hat to talk in to where I lived because he could not read the map remain he did finally get here I was told to come out and get to my food I told him no I am disabled and I have my beautiful to me when they bought in some let them into the building who was going out reported to me open the bag made me take it out the bag didn't say anything at all and just turned and walked away very bad service not happy with it never had a problem B4 how

Waited 25 minutes for food only to go up and ask for it and it to be cold with no apology for delay. Watched cars go through the drive through and deliveroo pick ups come and go while my order sat there. You'd think they'd prioritise the customer that are sitting in.

Stopped here after giving my friend a lift home, Food tasted off but the staff seemed very nice

Delivery was shocking late even tho it said that the delivery man was waiting at the counter for order for ages still waited until 12.45 am the the food was cold I had to run out and stop the delivery driver as he was going to drive off with my order after not even knocking I will not be ordering again late at night as the delivery time is shocking I had to cancel one order because the time kept getting longer and longer why say you can offer good service but can offer this late at night ??

Couldn't get moved for delivery drivers who were ignorantly barging past actual customers and took up most of the resteraunt. It was a awful stressful atmosphere and the food tasted like it had sat out all night. Terrible

paid for a triple cheese burger no dill pickles. got cheese burger with no onions, mustard or sauce. also ordered cheese burger got cheese burger with no onions or sauce. burgers were cold too

Ordered food,when it arrived it was mostly cold,3 items were missing, contacted local restaurant and was told by a very young sounding manager that they couldn't help and to contact app, despite app saying would be 6 to 12 hours for a responce. Absolutely shocking service,taking payment for items not sent! Will not be using them again!

Restaurant at fault. Given 2 Sweet curry dips with 20 chicken nuggets sharebox, Ordered 2x Sweet n Sour, 2x Barbecue. Silly mistake from mcdonalds.

We eat from there quite often as it's an autistic safe food. Every single time we order for delivery, there is something missing from the order. Not just small items—whole burgers are often missing. In the latest order, a Big Mac from a large Big Mac meal was missing, and the meal was stuffed into a small bag, which should be a giveaway. This has to be on purpose; there's no way you handle the same food day-in, day-out without realising something is missing. In the past month, this has happened on six occasions. The whole point of McDonald's is consistency, not to be consistently disappointing.

Every single time we order from this location there are burgers or fries missing. They need to either retrain or sack their entire staff. We've complained so many times they think WE are lying now. Just theft at this point, do yourself a favour and just go to a different place. KFC in Killingworth is decent.

We spent £20 at this drive through origionally the workers were friendly however they did NOT give us the chips or dips this ruined the food out food was cold and despite the fact they were appologetic the rest was ruined and cold.NOT up too par.

I get my daughters breakfast from here from time to time and I always say the same thing. The service is excellent here but the food is always wrong or awful. Everytime we go they get her order wrong or it's cold, and the one in cramlington is role reversed. The food is always nicer at the cramlington one but the service is horrible people with attitude problems. But back to this mcdonalds, I can't fault the service. There is an old guy that works here and a woman with glasses that are excellent friendly staff, every morning have a great attitude with big smiles. Just a shame they couldn't switch managers for the day at these stores and they would learn what they are doing wrong at each others stores.

For an order which delivered at a distance of less than a quarter of a mile my cheeseburger was disgusting. It was cold, the burger was dry and inedible. Even my cheese mad dog refused to eat any of it. This is not the first time so I won't be ordering again

I believe the map does not label my house (25 Lysdon Avenue, NE250RX) correctly, drivers frequently struggle to find it. It is the house attached to 27 Lysdon Avenue on the straight road, not the corner house

order never arrived, tried just eat only automated e-mail reply. tried the mcdonalds where food was coming from to be told, nothing they can do order was given to a driver. I took screen shots to prove order never arrived to find it has been marked in just eat system as delivered. We never got any food and as yet no refund, disgusting systems and service from both mcdonalds and just eat!!!!

I ordered online for delivery and it took over an hour and my courier had to call apologising for the delayed only to be given stone cold food of which there was only half i ordered 2 burgers 2 fries and some cheese bites only too get cheese bites and the 1 dip i paided for then after the drive even said he go back and pick the rest up truly a amazing driver unfortunately let down by a scam of a mcdonald's, and the customer service was dreadful honestly never felt so disgusted in a business. AND AFTER SEEING THE REVIEWS THIS PLACE SHOULD JUST BE SHUT DOWN!!

Got the squad meal deal, 4 x burgers & fries for £17.99. Received 3.5 portions of fries and the 2 big macs in the order only came with 1 patty each so we basically got 3/4 of our order. The quarter pounder, chicken sandwich and fries we received were fine if a bit cold and soggy but that's always the risk.
