Woman on till didn't give me my change, all drinks were disgusting, chips over cooked, burgers been heated up and missing limited addition minecraft toy

Drive thru is always slow and most times you have to sit in a waiting bay for food. Hard to fathom when it's busy 24/7 that stuff isn't ready and available. Machines in store always out of paper so you have to memorise your number. For the value of the business it needs improving.

Asked for a medium cappuccino ended up with a half cup of milk

Crap how can they actually call this food

Order was taken at the speaker in a timely manor, payment taker was friendly. Had a lovely conversation with Ben who complemented on my fingernail art and was very chatty and professional. Fantastic service fries where just slightly on the warm side

Decent McDonalds. Recently refurbished. Food is always spot on, generally always freshly cooked as well. Service is quick. Staff always friendly.

Had mint banter with Alan whilst at drive through window. But sadly the hot chocolate machine wasn't working but his warm welcoming smile made my visit all worth while. Well done Alan top man

Since having the renovations done, this McDonald’s has improved massively! The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is hot and ready to go and the drive thru is great, I come here every day on my lunch break from work and they haven’t let me down!

I understand they don’t hire the smartest people on the planet, but a toddler could put a burger together better than half the staff at this place. They never fail to deliver a burger that looks like it’s been attached to the end of a helicopter blade and flown across the Atlantic

The refurbishment to this shop could not even paper over the cracks of how bad this McDonald’s is. Soft Drinks have been off for nearly 2 weeks and hot drinks have been off too, multiple times. Whatever burger I order, it looks like it has been put together by a 4 year old with sauce all over the outside of the bun, making it impossible to eat cleanly. I could forgive most McDonald’s as a one off with these issues, but Moor Farm McDonald’s is so consistently terrible and clearly poorly managed, a bad review is necessary. Will be taking my services to Greggs on Sandy Lane on my morning commute now.

So we have orders on just eat the deliver was so nice and so kind with us unlike the woman who we spoke to on the phone. She was absolutely horrible and we also thought that she should’ve never spoke to us this way due to the fact that we had our food swapped with someone else and the driver said that he would take it back.and bring the right food back bless his heart, he was stood there out in the cold waiting for our new food to be made. Thank you to the delivery driver if he sees this. Ok so basically this is a little wile later and food has came we tipped him a £5 and we opened the bag and our frys weren’t there so we are going in tomorrow to talk to the manager we will update later on what has happened

The sausage in the breakfast wrap was horrible. The egg and hashbrown was nice but the sausage spoilt it. Also wanted hot chocolate but not available. Hmm not happy

I had to get my money back, waited 30 minutes.

The drink machines were off,leaving next to no drinks and the milkshakes and other cool drinks had an extra charge and I find that diabolical considering we were paying for the meal and there was no cool drinks.

Very helpful staff and parking isn't an issue, it's been a while since my last visit.

No salad available, no chicken selects available, no milkshakes available, no fizzy drinks available

Not very helpful some of the staff need to be a bit more friendly when using table service some never spoke they don't pass good customer service

Worst Maccas I've ever been to, all cold drinks and some hot drinks weren't available. Then had to wait 15 mins for food! Absolute joke.

I am updating this review from a number of years ago when I said this store was hit or miss. Since then this branch has catapulted to the top of the list when it comes to McDonalds in the immediate area (Cramlington and Blyth) and is the only branch I trust to get the order right. As the store is currently closed for renovations, I am waiting until it reopens before tucking into another McDonalds meal.

Rarely get my order right, and you have to ask for a receipt so that you can prove that you ordered something that's missing. Last time, I ordered on the app. First thing they asked me was: what have you ordered?"

Ordered orange juice and a Coca Cola with my meals and received 4 lattes

The food was poorly handled as the ice cream was spilled and hot chocolate 1/4 spilled in the pack. Very poor

More than half the order was missing, I was told nothing could be redelivered and we couldn't pick up the rest of the order, manager was extremely rude & unprofessional, refusing to rectify the mistake they made, go to any other McDonalds in the area

Absolute joke, the only thing good about this order was the delivery woman who gave us some chocolates to make up for the restaurants mistake. 2 full meals missing, no burger, no fries and no drinks. Took 2 hours to even get our food for it to arrive freezing cold. Shocking sort it out

Food was freezing was left outside of door of entrance, did not ring doorbell at work, entrance was open placed on ground outside.

Food and drink were cold, coffee had been spilt. I know this is not just McDonald fault but also the delivery driver who seemed to go all the way around cramlington just to get too my home which is basically a straight road from the restaurant. Never really had a problem before maybe just busy today hopefully it’s just today.

Absolute disgrace, waited nearly 2 hours for the food then when it eventually came it wasn’t even my order.

Second time ordering from here. Delivered hot and within half an hour. However, i ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, and received a quarter pounder with cheese. Also no straw or sauces.

Recently visited ashington store food was cold fries were tipped upside down in the bag that member of staff needs to seek employment elsewhere 😕

Last three orders have now been missing a burger - most expensive part of the order. Very disappointed as getting money back is impossible.

the driver decided to go all over the north east the stuff was freezing when it eventually arrived and all I got was bad attitude and agreement saying he followed the app. 3 messages which he could've answered when he stopped at dudley or seghill. so money spent. no tea for people because it's inedible and an awful driver

First time ordering from here. Delivered within half an hour. Everything was hot. Coke was cold. Burger was made to my requirements. Included my straw and sauces. Delivery driver was friendly.

Came on time, driver nice, all the right dips and items, straw and wipes in the bag. Everything was lovely (love a big mac) but the mcspicy was a little overdone and quite crunchy/hard/burnt tasting but still edible. Chips lovely and salted

I have lived in the area for years and this is without doubt, and consistently the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. We've had every error you can imagine. Here are a few: -Fish fingers instead of Mozzarella Dippers. -Quarter Pounder without the bottom bun. -Missing dips. -Consistanly missing items including ALL drinks on an order once. -Missing syrups for pancakes. -Additonal items. I ordered 2 Big Tasty meals and they brought out 4 cause to servers had made the same order. We took the additional home as they said they would just bin them. I have once ordered through the app (in it's early stages) and stood waiting for my order for 25 minutes watching multiple members of staff ignore the items in the waiting tray. When I brought it to the managers attention, he gave me the item that had been sat there for 20 or so minutes instead of making it up fresh. While this is on my doorstep as I live in Annitsford, I will actively go to the one in Manor Walks or Killingworth to save the inconvenience that this branch consistently puts it's customers through. I have recently watched staff argue with each other at the front of the counter in front of a full restaurant. The whole place needs a full review by an area manager cause the standards are absolutely shocking!

Order missing a happy meal, meaning i've had to re-order a happyt meal and then leave to go and get it as everyone else's food arrived except my childs. McDonalds literally can't get a simple order right these days no wonder it's going south.

Ordered 2 Grimace shakes as this was the only one showing they had them available, got sent 2 waters instead. Rang store and they said they don’t do milkshakes until 11 which is bull cos we have ordered milkshakes before then for the kids. Yet they still took the order and didn’t cancel! Not happy at all!!
