27 minutes for a Bic mac meal and a chicken wrap...

I didn't get my Minecraft figure with my Minecraft meal. Using click and serve parked at bay 25 around 11:05am on 22/04/25. :(

Absolutely shocking I placed an order for delivery and 5 of my items were missing , the rest of the order that did arrive was stone cold , I placed the order through macdonslds app but uber delivered it and not over or macdonslds will help sort my refund , I have tried ringing macdonalds 15 times and they don’t even answer the phone, avoid moorfarm macdonslds

I love the staff at this mcdonalds they're always above and beyond for all customers

absolutely ridiculous. my drinks were lying flat the drivers bag on top of my food. The pop had all come out and had leaked through into all of my food. Not happy at all. I asked driver why my drinks were lying down and he told me he didn't know he never put them in his bag. What a load of rubbish they put the brown bags into their own bags. Not impressed.

Drive thru is always slow and most times you have to sit in a waiting bay for food. Hard to fathom when it's busy 24/7 that stuff isn't ready and available. Machines in store always out of paper so you have to memorise your number. For the value of the business it needs improving.

Asked for a medium cappuccino ended up with a half cup of milk

The Philly cheese steak and the chocolate milkshake with that meal did not come , only the fries came I was a day late claiming a refund as I have been in hospital. I would appreciate if some could assist me with this matter

delivery driver was a kind person

they never delivered the order, the map which shows where it was delivered to shows that my order has been delivered to the road next to the maccies it’s been picked up from. i obviously don’t live on a roundabout.

Order was taken at the speaker in a timely manor, payment taker was friendly. Had a lovely conversation with Ben who complemented on my fingernail art and was very chatty and professional. Fantastic service fries where just slightly on the warm side

Whole order fell through bottom of the bag because bags where soaked

Decent McDonalds. Recently refurbished. Food is always spot on, generally always freshly cooked as well. Service is quick. Staff always friendly.

I asked the driver to make sure they packed the dips as they always forget in MCDonalds and also asked if he could make sure the chips were hot. He did exactly as we requested. Hot chips and all dips included :) Thanks

coffee was half in the bag and half in the cup as the lid had fell off and the bag was sideways.

Had mint banter with Alan whilst at drive through window. But sadly the hot chocolate machine wasn't working but his warm welcoming smile made my visit all worth while. Well done Alan top man

Ordered two double sausage and egg McMuffin meals with 4 extra hash browns. No hash browns are in the bag at all how can they miss 6 items in total ?!

Since having the renovations done, this McDonald’s has improved massively! The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is hot and ready to go and the drive thru is great, I come here every day on my lunch break from work and they haven’t let me down!

food is amazing iv never got a McDonald's from just eat before so this is a first time for me thank you guy's so much & the delivery driver was really canny as well
