Fast food🤣🤣🤣don't make me laugh,and the service what service loads of kids not having a clue what there doing. All we ordered was a couple of triple cheese burger meals (large) and some halloumi fries. Not a big order they got it wrong firstly gave us regular drinks both with ice when we ask one without and forgot the halloumi fries. On plus side food was hot for once.

Ordered a latte at 2000 still stood there at 2010 asked them where it was and they hadn't even made it, it takes a second to press a button on a machine. Watch the staff whilst I was there and I have seen more life in a dead dog, majority of them need some serious work ethic installed into them, doubt any where else would employ them sort of workers.

Do not Order from here !!!!!! Staff do not help !!! Uber eats delivery drivers eat your food before it gets to you !!! Don’t bother phoning restaurant because all they say it’s nothing to do with us it’s Uber eat’s problem phone them. And that information came from a duty manager who wouldn’t give his name. I said I was going to write a bad review, the response from duty manager was “that’s fine “ What’s actually happened to company customer satisfaction I actually asked to re deliver Order to satisfy the situation response NO Will NOT be ordering from this branch again !!!!!!

Absolutely awful service, we had used our apps to order to a bay and was given attitude by Amy she had dark brown hair and gave attitude after we had been missing our share box of cheese bites, her words were “pros of coming inside” that is not how u talk to customer, we had all wanted toys for our happy meals and was given some awful books, I’m absolutely appalled with this service, I expect better costumer service from children, even if you have got “10 pending orders”

Drive through is a ridiculous wait. Sat there for over 20mins waiting. Big tasty was appalling. Hardly any sauce and dry, fries were stone cold. Staffs attitude is garbage. The franchise holder of McDonald’s should be binned off. By far one of the worst McDonald’s you could go to. Avoid.

Went in after work today - tried to use the self services tills but failed and was instructed to go to the counter, Went over to the counter and stood there of 5 min+ with no member behind the till even acknowledge. One of the staff (White shirt) was busy running around trying to sort out one of the machines. The others youngers in the grey shirts approx was stood about talking and one was filling drinks. Are these staff not trained in how to serve customers anymore. To be stood in front of there tills and nobody behind saying anything if extremely very poor customer services. This is the worst macdonalds I have been in. MACDONALDs, you need to start think about customer services it is VERY POOR.

STAY AWAY! I am not one to give bad review but if I could give 0 stars I would. This place is filthy with appalling service, the manager shouldn’t even be a manager with that attitude I don’t even know how she got the job. I was waiting for 20 mins at the till to be served, no one served me even after asking the manager and a member of staff to serve me. I understand they are busy, but that doesn’t justify the attitude towards customers and not being able to take my order.. that is what they are there for. Utterly terrible, if you can’t work well under pressure don’t apply for the job… customer shouldn’t have to go through such horrific customer service.

Absolutely discussed orderd food through drive through. Had to park up. Only half the order came out. It was hot. We called the member of staff over who had brought it out she returned with the happy meal, which was stone cold. We drove back round the manager would only re cook the happy meal but as it was to order (plain cheese burger) the other food would have ben cold. He still refuse to re cook full order so got a refund which he had to do in 2 attempts as he didn't refund full order

Used to be fast food, now you get served quicker in a cafe and to be fair, the food is better. Clearly cannot cope with walk ins, drive through and collections. A free business tip...always prioritise the customers you can see because if you don't, you won't see them again. You can have that snippet for free. In summary, 15 minutes is a long time to wait for distinctly average food.

Went here for my sister's birthday, the food came out cold. when I went to complain to the manager (Adam), he refused to warm up my sister's burgers because they were only pieces of meat. in addition to this, he had an awful attitude towards us very poor customer service skills and an aggressive tone. When our food was replaced, my dad's coffee was still cold, and they had forgotten two of our meals. After we had finished eating, I tried approaching the manager again and he refused to come out, instead he sent a member of his staff to give me an email address to send the complaint to. Will not be visiting this branch of Mc Donalds again! Absolute Rubbish!

I attended tonight for a meal and was told that I had to pay for sauce but on the 24th I was told I would be charged after my 2 free pots now there are no signs in store to say that they are charging £0.10 for sauce where this is ment to be done before they start charging so that the customers know this before hand

Staff can't even pack a bag, 4 year old left with no food from an order, happens all the time. I'd say its a training issue but come in it's not exactly a rocket scientist kind of job

Looks like McDonald's can't now handle the delivery and store. We waited for 45 minutes in the queue at the drive-thru and in the 25 minutes we could see the door and had moved 2 cars forward we noted around 40/50 delivery drivers in and out. They would not let the car 2 in front of us pay so we were sat waiting for around an extra 10 minutes waiting for this as well with no one telling us what was going on. Cold food by the time we got home. wrong items on order and (as always) missing paid dips. I don't think this McDonalds has ever got one of our orders fully right the first time.

Service good be more friendly and bit quicker. Food was decent price good. Needs more staff. Needs blinds by window when hot and sunny so can block sun out

Walking on the back street of Blackpool we could see the welcome signof McDonald's. Ready for lunch we headed there. A lovely lady greetedus and helped us to our seats. She also came to our aid with the self-serviceoption. The place was very clean staff corvid aware constantly cleaninghand sanitisers readily available. Food as always very good.

I called in last Sunday evening, I ordered my food on the touchscreen to be delivered to table one, a lady came round to take my contact details which I gave herMy food was delivered to the table, after I started eating one this delivery guys walked in without a mask on and came and sat opposite me literally the width of the table away, the next thing the guys starts sneezing, I picked my food and drink up in disgust and approached the lady taking contact details and explained what had happened, she said they couldn’t enforce the wearing of masks, this seems a nonsense to me surely it’s easy to say to these delivery guys wear a mask or don’t get your orders, these blokes are in there all the time ,it’s an absolute disgrace.I emailed McDonald’s customer service straight away and still haven’t received a reply They certainly can’t have any complaints if they have to close because of a rise in COVID casesGet your act together

Staff were really slow waited over 15 minutes for our small order and there were hardly any customers. Then I went to get sauce and I wasn’t noticed by any staff when I was stood at the counter until one nice cleaner lady helped me. She is the only good staff here she is working hard unlike all the other staff. Lovely lady with white hair her name badge started with a C

Lady named Carol amazing service she was the only staff member working hard. Attentive to everybody. The staff should be able to keep their tips. This lady deserves a higher position as she made our experience really nice. We go to McDonalds a lot a most of the time the staff are slow and grumpy but she Is always working hard

If i could I would have put zero stars.We often get orders that have been wrong and check now. When you have three bags of food and one person collecting it is hard to do. In today's order a whole 3 orders were wrong and with people waiting and others with food in the house what are you meant to do with a 20 minute turn around for it to get back?Their solution when calling. A free meal if we cannot go back and a reimbursement if we take the Salad back.Totally rubbish and not worth it.

It's OK, but nothing amazing. Staff were pleasant, but didn't look like they really wanted to be there! Food was satisfactory, but luke warm, and fries didn't seem quite cooked. Convenient location though - near to cinema, football ground etc. Plenty of parking.

The slowest mcdonalds in the UK and I've been all over the UK. 3 days so far with no coffee. What's up haven't they paid their suppliers? After all they have Three hot drinks machines.

Last week the drive through was closed and blocked off, this week they ran out of what I can only assume is one if the most popular breakfast items..... a sausage and egg muffin. So once you’re in the queue for the drive through you can’t get out, you get to the order point only to be told they have “run out of muffins so do I want a breakfast wrap (which are horrible or a bacon barm which are dry as! So....... no thanks would like what I patently queued up for and, as it’s a bloody popular item MANAGEMENT Should ensure that they have enough, they serve breakfast until 10.30!!! Poor planning!! when u go for something other than breakfast, half the time they miss bits off your order, so you get home to find items you have paid for missing or you have to park up for ages! What an absolute joke of a place this it! if I was the franchise owner of this particular McDonald’s I would seriously be looking at the people employed to manage it! This is by far not my first pathetic experience at this particular McDonald’s it’s just the final straw, it’s been crap for years!!

89p for a cone which is a big difference from paying £2.25 for one scoop in most other places in Blackpool.

Stopped for a quick lunch, the burger n fries were luke warm which i wish the food was hotter in these places.... only go to McDonalds once in a blue moon.... prefer Burger King....

I am a Salesman who covers the country, I use McDonald's for breakfast regularly, I find their breakfasts great. The site at Rigby Road is a nightmare if using the drive through, ages for the microphone to come in, and light years waiting to get your food.Have noticed it so many times, I live in the town.Food like all the sites is fine, but beware service is a long wait.

Ordered off Uber (leaving them a review also) waited over an hour to receive a phone call telling us one of the meals wasn't available. Nothing they could do so we went ahead and got the rest of the order, turned up missing meals. Girl on the phone was very rude and abrupt. I can see where McDonald's staff get their reputations from

I ordered my food for my family whilst having a taxi wait outside booked for 20 minutes. When I ordered my food I went to the collection point and it was quite a big order. I was looking at the screen and I seen a member of staff serve of my order and put it in where the toys go. Bearing in mind this was around a £25 order. I waited another 10 minutes as it quiet down and asked about my order. The staff was very rude and argumentative about my complaint so I asked to see a manager. It took another 5 minutes for the manager to come out which I thought it was very rude. The manager started getting argumentative and then made my food but it still had items missing so I went back to complain. And then again she tried to sort the order out again. Overall I will not be returning to this restaurant again as this was diabolical service especially as I'm a employee.

In the past six weeks I have attended the drive through twice ... the first time I got sick of waiting in the grill bay and left my order and the second time I have left wanting to do ninja moves on there ignorant staff .. I ordered a sharer box of nuggets and when asked to wait in the grill bay I said I am in a terrible rush if they are something that need to be made from fresh just give me a refund which to me after past experience seemed a fair request I was informed it wasn't so I wish to hear others opinions.. it was three in the morning and no other cars were behind me and in my previous catering background I believe around two mins to two mins thirty should be ample for nuggets so why am I Been asked to move it makes zero sense please advise if you be live I am in the wrong thanks

We visited today after watching a film at odeon - Never again! Having taken our food outside to eat on outside seating area we were surrounded by people smoking. We presumed this to be a non smoking area as we were consuming food on one of their official tables. My husband said to a lady blowing smoke across our tables that it was a non smoking area. Halfway through our meal we had an assistant who told us they had received a complaint that we had told people not to smoke. I think it's disgusting to expect people to be seated with smokers if they want to sit outside. I thought McDonald's was a child friendly organisation. Really disappointed with service and food.

Had a delicious meal here before we went to the cinema. Staff were very friendly and there was a member of staff that reminded me of Mark Corrigan from Peep Show.. think his name was Ashley.

I don't know if we've just been unlucky but every time we visit this place the good is consistently cold. Service is pretty average. Food itself is the same as ever other mcdonald's. Interior isn't great. Overall there's better ones to stop by

Just been here for my breakfast and it was good the service was quite fast but my pancakes were quite hard had to leave a bit off the end disappointing but my hot chocolate was really chocolaty which kind of made up for it

Overall not too bad, toilets clean enough, getting my food was slow, workers at the back were just having a chat, someone had rebooted the till at the front and manager wasn't happy, was told they are just waiting for my one drink which was ready on the shelf but they didn't notice. just seemed clueless and it wasn't even busy. but it is mcdonalds so what do you expect really?

We have used this McDonalds a few times and must say it doesn't get any better. Today is no exception First check out machine we tried was broken, second on ok ordered ok The number didn't come up on the board either being prepared or ready for pick up However it did appear with a young lad telling me it was ready I asked for my salad and he just asked someone else what was wrong even though he was trying to give me a wrap It did get sorted though Whilst eating I watched a 'manager ' clean the glass on the doors even taking all the customer serviettes to help with the job leaving none for customer use -not filled whilst we were there. The water on the floor and bits on paper etc. though was not a pretty sight though Do you always do your cleaning at the busiest tie of the day!

Just been here for breakfast in a taxi because me and my family are off to the airport soon we wanted an early breakfast bars in mind breakfast starts at 5am when we arrived absolutely nothing was ready they should have stuff ready breakfast starts at 5am not 5:15am just got back and I literally live a 2mins away in a taxi and it's cold this place should be shut down its not the first time I've had cold food and poor service it doesn't even state caution hot on the wrappers that's because it's caution COLD!!!!

Went to this McDonald's after our daughters party ..There were 9 of us..just wanted to say what fantastic customer service we received particularly from a guy called Wayne he bent over backwards to entertain our children giving them balloons and colouring stuff etc took time to speak to them and us. Wish they're were more people like this

This one like all the others sells burgers,fries,soft drinks and milkshakes. It looks the same as every other McDonald's,if you like McDonald's you will like this one

Ordered food from here and this lady called Chloe was so rude, didn't have any Manners, would give you a dirty look ever time she looked over to us, thought higher expectations from here considering I come here regular, I work in a reception and do customer service everyday, just thought she would have more respect..

The staff in here are so rude and appalling sat in here with a friend have a hot drink and having a catch and and every 5 minutes getting a dirty look... McDonald's do this thing where you can ask for the food to be brought over and we did that and because she couldn't be bothered when she finally decided to bring it over she slammed it in the table and walked away and said your welcome

I've been in here a couple of times with my niece and nephew as a post cinema treat and was moved to write a review as there are some really friendly staff members here who make a real effort to speak to the children and keep the place tidy and cheerful. It's always packed and personally, I find a McDonalds pretty stressful but I appreciate the extra effort made by the staff here. Good for them.

Visited this macdonalds a few times in the last few weeks, no matter what time of day it is the drive thru is the same, you have to wait for a member of staff to take your order, then you always asked to wait in the bay for your food.Whats the point of a drive thru if you are asked to park up and wait!! it's not like I've order special meals always as the menu. Today the member of staff laughed when I said it's terrible drive thru.

GreenMy latest Tinder Date booked us a romatic meal, ensuring we got a window seat overlooking the drive-thru. Where we played the White/Black car game (if you're not familiar you spend 5 minutes ((or so)) counting your chosen shade after the devecated time limit the number you are ahead you get to insert that amount of digits into the other person). Luckily the drive-thru was especially busy with Black cars. Now I understand why once you go Black you never go back.Thanks for a great experience

I visited here on Saturday the 29th after a night out in blackpool with my husband we had to go through the drive through twice the food was so freshly cooked it wasn't like a mcdonalds I've ever had it was gorgeous, bearing in mind it was about 12 o'clock at night .. they clearly know what there doing here.. keep up the good work

When I ordered, I skied for a veggie burger me a with no ice in the coke, and the burger to be the non spicy option, sadly the lad whom took the order didn't listen as I had to repeat I didn't want ice as he tried to put ice in the cup, and I got the spicy veggie burger after making clear I didn't want the spicy version or ice, fortunately I didn't get the ice. Training is needed to teach the lad to pay attention to what is being said.

We nipped in here for a quick use of the disabled toilet (grandma) and bought the daughter an ice cream while we waited. Looking around I couldn't believe how nice it was. It looked as though it had only opened that day. The staff were great, making sure every child had a balloon and helping to recycle customers trash.Clean and modern.

Go for a drive through for speed bet when they get it wrong causing me to go inside the restaurant to correct my order frustrating. The amount of chip were poor only half full and cold.

Went in for a quick bite to eat whilst at the retail park. First time in after the refurbishment.The4 place has been transformed - and not for the better. Seems the focus is on the guest now to fend for themselves as about the only thing staff are now doing is cooking.4 tills have now been replaced by 2 and 2 self service screens. From what I can tell there appears to be less seating as well. If you shop at Argos regularly, you'll feel at home as McDonalds use the same system that shows the progress of your order and when it is ready to be collected. Unfortunately the staff haven't been trained in how to use it properly, so rather than call out the order number, they shout out meaningless stuff like 'Big Mac Meal with large Coke' - which works well enough so long as only one person has ordered such a meal.The overall feel of the place is dark and much less inviting, mainly due to the new solid partitions that have been installed which block out a lot of light.Cleanliness is also an issue - tables hadn't been cleaned and the bins were all full to overflowing - the number of those seems to have been reduced as well.Not sure what the new interior cost, but iy certainly ISN'T money well spent.

We arrived at lunch time, The tables that were vacant were ALL filthy so we asked a staff member if one could be cleaned and received a dirt look from her with a tut. It wasnt that busy but took ages for our food and when it arrived it was barely warm and soggy. I'd never set foot in there again.

Entirely typical McDonald's - absolutely nothing different from any other such establishment I've ever been in anywhere in the UK - which is perhaps the advantage of this brand ! Seemingly always busy but service good enough to continue to patronise the place !

Went today and ordered beef smokehouse BBQ. Left restaurant and it was chicken with spicy sauce. Very slow. Clean toilets though.

This is a great mc Donald's with friendly staff and plenty of seats for everyone...love the computers they have on the table downstairs,keeps my daughter amused while we are there..

Staff this morning couldn't be bothered. Yawning !! Hard bread on sausage and egg sandwich ! Sausage and bacon also terrible. It went in the bin!! Coffee were ok. But hot chocolate freezing ! Spent almost 8 quid !! If u want a good breakfast DON'T visit here !!!

I visited this drive through with my family on 1st march my chicken burger must have been sitting there for hours it was that hard I couldn't physically break it in half

Like all McDonalds - functional, reliable and the service is always pretty much the same. You can't go overboard about McDonalds...

Took the kids for a drive and treated them to a mcflurry. Kids enjoyed the treat but the place was absolutely minging full oh teens and a bit of a dive!

Went thru drive thru. Ordered a salad for myself. Asked for mayo, was told "sorry we don't do that king of thing!" She asked if I wanted fajita or balsamic dressing. Said balsamic but got fajita anyway. Wasn't supplied with a fork. Wasn't asked if I wanted sugar for my coffee. No napkins. Daughters milkshake only half full. Dismal.(lots of people driving back round the drive thru because they're orders were messed up)

Somehow mistook "pancakes with syrup" for a big breakfast. Usually not a problem but this was a take out and was only discovered when I got home. This resulted in a unhappy and extra hungover girlfriend.Check your order before you leave as they don't have the capacity to do it themselves.

What a surprise to visit this McDonald's...Since my last visit it has been totaly revampt.We were visiting to feed n amuse the two girls 2 n 10yrs before going to the firework displayon Friday nite.What a delight it is...promt service, polite staff,kitchen almost like a convyer belt,never seen so many staff.Food hot ,fresh n tasty.Kids were in thier element as there are computor "pods "for them to play on..and large paper "table cloths" to colour.The three hostess/host.were constantly clearing up checking kids ok,etc.and the charming young lady,who when asked if they still did balloons,asked YES..what colour would they like.and promtly went in the back and appeared with a yellow one for Maddi,and apink one for Ellie-May.Couldnt fault the service/food/experience.

Visited here for the illuminations and thought I would park up at coral island and then head down to McDonald's taking in some of the lights on the way. Was met with staff talking to each other instead of serving the place was an absolute mess. Food all over the place. Ketchup smeared all over the place the place was empty it wasn't even though it was busy. The toilets where so bad I held it in for over an hour to find another toilet and I couldn't even change my 8 month old son in the baby change because it was so bad. I felt like I was dining in some third world it was that dirty. The food was cold when it arrived and the staff short changed us and even got the order wrong 4 times. If anyone takes my advice which you probably won't but stay well away and visit the McDonald's that is near the football club.

What an incredible brekkie! Latte on point. Hash brown went down a treat. Sandra (my wife) loves a good sausage mcmuffin on a sunday morning, and this morning she went the whole hog and had double.

Clean tables efficient service and excellent breakfast , lovely American style pancakes with syrup or jam and melted butter. Excellent breakfast wrap served hot with omlette bacon and sausage and hash brown with choice of ketchup or brown sauce with a drink of Oranje juice Soft bacon roll with brown sauce and a nice bean to cup latte . Hats off to McDonald's breakfast

McDonalds... we understand that the food is questionable, that it is a guilty pleasure or quick fix, but you should at least be able to rely on vague organisation and prompt delivery of a full order.Not here...A Happy Meal and three McFlurries shouldn't be too hard to deliver at the drive through, especially when it isn't exactly packed to the rafters, but a 5 minute wait for the McFlurries to arrive after the Happy Meal isn't great, and then to find they are barely half full and already mainly melted is pretty poor...These guys need to get a clue, and learn how to deliver the products they sell in the manner and 'quality' they advertise.

Very modern McDonalds with touch screen ordering and recycling, why don't other McDonalds not do the same? Staff were friendly, smiley and helpful.

As most people will know, Mcdonalds are run as franchises, and therefore the quality can vary a lot. This one, I am very pleased to say, is excellent. We came here for a quick lunch before going to see a film at the nearby Odeon. The food was cooked to perfection, the staff great; quick service and the restaurant spotless. We would highly recommend eating here.

The double cheeseburgers I ordered looked like they had been thrown on the floor and re-wrapped, they were absolutely disgusting! Half of the condiments from the burger were missing and the staff failed to give me straws for the 3 iced frappès I ordered, 2 of which had cream and I think it's pretty much common knowledge to see anyone needs a straw to drink those... Absolute dilequents

We called at McDonalds for a light lunch, on the A583, after leaving the M55, on our way into Blackpool. The restaurant was clean and the food and service were very good. I used a bus ticket voucher and enjoyed a Big Mac and fries for £1.99! And had a very decent coffee free of charge using collected 'bean stickers'! My wife had a chicken salad which she said was excellent.

After going to the Odeon my daughter and I decided on a Maccy D's. What a huge disappointment. I ordered one of their specials, a burger, bacon and cheese combination.They had to cook it from scratch and took a good 15 mins. My daughter ordered a cheeseburger and fries, nothing unusual about that. My burger finally arrived with a portion of fries. The burger itself was well cooked on onside and just grey on the other. It was also smothered in sauce to hide the well caramelised burger, it didn't work. Both my daughter and I complained about the fries which was basically do you want fries with your salt.My daughter said it's nowhere near as good as the McDonalds down Squire's Gate and it's dirty. I'm not a great fan of McDonalds and this has most certainly vindicated my dislike of the place.I would not go to this McDonalds again - very poor.

Typical McD, nothing worse nothing better, same as others. I suppose like others, it depends on what tme you visit as to the tidyness, speed of service and seating availability

Just your average McDonalds. Went here for a snack after a night out. Clean and tidy, fast food as expected.

Staff were seriously need retraining.....20th attempt and still can't get an order right.I work at a local business and once a week we "treat" ourselves to Mcdonnalds...My order every week is the same...a grilled chicken and bacon wrap and I have not had that yet! Usually I receive a crispy chicken and bacon wrap, occasionally I get a chilli wrap, today was a grilled (first time they get the grilled correct woohoo) salad wrap ...where was the bacon...not only that they give us our mochas or other hot drinks and sit us in the parking bay for upto 20 minutes so that when twe return to the office (round the corner) our drinks are cold!...Today we had no dips even though they had specifically asked and no napkins.Time to start going elsewhere for our weekly treat!

Whenever I feel to get a quick breakfast I pop up this Mcdonalds drive through. Not much queue in the morning (before 10.30 am only break fast served), always I ordered Break fast wrap and a white coffee. Wrap is so delicious here!. Freshly grounded coffee keep me on the go for my morning busy working schedule. I know it's got more fat and calories but to get a quick and tasty break fast this is the best way!

The food crap the waiting time too long the staff are over worked for slave wages my breakfast well big breakfast as it's called now the scrambled egg about a mouthful hash Brown missing management cannot be trusted ignorant attitude coffee was like water in fact I cud have made a better coffee myself at home and breakfast now the sausage was like a brick and no taste to the scrambled egg rubbish food stay Away from this place don't take kids in at all junk food

Why is McD always warm food? never hot? Anyway this place served it's purpose, choc chip Frappe, choc milk shake which I have had better, warn cheese burger, warm fry's. The place was near Empty, clean and litter free. The staff need a little more enthusiasm, so it was a good job they were not busy.

I popped in for a burger at 3 am and was surprised that it tasted the same as in the day, the staff were quick and polite

The McDonald's just off Central Drive in Blackpool is now become a franchise Mcdonald's this service is very Poor and the staff are not very friendly I waited way too long for just one burger and it was very much not up to standards even though this McDonald's is open 24 hours seven days a week 365 days a year I will definitely NOT recommend this McDonald's

Popped into McDonalds opposite Coral Island for a quick burger and was confronted by a mass of people standing waiting too be served.No queueing system to speak of.Burgers and chips waiting to be passed to there prospective eaters but not enough staff to serve them.After waiting 10minutes in the huddle waiting for someone to speak those immortal words (can I take your order please) I left extremely peaved.Yes they were busy but no body seemed to care about the ever increasing mass of people.Wouldnt recommend unless you have nothing better to do.

no access for disabled on the ground floor and no lift for access to the upper dining area so this was off putting as after ordering my meals for myself and family we had to then eat out on the street

What a welcome site coming back from a fantastic night out in the winter gardens to find a 24 hour mc donalds was a god send great service from the staff on such a important night and no waiting time on our order thanks guys you were great

Popped in on way down front for juice and milkshakes, was busy when arrived but were served quick enough. Only downside was when went to pay was asked " is the note real" as it was a Scottish note. I'm quite sure we were not the first to come in to get served with a Scottish note.We sat in area outside and watched the trams come and go and the seating area was plentiful.Nice enough.

Mcd's are usually so clean But we got there around 2230hrs after a show at the Horseshoe and all the tables were dirty It was nearly empty I asked for a cloth to clean a table and then one of the staff came out and cleaned the tables The staff were all really nice and food was as usual

Not sure what brand of coffee but it was bland and the breakfast was a bit rubbery perhaps you could change the breakfast, but on the good side whatever macdonalds i go in whether it be blackpool or plymourh you've gor the sweet chilli deli meal perfected there real nice and good porsion sizes and good value for money.
