The customer service is nonexistent. I have never seen any of them smile. The manager that has been working there for years with the red hair is always extremely rude, I walked in today and heard her bad mouthing a customer with another staff member. Not good.

Since the refurbishment, the in-store service has declined, the quickest way to be served is drive-thru or click-n-serve There seems to be a 5x waiting time for counter collection with no visible staff doing counter service unless the click and serve has been completed There needs to be at least 1 person prioritising in store service as lots of people are shouting for service for a loan meal, when larger meals are being done in quicker time when done via click and serve (table service)

The play area should be cleaned more often , I took my 10 month old in there Thursday when it was completely empty and she caught hand foot and mouth, this is the only place we have been in weeks and all she touched was the green seat next to the play area😫 the staff nice though as helped me carry food to my table , but probably the play area should be sanitised more often

My husband popped in for some lunch, there were no burgers available so he ordered a Barbecue chicken supreme and it wasn't even hot so no burgers in Burger king and cold food and ridiculously overpriced at over £12 for the meal deal.

I spent £9.59 for a medium meal. I paid an extra £1 for the tango blast drink. Unfortunately when it came the drink was tiny, I thought it was a children's size drink by accident, but the staff confirmed that was the correct size. It used to be double that. It felt like a rip off. Unfortunately I also witnessed a woman wiping her baby's *** with wipes in the restarant and leaving the soiled wipes on the table as she ate which disgusted me so much I had to leave. Why did she not go to the toilets to do this? I know it's not Burger King's fault (unless there isn't a baby changing room) but it was grim. By the time I ate my food it was stone cold.

Visited today and all staff were hanging out of the drive through window chatting. One staff member then made the order for that customer. I waited a while and asked if she could let them know there was a customer waiting. Her customer service response was they were busy and they were allowed to talk. They need proper customer service training and manners. I will take my business elsewhere as its obviously not important to Starbucks.

Hadn't been here in while and I was surprised to see the negative reviews as we've always enjoyed it. Last night we got 3 portions of selects and mozzarella sticks to add to our dinner of wraps and salad. Obviously we could have made the chicken etc ourselves from supermarket produce but have loved the chicken tenders in the past so spent £20 on a treat. What a disappointment. They've completely changed their chicken, where it used to be actual chicken and tasty crispy breadcrumbs, it's now frozen reconstituted rubbish that we're mushy and flavourless. The mozzarella sticks were almost solid and undercooked. Such a shame to see a local business like this go so rapidly downhill but you've lost another customer sadly.
