Very disappointed this time, chicken wasn't cooked order took hour and half to get here... This first order I've been disappointed with I paid £30.

Nothing to fault about this order. When I rang to ask for half the chicken to be spicy and the other half not. The man on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Great service! Food came on time too and it was also good. One piece of constructive feedback was that the chips could of been more crispy. Will order again!

Ordered food at 7pm and delivery time was meant to be 7.50. It got to 8pm and the food had still not been delivered so I called them and they said food will be delivered in 10-15 minutes. We called them 3 times in total and the food did not arrive until 8.35. When we received the food the drinks were not the right ones we ordered and they also messed up the sauces and toppings in the burgers. The chips also tasted like cardboard. Overall appalling service. I would not recommend.

It was 30 minutes late after the 45 minutes delivery time. Chips were soggy and stone cold. One of the meals was suppose to have coleslaw...but didn't get any. There was suppose to be fried onions in the burger and I found 2 little bits. Food tasted good...but delivery was rubbish and food cold.

Excellent service as always. Friday a little delayed as the manager said they were very busy so overall happy.

Would have been a lot better if there was an option to pick mild or spicy peri peri, ice cream milkshake was nice though. Compramos un llevar y sinceramente, tiene que ser la peor comida que he recibido - abrieron mi comida en el interior y la carne parecía algo que habían dejado a Rot las patatas fritas eran simplemente lleno de grasa ... TAN malo que se quejaron de la FSA ... no se pierda ... mirar en la alcantarilla local puede encontrar algo más apetecible!

I wouldn't use this take away again the food was not appealing at all, the order was wrong and they turned up 45 mins earlier then the agreed time. Most of the food went in the bin. My opinion is they need to rethink their whole menu

For the second time in three orders, I was sent a hamburger with cheese in. A hamburger with cheese is a cheeseburger. Not what I ordered. I usually love this place but they need to stop making simple mistakes.

Food was excellent and customer service was good. I really loved the naga grill chicken and would recommend for spice lovers

Over a 2 hour wait. Ordered food at 7:18pm for delivery at 8:15 pm and it turns up at 9:20pm. Called the restaurant twice. 1st time after 15 minutes over the original delivery time. They did apologise and offered a complimentary side or drink and said it will be with me in 10 to 15 minutes. After half and hour over the 'new time' called again and asked is it on its way? Advised yes it is. 25 or whatever minutes later it arrives. So the guy apologies. Checked order and let the driver know they missed some drinks off. At this point I'm to hungry to care. Opened the food though and soggy chips, limited amount of donor meat and the fish fingers and chips where just awful and the chicken strips looked straggly and over cooked. Safe to say didn't eat it. Asked the shop for a refund. So now going though just eat to get it. It was only a 13 pound order but for the rubbish food and rubbish delivery I just want it back on principal. I'm going to stick to dominoes as now hungry and annoyed. Please people don't eat here.

(I live 3 minute drive from restaurant) almost 2 hour delivery just round the corner. It was cold and there were missing items from the order as well. So i called them and they guy on the phone told me he would give me a refund, I just had to call just eat. called just-eat, who then called peri grill, and peri grill said no refund. luckily Just eat up-held the refund. The food was ok, lamb chops were small but nice. chicken was juicy, a little fatty but nice. rice was dry (due to time it had been with delivery driver I guess) but ok. milkshake tasted like it was made with cheap ice cream, so not amazing for the price. would maybe use again if I went to collect, but never delivery!

Food was AMAZING one of the yummiest burgers I've ever had and bun was soft and fresh too. Peri chips are a must and a perfect match with the meal flavoured and different but still not too hot!! customer service was excellent all staff so friendly and welcoming my sister came with me to collect my order but after trying a bit of my food made a order on the spot of which was cooked in no time and just as delicious will be ordering again from this peri grill for sure 10/10

Food was cold but couldn't be bothered to complain but then when I found a load of white plastic bits in my Oreo milkshake had to get in touch with JustEat which then the shop did not take any responsibilty and got a measily £4 voucher from just eat them self and nothing from the store.....don't know where that plastic has been or where it came from!

The worst Just Eat experience ever. This takeaway has no concept of time and customer service at all! Two phone calls, an hour after ordering and 1.5 hrs later, they couldn't be bothered. No apologies when we cancelled the order. Never again!

Always good food, always unfailingly polite delivery, usually fast delivery - everyone gets busy sometimes! The new management are a lovely family who seem to genuinely care about their customers satisfaction. Can't agree with other reviewers about portion sizes - they're fine.

Can help but wonder if peri grill are under new management!? Food quality was extremely poor, portions way smaller than usual, potato wedges soggy and the usual grill and spicy flavours were missing! Very disappointed as we used to order from you often, not worth the money paid.

Good to see this place back and under new management. Portion sizes seem fine to me. They have changed the spicy rice recipe which is a shame as I preferred it the old way, but otherwise the food was, as always, very good. Delivery time much improved over the previous incarnation.

portion sizes are way too low for the prices they charge.....2 tiny bits of salmon for 8.95 and £4 for the tinest milkshake ever it used to be much bigger for the same price going downhill
